Lokalizacja jest mega wartością (obok restauracja z owocami morza, do której zawsze jest kolejka i to nie bez przyczyny, w porcie do zwiedzenia za darmo dźwig Tytan-koniecznie, plaża tuż za hotelem). Mimo że port kontenerowy po sąsiedzku nie słyszałem aby wieczorem pracował więc była cisza. Dostaliśmy największy pokój na piętrze więc tu też było ok. Dwie sauny parową i sucha, basen. Pokój można opóścić o 12:00 a bagaże za darmo zostawić na dłużej przy recepcji. Śniadania raczej dobre (powtarzające się) na dwa dni nie mam uwag wychodziłem najedzony i zadowolony.

Godziny otwarcia basenu i strefy spa dość krótkie (chyba 10-20) - ogólnie nie był to problem ale jak ktoś chce wieczorem zrelaksować się to musi to wziąć pod uwagę. Czepki na basen (można kupić za 2,5€).

Cerca de la playa aunque no en primera línea Aunque no tiene restaurante, hay muchos restaurantes justo debajo del hotel, por lo que no hay que irse muy lejos

Das Personal (v.a. an der Rezeption, an der Lobbybar und im Service beim Frühstück), Zimmerausstattung, Frühstückauswahl.

Lage grundsätzlich gut, aber wir hatten das Pech von unserem Balkon aus auf den Hafen schauen zu müssen, der wie ein Industriegebiet aussieht. Wir haben unangenehme Gerüche und Geräusche vom Hafen abbekommen. Der gepflegte Innenpool ist leider nur von 10:00 Uhr bis 20:00 Uhr geöffnet. Da die meisten von den Gästen ihn wohl gerne vor dem Frühstück (vor 9:00 Uhr) oder vor dem zu Bett gehen (bis 22:00 Uhr) genutzt hätten, war er eigentlich immer ungenutzt - sehr schade. Das Hotel-Gym ist sehr überschaubar. Vllt. sollte das Hotel-Management eine Kooperation mit dem professionellen Gym nebenan anstreben. Die Geräteauswahl ist dort viel grösser und besser.

Der var meget koldt på gangene, receptionen og til morgenmaden - aircondition var på fuld udblæsning. Poolen måtte man kun bade i med badehætte. Udsigten på balkonen var udover containerhavnen som udgav den del larm 24/7. Meget ærgerligt da solnedgangen var utrolig smuk men svær at nyde i larmen.

El alojamiento está muy bien, muy buena ubicación y muy cerquita de la playa. Estuve en varias ocasiones y siempre repetiré.

Very much enjoyed out brief stay at Eurostars - the spa was wonderful after along days walk from Porto in the rain! We particularly liked the pool and the location was excellent for town and restaurants and breakfast. Our room was super clean and well provided for; very comfortable stay. However, it was late on a Sunday and the hotel seemed to be under staffed as far as snacks, drinks and services were concerned. Probably better in the week though.

Super slow and stressed staff. But it was Sunday.

La piscina es pequeña y sirve tanto de interior como de exterior, con lo que hay que decirlo claramente, sobre todo, porque en verano hay bastantes niños.

Fin beliggenhet, hyggelig personalet, gode senger men altfor store og harde puter. God frokost med altfor mange kaker og bakst. Det var hyggelig med spa og massasjen var god men litt for dyr.

Treningsrommet åpnet kl 10 som er veldig sen på dagen. Det var dårlig luft der men hyggelig med tilgang på vann.

Una buena opción para visitar Oporto, junto a la playa y en una zona llena de restaurantes donde comer un buen pescado a la brasa.

Breakfast was excellent. I just had a little trouble working coffee machines.

Thermostat in room was very confusing. Also, did not like that when key was removed from slot , air-conditioning stopped.

I was positively surprised by the location (convenient for both the beach and the city by metro as well as being served by the restaurants in the immediate vicinity), the spa facilities, and the breakfast (with nuts and seeds for additional nutrients at breakfast as well as smaller size treats)

Que en la piscina no siempre había toallas disponibles ni personal al que pedírselas cuando no había.

Przyzwoity standard pokojów i dobry wybór w menu śniadaniowym. Lokalizacja przy ulicy rybnych restauracji z otwartymi grillami i blisko plaży w Matosinhos.

Z dwóch wind jednak nieustannie była wyłączona z użytkowania. Z balkonów widok na ocean bardzo ograniczony,

Die Lage des Hotels und das Layout des Zimmers waren gut. Frühstücksbuffet hatte alles was man braucht. Die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am Tag vom Check out konnten wir die Koffer lagern und noch Duschen im Spa Bereich, bevor wir am Abend unseren Flug hatten

Die Sauberkeit vom Zimmer war nicht gut. Es hatte hinter dem Vorhang noch Kirschen vom vorherigen Gast. An den Wänden, Decke und Sofabett waren Flecken, die man sicher entfernen könnte. Im Zimmer hat es extrem schlecht gerochen, nur wenn die Klimaanlage lief, hat sich der Geruch etwas gelegt. Wir hatten mehrere Zimmer und das mit dem Geruch war nicht nur bei uns ein Problem. Der Balkon war auch total verdreckt, ich glaube der wird nie gereinigt.

Es hatte nie Personal an der Bar. Der Pool war nicht so besonders und recht klein.

Quasi tutto la struttura era perfetta, il personale gentilissimo sempre disponibile. Colazione vasta scelta e prodotti freschissimi ,polizia impeccabile struttura vicinissimo alla spiaggia si mangia benissimo

Das Frühstück war sehr gut 👍 und die Nähe zum Hafenterminal.

Die Umgebung hat uns leider nicht besonders angesprochen. Auch in den Zimmern war der Geruch teilweise unangenehm, insbesondere aus den Abflüssen kam ein deutlicher Geruch, was den Aufenthalt etwas beeinträchtigt hat.

A relaxed and stylish hotel. Our suite had a huge balcony and a huge bed which was very comfortable.

More seating on the balcony would be better and if it had cushions to make it a comfortable area.

Tous est inclu dans le prix (y compris possibilité d’avoir gratuitement des masques de nuit etc) mais le bonnet de bain qui est obligatoire pour accéder à la piscine est payant, dommage

Usaram o meu cartao indevidamente . Queria usar outro cartao para pagar a estadia de 3 diarias e aproveitaram que tinha pago a taxa de turista e usaram o mesmo cartao . Não me perguntaram qual o cartao que queria usar .

The hotel is next to a dock yard and fish restaurant that BBQs fish every day it is such a shame but there is constant smell of fish and noisy with windows open . There is nothing the staff can do about this but makes you wonder why the hotel was built here ! There is no difference in price between this one and a eurostars hotel in thr centre of Porto . Thr smell and noise made the terrace and balcony basically unusable . Suggest people properly check out location before booking . Also would have preferred the pool to be open before 10

Mycket bra frukost och praktiskt med parkering under hotellet även om det inte tillhörde hotellet för det var fullt på gatorna då restaurangerna var öppna (mot kostnad).

Frühstück war ausreichend auf gutem Niveau. Personal frisch jung und dynamisch und besonders Hilfsbereit. Mann kann sich durchaus wohlfühlen.

Beim Frühstück vielleicht etwas mehr Obst und Gemüseauswahl.

Great location with a beach view from the balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facilities were very nice.

The Buffet Breakfast had an excellent array of dishes, form fruits to Cold Meats to Savories, etc.

The Chairs in our sit out Balcony were of metal. Weather permitting, having cushions on the chairs would be really nice.

The location was perfect for our trip and made it easy to get around. We especially appreciated the thoughtful hospitality, including complimentary cold water and snacks in the lobby. The swimming pool and sauna were both wonderful facilities and added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of our stay.

Funcionários simpáticos e prestáveis. Quarto limpo. O pequeno-almoço variado e de boa qualidade.

Má receção de sinal da TV. Preço demasiado elevado para o tipo de quarto e o serviço prestado.

Hotel excelente, staff muito simpático e disponível, pequeno almoço soberbo recomendo.

Das Zimmer ist gut und man hört nichts von außen, obwohl es an einer belebten Straße ist.

Ich hatte mir die Umgebung schöner vorgestellt. Aber ich mag es auch eher ruhig und natürlich.

Central to the beach and restaurants nearby. Nice rooms, clean and comfortable.

It said sea view, which it isn’t really. Overlooking dock yard. Also they should notify or place a charge fee for the mini bar. I’d wrongly assumed it was complimentary and the cost was a little cheeky. My fault but if I’d know the costs I Wouldn’t have had any. The other thing was no robes for the health spa and you have to pay for a black swim hat. Slightly off putting so we didn’t bother. No active bar person, lacked atmosphere in reception- possibly have some light music or softer lighting.

The location of the hotel is ideal for the beach. We were there for three nights and still didn't see all of Matosinhos. Fish restaurants are amazing and in abundance. Breakfast was great. Plenty of fresh choice.

If you want to use the pool you need a swimming hat. This caught us out.

The location was good for caminantes and close to good places to eat. The room was big and modern, the bathroom is comfortable.

The pool was not attractive to us. Breakfast was a bit weak.
