Liked everything the cleanliness of the room and bathroom,the view the quietness of the area the hosts very lovely people, breakfast served on time every single day

We were limited to use the kitchen I feel that was an area we struggled with, I had to ask every time I needed to cook if there was an option for people who want to cook it would be wonderful, grateful that we were allowed to use their barbecue stand though, Overall it caters more for people who eat takeout

Amazing couple,easy to talk too plus the house and our room was fantastic. Thank you guys.

Arrived to a beautiful property with a breath taking view, our room was warm and comfortable, had everything we needed for our two night stay.

It’s a little out of the way.

The hosts of the B&B were absolutely amazing! They were very welcoming to us, we so thoroughly enjoyed our stay, hospitality 💯Breakfast every morning, very delicious and all. Ngaa manaakitanga

Beautiful place, it exceeded my expectations, nice breakfast.

So many highlights, where do I start? The location is stunning, the views are superb, the room is spacious and very well equipped with everything you might need. Even a tray with tea supplies and glasses in the wardrobe. There is also a mini-fridge, some supplies and coffee in the corridor, for those late night snacks. The breakfast in the morning is nourishing and with the views :) However, the main highlight is the owners, Richard and Diane, who are such friendly and welcoming people that we felt completely at home. If you're considering this accommodation, don't doubt - it will be a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!

Amazing view, good accommodation, nice breakfast and friendly owners. Although in the same house we were provided with full privacy. Small details as cookies and chocolate made us feel welcomed. Well equipped little kitchenette.

Hosts were fantastic, beautiful clean quite room, private entrance, had everything needed. The shower was amazing. Beautiful cooked breakfast with the hosts , that was really nice. Stunning views and beautiful native bird life . Really enjoyed my stay, Highly recommended

Amazing location and very accomodating hosts

The spa wasn't functioning, some repair was needed but was last minute and the rest of it was so comfortable, did not really miss it :) Very quiet, very peaceful and the view is amazing! The hosts are really friendly too...

Charming location and house

Booked for 3 single bed and had a double and an inflatable camping bed . Spa wasn t working staff cold . We won t be back

The place was very fantastic, we had a great time to rest and relax. The host were fabulous. Richard and Diane were very friendly and accommodating.

The hospitality was warm and attentive, the view from the seating area and hot tub was beautiful and the room and many thoughtful extras provided were greatly appreciated. It was a very peaceful and relaxing stay.

Very peaceful. Less than 10 minutes drive from the hustle and bustle of town, set in a beautiful location overlooking fields, valleys & hills for as far as the eye could see. Lovely place to sit with a cold glass of wine watching the sunset over the hills. Very friendly hosts and a yummy breakfast to start the day!

Very comfortable bed with attention to details. Spectacular setting sun 180 vista view from the room I was in. Room is down a hallway off main house and one can exit and enter thru the range slider. Hosts very accommodating of my late arrival. Thoughtful breakfast with other guests in main house, so a good place to meet other people over a shared delicious breakfast.

A bit of noise from adjacent room when they had shower and got stuff out of their wardrobe. Location is a bit out of the way though beautiful setting and perfect to experience rural setting within easy distance to Tauranga. Worth checking out address and drive time so no surprises.

Breakfast tasted lovely. Just surprised a full English breakfast not there. We had our own entrance to the room and a great view. Lady who greated us was lovely .

The view was amazing! There were so many extra little thoughtful things provided. Robes for spa & flip flops.... lovely breakfast selection. Hosts were very welcoming and gave us plenty of privacy. Bed extra comfy and looking across this hills to the city lights under the stars at night

Only 1 night stay but happy with our experience

This was our first B&B stay and what a treat we got! The hosts were very friendly, accommodation was 5 Star, location as less than 15mins to Tauranga City Centre yet far enough away to be quiet and private. Thank you Diane & Richard for your wonderful hospitality. Hope to stay with you again when we visit Tauranga in the future.

From the moment we met Diane and Richard at their gorgeous b & b we felt welcomed and right at home. Fantastic location, views, amenities and delicious cooked and continental breakfast was a real treat. Wish our stay was longer and would definitely stay again!!

When we arrived, a beautiful sunset was just about to start. Diane told us to first sit down and enjoy the view and sunset, and get luggage later. She was absolutely right which marked a great start of our stay there. Diane & Richard were very kind and welcoming, breakfast was great & pleasant. We got great tips on restaurants, thibgs to do, .. In other words: highly recommended!

The property has a spectacular vista, is in a super quiet location and with nearly no light pollution great views of the night sky. The property itself was immaculately clean and the hosts were so welcoming! Wonderful touches like tea and coffee in our room, chocolates, dressing gowns to use in the spa pool, beach towels and some badminton racquets! The breakfast was also great… scrambled eggs made with cream and freshly cut chives!

Fabulous location with amazing views. So peaceful. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The room/en-suite were fabulous and very resort like! Bed was ultra comfortable. Would definitely book again!!!

Everything. The beautiful view and sounds of the birds and cattle. The stars from the hot tub! Everything you could possibly need in the room - tea, coffee, biscuits, a fridge in the corridor, flip flops, lawn games - boules, magazines. You name it, it was provided. Comfy beds, blackout curtains, lovely breakfast. Yoga on the viewing platform.

Would have liked a later checkout but our host was very accommodating with us. Call me English but I wasn’t so keen on talking to strangers over breakfast table but that’s also because we’ve done a lot of socialising with people I don’t know on this trip. I find it a bit tiring and also I’m not a morning person! Our host did try and stagger the times but the other room were late to the table and then in no hurry.

The address is UPPER Ohauiti Road. Google Maps took us to wrong location. Spacious room with numerous guest-friendly amenities. Richard, our host, made a great breakfast. Even with misty rain, the views were stunning.

Diane, our hostess, was ailing, so we did not get to meet her.

The entire experience was wonderful. Affordable, gorgeous location with an amazing view, and a lovely room. The room was very clean, well stocked with biscuits, coffee, tea, chocolate and plenty of towels. The bathroom was spotless and everything worked well, nice quality towels and bed, good facilities.
