HOTEL LAYAKU DURBAR

L'emplacement de cet hôtel est parfait, en plein centre. Le bâtiment est soigné et plein de charme avec ses briques apparentes. Le jeune réceptionniste a été adorable, toujours souriant et à l'écoute, il a su nous conseiller sur nos différents déplacements. Le petit dej est génial, très bon et copieux avec à la fois du sucré et du salé, pris sur le rooftop de l'hôtel avec une magnifique vue sur la vallée. Le meilleur hôtel de notre séjour.

Everything was perfect: location is great, rooms are new and very clean, shower is good. Heated blankets are really useful during cold season

Ottima struttura in una posizione perfetta, a due passi da Durbar Square e dalle principali attrazioni di Bhaktapur. Lo staff è stato sempre gentile e disponibile. La camera era accogliente, ben arredata e confortevole. Ho apprezzato anche la buona colazione servita sul rooftop, un piacevole modo per iniziare la giornata. Consigliato a chi cerca una sistemazione comoda per visitare la città.

Staff à première vue familial, très gentil, très aidant et souriant, un plaisir d'échanger avec eux, l'hotel se situe immédiatement dans le durbar square de Bhaktapur au cœur même des monuments à visiter. Délicieux petit déjeuné pris en rooftop, très très agréable!

The location couldn’t better - you are literally staying in a museum. The family and staff are wonderful. Friendly atmosphere, comfy rooms, breakfast on the rooftop.

L’établissement est très bien situé ! Cependant certaines chambres donnant sur la rue peuvent être bruyantes. La terrasse pour prendre le petit-déjeuner est magnifique. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir changer de chambre .

Nous avons trouvé le personnel assez nonchalant, pas très avenant. Le petit-déjeuner n’était pas à la hauteur des commentaires précédents. L’hôtel était plein et c’était vraiment très bruyant.

A nice and comfortable hotel, very close to the historic sights of Bhaktapur. Staff were friendly, helpful in arranging taxi pick-ups and drop-offs and arranging tours. They also provided boxes of breakfast, even though we left well before breakfast started. Highly recommended!

Ottima posizione. Il taxi lascia proprio davanti. La colazione la mattina buona servita in un piatto unico. Camera con vista sul corso principale con balconcino funzionale.

Ubytování se nachází na skvělém místě v historickém centru. Velmi jsme ocenili možnost zaparkovat naše auto. Personál byl velmi příjemný a přátelský. Vynikající poměř kvality a ceny! Děkujeme za skvělý pobyt.

Náš pokoj byl docela malý.

One of the highlights was the rooftop, which offers a beautiful, clear view—we really enjoyed having our breakfast there. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Есть ряд нюансов. Во‑первых, я выбирала отель по критерию звукоизоляции, которая для меня критически важна из‑за рабочих заданий. Ее там нет — как, наверное, и во всем Непале. Когда во время важного звонка из соседского туалета доносятся весьма неоднозначные звуки, это, мягко говоря, не радует. Заявленного фена в номере тоже не оказалось. Мне обещали его найти, но так и не нашли. После того как я четыре раза напоминала, что для работы мне нужен стул, я решила, что, наверное, обойдусь и без фена. Стиральная машина и утюг относятся не к номеру, а к отелю в целом и предоставляются как платные услуги. За неделю номер ни разу не убрали. Хотя на сайте указано, что принимают карты, оплачивать нужно наличными. И, наконец, "вишенка на торте": молодой человек из хозяйской семьи, принеся тарелку с завтраком, спросил — "Скажите, а вам правда нужен хлеб?"

Location of the hotel was close to the Durbar square, very convenient to explore Bhaktapur from. Nice, small room with a beautiful view, but also a terrace where we were able to enjoy the breakfast from. Friendly hosts looking after the hotel.

Der Besitzer und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Wir haben sogar ein besseres Zimmer zum gleichen Preis erhalten ! Unser Zimmer mit einem kleinen Balkon, war komfortabel eingerichtet und wir hatten ein schönes Bad und ich habe sogar um 6:00 Uhr morgens heiß geduscht ( Ende März ) ! Das Frühstücken auf der Terrasse in der Sonne war richtig schön und das Frühstück gut und ausreichend! Die Lage ist sehr zentral und gut ,man ist mitten im Zentrum. Abends ist es angenehm ruhig zum schlafen . Hinter dem Haus befindet sich eine Schule und die Schüler können manchmal richtig laut sein ( lebendig ) ,da wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren , war es nicht störend !

Unser Zimmer roch ein wenig nach Rauch , wahrscheinlich hatte dort leider jemand geraucht !

There was nothing I didn’t like. The hotel provided a great experience from start to finish.

I thought that from the room the mountain view would be clear which was not. The hotel people (the owner and his family were humble no doubt) but the facilities were not up to the mark. They even gave us an upgrade on the room ( so nice of them) but the facilities were not up to the mark. If they work on that add more staff and facilities like toiletries, AC, and a ceiling fan(mandatory). Humble people work there, it's their home but when you are operating a hotel it should be better One that is my honest Openion. *** A very crucial thing to mention is that the hotel is under the Bakhtapur heritage site and to enter the area needs ticket and the price is 500 NPR which was a total surprise for us. Both booking.com and the hotel while confirming and on WhatsApp should inform beforehand that! It led us a total surprise and we were not happy about that at all!***

Exceptional stay – exceeded all, Highly recommended – great value and location. Breakfast is also excellent and very kindly and helpful staff and great view of mountains on rufftop "Overall, a wonderful stay. very quiet at night and high-speed Wi-Fi. Minor note for future guests: the walk to the main square is about 5 minutes, and the elevator is a bit small, so plan accordingly. Still a 10-star experience for the price!" Next time I definitely stay lots of time in this hotel.

El hotel está regentado por un grupo de chavales super jóvenes, se les nota que les falta experiencia, pero tienen mucha voluntad y han sido super amables todo el rato, aunque creo que deberían mejorar un poco la atención, ya que al principio no nos explicaron los servicios que tenían (desayuno, laundry...) y tuvimos que preguntarlo nosotros. El hotel es bonito, bien ubicado, y en mi habitación, con unas vistas agradables desde el balcón. Ademas tiene un buen rooftop donde se sirve el desayuno. Me parece un hotel super recomendable para meses menos fríos.

Me ha parecido ver que otras habitaciones tenían aire acondicionado, pero la que reservamos nosotros no, así que la habitación era super fría, tuvimos que pedirles un calefactor que nos ayudó bastante a pasar esos días, pero te lo cobran a parte. Ademas, el baño non está aislado del exterior, así que al ducharte pasas bastante frío. Por otra parte, la ducha no tiene manguera, así que tienen que usar la alcachofa de arriba y salpicarlo todo, ya que no hay separación entre la ducha y el resto de las piezas.

Le charme de l'hotel avec une localisation parfaite (exactement à 50m du Durbar) nous a beaucoup plu ! La déco très sympa et plutôt raffinée. Petit déjeuner compris assez sommaire mais satisfaisant. Le personnel était très souriant et très agréable. Ils ont tout mis en oeuvre pour passer d'une chambre à 2 lits simples à une chambre couple. Literie plutôt confortable et chambre propre.

The door was closed and I wasn’t able to check in at all and I was charged full. I tried to contact them on their provided number for more than 10 times but they didn’t received the call.

Goede locatie, dichtbij alles in Bhaktapur. Ontbijt wordt geserveerd op het dakterras, met een prachtig uitzicht. Verder was het een ruime kamer met een hele fijne, warme douche. We vonden de gastheer (en zijn gezin) hele fijne, vriendelijke mensen. We komen hier graag terug!

Het hotel is perfect gelegen, dichtbij al de bezienswaardigheden en met een mooi uitzicht vanuit de kamer. De kamers zijn zeer ruim en proper. Ook het ontbijt is lekker en ook leuk op het dakterras. Het meeste beviel mij de vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Heel vriendelijke mensen die je met alles willen helpen als je dat vraagt.
