Sehr saubere und neuwertige Wohnung in sehr guter Lage, Parkhaus St. Denis, Altstadt, Restaurants schnell erreichbar

De lift was wel heel klein. We hebben de nooduitgang moeten gebruiken omdat er iemand claustrofobie had. Gelukkig waren we met vier zodat iemand de nooddeur kon openhouden. Zo kon men toch naat boven met de trap die in een andere straat gelegen was dan de eigenlijke ingang.

Manque un congélateur dans le frigo pr les glaçons.. Et un variateurs pr les lumières du salon cuisine car ca ébloui sévère,ou une petite lampe sur pied simplement...🙂.. Sinon cest parfait!!

Goed bed

Compleet verouderd, heel ongezellig. Vlekken, barsten in de keukenkasten. Geen koffieapparaat zoals op hun websitefoto’s . De glazen zaten onder de kalkvlekken, niet aangenaam om te gebruiken.

Nous sommes allés plusieurs fois séjourner dans l'apart hotel Amosa (toujours contentes). Cette fois ci très déçues! non seulement pour la propreté (lave vaisselle présence de pourriture et mauvaise odeur) , l'évier de la salle de bain bouché, le dessous des lits très poussiéreux, la porte vers l'escalier pas sécurisé, la réceptionniste désagréable (nous avons eu droit à une grimace lorsque nous avons demandé l'heure du petit déjeuner), et le petit déjeuner, sauf une baguette grise, les viennoises étaient sèches, la baguette aussi... enfin soit, nous tenterons une nouvelle fois d'y retourner mais ce sont des détails qui tuent!!!!!!!!!

De locatie midden in de stad was uitstekend om Luik te ontdekken.

We hebben niet goed opgelet bij het boeken, er is GEEN airco in de appartementen. Daardoor was het erg warm en benauwd in het appartement.

En positiv kvalitet ved dette overnatningssted er helt klart hvor centralt det ligger i forhold til spisesteder, busser og gågader med butikker. Det bedste ved overnatningsstedet var dog helt klart den gode morgenmad og det venlige personale. (Personalet ved morgenmaden var RIGTIG godt og rigtig søde)

BOOK IKKE DETTE STED HVIS DU VIL HAVE EN GOD FERIE. For det første ligger lejligheden i en gyde som lugter yderst forfærdeligt. For at komme op til lejligheden kan du enten: tage en elevator som går i stykker tit og som kun kan bære 2 personer ad gangen eller en gyde som er ubehagelig at gå i og er fuld af pis, lort og utryk. Lejligheden er IKKE lydtæt, men tværtimod fuld af støj fra over- og underboerne. I lejligheden er der ikke rengjort ordentlig, den fremstår snusket. I opvaskemaskinen er der mug og både glas og andet service er ikke i en tilstand som er okay.

De bedden lagen perfect. Er was lekker veel ruimte voor 4 volwassenen en de locatie midden in het centrum was heel aangenaam.

de douche had een wat zachte straal en was inpandig waardoor warmte en stoom niet goed weg kon stromen als we allemaal achter elkaar gingen douchen.

Ruim appartement, 2 slaapkamers, goede bedden, complete keuken. Perfect voor een kort verblijf.

We hadden een probleem met de lift want 2 hadden claustrofobie. Is toch goed opgelost met trappen.

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Prachtige ruime kamers. Heel fijn om met 2 stellen zowel privacy te hebben maar toch een gezamenlijke ruimte

La literie est très confortable; la situation géographique est idéale pour rayonner dans le centre de Liège; l'enregistrement est simple et efficace.

L'appartement aurait besoin d'une petite remise à neuf (peinture, joints, nettoyage, etc.).

Отличные апартаменты. есть все необходимое! Персонал внимательный и дружелюбный! Завтрак превзошел все ожидания! Стоянка для авто прямо в двух шагах. В общем нам повезло.

Geweldige locatie met een ruim appartement.

Geen starterset als in Vaatwastabletten en/of keukenhanddoeken. Ook ontbrak het nespresso apparaat wat wel zichtbaar was op de foto's tijdens het boeken. Ook was de badkamer niet helemaal schoon. De binnenkant van de deur zat onder de vlekken.

Peut être un petit soucis de chauffage dans la grande chambre. Il manquait une cafetière électrique a dosette mais nous avions amené la notre

Propre, confortable et personnel accueillant

J’aurais apprécié qu’il y ait une cafetière. Quelques défauts (papier peint qui se décolle dans le salon, prise cassée, carrelage fendu). Et surtout un escalier dangereux : 2 marches cassées.

Limpieza, funcionalidad y ubicación. Práctico, con camas muy cómodas y ropa de cama muy abrigosa. Céntrico para conocer lo más importante de la ciudad.

Acceso complejo y peligroso. El ascensor FUNCIONA MAL, carece de puerta de seguridad, no sigue las indicaciones que se le dan y se para entre pisos. La alternativa -escaleras- no era mejor: no estaban disponibles para subir por carecer de acceso desde la calle, son irregulares y con barandilla de madera que se mueve. En fín, estropea las ventajas del apartamento.

Gulvet var iskoldt og selv ved en rumtemperatur på 22 grader frøs man fra kulde i gulvet. Lænestole var våde efter rengøring eller tidligere gæst - kunne ikke anvendes. Elevator til lejlighed var meget lille - der manglede instruktion om hvor trappen kunne findes.

Heel enge lift, geen mogelijkheid om trap te gebruiken. Geen pannen. WC deur niet af te sluiten. Slot defect.

Het ontbijt was fantastisch. Wij hebben met 6 stellen in 3 appartementen geslapen. Deze liggen zo'n 100 meter van het hotel waar het ontbijt is. De ontbijtruimte in het hotel is modern en mooi ingericht. Het ontbijt zelf liet niks te wensen over. Service was uitstekend.

De lift in het gebouw waar de appartementen liggen is erg klein. Max. 2 personen. Verder niks aan te merken.

Müheloser Check-in im Hotel um die Ecke; dort können auch Fahrräder sicher untergebracht werden; In der Umgebung ist wohl Lüttichs Chinatown; es gibt viele asiatische Restaurants; direkt um die Ecke eine tolle Konditorei mit Frühstücksoptionen

Appartement était très spacieux, confortable, propre et très bien située. IL se trouve juste à la rue derrière l'hôtel. Le parking publique à 10 m de l'hôtel , 17€ pour 24h. Le petit déjeuné est correcte, il faut juste savoir que les omelettes, il faut les commander, elles ne sont pas en service libre. Quand nous sommes arrivés( à 9h), il n'y avait plus rien comme viennoiserie, mais si on fait la demande auprès le service ils vont vous les apporter, mais ca aussi il faut le savoir...

Les voisins au dessus écoutaient la musique et faisaient la bruit la moitié de la nuit. Et on attendait bien tous leurs mouvements. Mais je n'hésiterais pas à reprendre le même appart si jamais je refais la séjour au Liège. C'est juste que nous n'avons pas eu de la chance cette fois ci avec les voisins.

Cold areas even though there were heaters

The apartment is located in the center of a town. Well renovated, clean, spacious living room. There are multiple apartments in the same building for rent, so it is convenient if you travel with family of friends. Be aware that it is the center of the old European town and everything there is very narrow. The elevator can fit two people only. Parking spaces are very narrow etc.

Unfortunately at the time we were there in both apartments we were renting the dishwasher was not working. The owners were willing to help but they couldn't do much because of the Christmas time. The heating in the bedrooms didn't work properly. Keeping in mind the old building, the room was quite cold. I hope they've fixed that already.

There was just one mirror in the whole apartment in the toilet. I think you should another mirror somewhere else in the apartment.

The apartment is perfectly located in the very center of the city. There is an elevator, no neighbors on the floor. The room is very spacious. Great wide shower. Freshly renovated. Very comfortable beds in two bedrooms. There is a private kitchen and a beautifully furnished living room with a French balcony. This apartment exceeded our expectations. The photos are worse than reality. You need to take the keys at the reception at the hotel, but it is around the corner from the entrance to the apartment. And there is a bonus - luggage storage at the hotel.

There was incomprehensible correspondence during the three days before the arrival and calls during working hours, and I was busy. But by the time of check-in all the correspondence issues were resolved positively for us

Very nice and comfortable property. The room was very clean except for underneath the beds, that was very lacking.

This is actually a very nice property, I liked the style of the apartment. For Liege, this is a decent place. The rooms were nice, only problem is that they were mirrorless. We were a bit confused as to the location of this apartment but we were helped out by very friendly member of staff.

The smell of cigarettes in this place is completely overwhelming. I felt like I was getting lung cancer as I was just breathing in the apartment. It’s also not very clean, a few of the plates had stains, as did the curtains but other than that, it was ok. The location of this property was so confusing to find. We were stranded outside of the apartment for 20 minutes, only to figure out that we have to go into the reception first(?). Also, if you’re a claustrophobe, this place may not be for you. The elevator to get up to the apartment is dangerously small and felt like a torture device to go up and down, often stopping mid journey. What confused me is that there were stairs at the back of the property, and we only found this out in our last hour of staying there. A heads up from the staff about the stairs would’ve been appreciated and would’ve stopped us from riding a contraption from hell every time we wanted to leave.

Very friendly and helpfull personnel in the hotel. A spacious apartment with nice streat view from the balcony. The apartment is clean and comes with everything you need for your stay.

The entrance of the apartment is in a very dirty, bad smelling bystreet. The keys to the apartment don’t work for the frontdoor, so we couldn’t go back in without going to the hotel’s lobby around the building and help from the staff. The elevator to the apt is defect, apparently for more than a week already. The stairs are steep and narrow and the building is high. Although the view from the balcony is very nice, better keep all other curtains closed, unlike you enjoy the view of scaffolds and peeing people…

Really spacious & clean.

Everything great, except parking. The nearest public carpark (advertised on the site) was underground & our vehicle wouldn’t fit. Had to park a fair distance away.

The location was perfect and the apartment is spacious and clean. I would definitely recommend staying here for a short citytrip. Perfect for 3 or 4 persons and good value for the price you pay. The bedrooms are large and the beds are very comfortable.

Excellent hotel

We could not find a (beer) bottle opener which is a bit sad in Belgium! It would be a nice touch to supply a few basics like tea, coffee, milk on arrival. No dish washing brushes. The beautiful oak stair had been very clumsily renovated which is a pity.

The people at the reception desk were friendly. They were also helpful. When we had a problem with the sewage-like odor in the bathroom, they did their best to fix it. One of the women (I will not name her because I'm not sure if she's ok with that) at the reception also offered us to stay in one of the family rooms if the odor does not go away. In the end, it did, and we stayed a full week at the apartment. It is big enough for a family with a lot of room to move around and play. It is also very well-located in the sense that you can walk to almost every part of the city in 10 minutes. In the absence of airconditioning, there are fans in both bedrooms. Lots of towels available. Garbage can is cleaned out everyday. We also appreciated that there is a washing machine.

The apartment could use a lot of love and maintenance. It was not very clean (look under the cupboard and feel the floor) and there is a need to fill up the cupboard (there's not enough glasses and cutlery that we have to wash these right every after meal, weird because they have a hotel and restaurant). The bathroom reeked of sewage when we arrived. It was solved after two days of stay but still, it doesn't really make you feel welcome. The interior needs a bit of soul. It can be really warm during hot days as there's no airconditioning. You need to pick up the keys in a separate building before you can enter the apartment. Also, if you are arriving with the car, you need to park in a separate parking area. There is no free parking space in front of the apartment building. It was really warm in Liege when we were there (30+ degrees) so we had to open our windows in the evenings. However, it can be really loud outside with people not only chatting but shouting at a cafe around the corner. Maybe good to bring some earbuds.

Good location in centre of town near all tourist stuff and place was very large and modern inside too with parking next to it and lift directly to rooms.
