Me pareció penoso

Cleanliness
9.3/10Consistently praised across reviews: 'muy limpia', 'très très propre', 'La limpieza excelente', 'hotel muy limpio y nuevo' — rooms and common areas reported very clean.
Service
7.9/10Mixed sentiment: multiple comments praise amable/helpful staff, but there are serious negatives (one guest reports being refused accommodation for racist reasons), phone not answered on arrival and some indifferent reception/slow check‑out incidents — lowers overall score.

Value for Money
9/10Multiple reviewers highlight very good value and price/quality ratio; one comment notes 'four stars justito' but overall value perception is strong.
Food and Beverage
8.6/10Breakfast frequently praised ('excellent', varied, high quality), though there are operational complaints about cafeteria opening times, occasional inattentive breakfast service and a dirty bar mention.
