Privato Makati

A cozy hotel tucked in Makati suburbs surrounded with residential houses, pretty affordable compared to those in busy streets. If you're looking for just the right room to rest, it's alright. It is reasonably priced, nothing fancy, not even a Netflix subscription ready or a cable channel working but with adequate space and facility. There's a ref, hair dryer and kettle for convenience and tho there were no complementary bottled water, there's a refilling station for water at the hallway. Hot shower works just fine and the aircon, although exuding with a little noise, works just right. Breakfast was mainly basics, scrambled eggs and a few stir-fried stuff although they change it up a little hours after. This could be convenient as there are just few carinderias around the area. There's a relatively small gym if you wanna lift weights and a pool by the roofdeck. I did not use those tho.

I was a little confused to know there's a security deposit even after paying in advance and securing the room. Can't say if it's the same for all rooms but I had to pay 2k up front. I've never encountered this in any of the other hotels I stayed before. I guess they were just making sure you come back. It was returned to me after check out.

Weve got a great stay at privato makati. Location is very nearby to many restaurant and fastfood. The ambience of the hotel makes you feel at home. With a great service from the stafff and for the value of it. The rooms are very clean , spacious and excellent. Housekeeping did a great job for this since i have with me my kids. Amenities like pool and gym added attraction my kids love the pool so much. Salamat aria from housekeeping for accomodating all our needs. for surely we will come back soon again.

We have the best experience in Privato. The ameneties are good and staffs are very accomodating. They always have the best smiles esp Ms. Lorraine. Will definitely go back.

I enjoyed my stay at Privato as a solo traveler. It was the perfect place to unwind, recharge, and enjoy some much-needed me time.

The location is accessible. The room is spacious what I love is their window that you can see the city lights. The atmosphere is conducive there is enough lighting and window. There is a hot shower. The value is worth it, overall experience is commendable from the staff to the facilities. 5/5 star ✨

The hotel is at a very good location. You find places to visit and explore eateries. Malls are nearby for relaxation and shopping. However there is no restuarant in the hotel but a nearby cafe still helps in your schedule. Overall a clean and nice stay at Privato Makati.

Very close to the location I needed to be. King size bed very spacious since I traveled by my self.

I was planning to get a body massage but didn’t instead, cause I knew it would be hard to sleep anyway. AC was loud. Issue with compressor. I need to be in temp of 23 so it won’t make much noise. Room is warm. They can’t fix and complained twice never recommend to change room either. So I have to deal with it for 2days. I barely sleep because of the loud noise. Bathroom is not pleasant smell. Room is okay very standard, bed was place in the corner of the wall very usually for a hotel.

Its been a while privato makati but still the service is excellent. With their minimalist room, clean and fresh sheets and the nice smell of the surroundings. Also one of the great value hotel in the area. I commend also their amenities , and the ambiance of th hotel . Their is no noise in the area also. and lastly with nearby restaurant. Thank you to all the staff who assist me especially housekeeping .

Me and my family got a chance to experiencw privato makati. Nakikita ko lang sya sa mga ads and im curious. So when we got their,the ambience is so pleasant and the lobby smells good. Yung tipong nasa hotel ka talaga. They greeted us well and the staff at the lobby are very polite. We stay in deluxe triple room godod for family and i was amazed. The room is very spacious, super clean, sheets are fresh and the atmospehere of the room is very nice. We, like also that they have water refill outside your room and that is one of the great things. Because hindi ka na bibili ng tubig pa na pang drink. We got their room in a good value and it is very nice. Their swimming pool and gym are great but most especially i commend all the staff for being so kind, approachable and giving us an excellent service for our stay. Thank you housekeeping for all our needs and request. Will surely comeback here again.

The location is convenient for us since it is near with our training loc. The rooms was clean indeed (knowing that it has cheap value) and all of the staffs are very friendly and accommodating. There were amenities as well that provide convenience to us. Moreover, there are no noise at all that can disturb our resting time. Overall, we felt that they value us, as a guest.

Pangatlong stay ko na here and it's still the best service, wala lang nag assist for parking and masyadong busy ang reception. Upon request nalang din ang paglinis ng room Pero overall experience was soon nice, thank you to mark for attending all my request hehe and also to Claude.

I really enjoyed my stay at Privato Makati. The room service was exceptional — Charles, Aris, and Kakai made my stay very memorable with their attentive and excellent service. The front desk team, especially Claude, Camille, and Paula, was courteous and helpful, and they made it easy for me to get familiar with the Makati area and the surrounding neighborhoods. Dave, who served breakfast, went above and beyond his normal duties and made the dining experience especially pleasant.

My third stay here and it never disappoints! The rooms are always clean, I always get great deals when booking, and the parking is super convenient and hassle-free. Definitely one of my go-to hotels.

Around 4am in the morning yung breakfast sa back parking is already there. Ok naman siya since may mga takip but suddenly may malaking daga na nag roroaming dahil unattended yung foodthen nakita ko yung plastic parang may butas. that’s why hindi ako nag brekafast that morning.

The gym is compact but has everything you need for a quick morning workout—clean, well-ventilated, and easy to access. I also appreciated the fast WiFi in the lobby and the comfortable seating areas, which were perfect for catching up on emails before my meetings. The overall aesthetic is very minimalist and professional. Definitely my new go to in Makati.

The hotel is well kept. Service is good and staff are accomodating. I didnt encounter any issue in my room and you get what you pay for.

The room was simple, clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is pretty nice too, it wasn’t too busy and close to everything. The breakfast was also pretty good not much options as it’s already preset but not bad. All the staff were also very nice and accommodating.

Thank you for accommodating and granting my late check-out request, especially since I arrived late in the evening. The room was nice, modern, and comfortable. However, I hope the air conditioning can be properly maintained, as we experienced that it was not cold enough during our stay. The Wi-Fi connection on the television was also disconnected around 9:00 AM, and I was unable to reconnect it. Regarding the pool area, I suggest improving its cleanliness. Some parts had visible stains, and there were floating particles in the water that affected the overall experience. It would also be great to add more benches and umbrellas around the pool area for guests’ comfort. These are only suggestions, and I hope they can help improve the experience for future guests.

actually i didnt expect much with thia hotel but its actually exceeded my expectation. dining area are clean and most of all the staff. im was working in other hotels in manila but they are not consistent in greeting guest, but here? woooww the mabuhay gesture is very alive. staff here are very well trained to interact with the guest. to the one who check me in her name is Shiela is exceptional also the cleaners who keeping my room tidy kudos to you Mark.

Location is very near my training venue, so it was a nice 7-minute walk to Inquirer. The staff are polite and respectful! Breakfast service is good, as well. Room is clean and AC is very cold. Bonus points for having a great treadmill machine in the gym room.

The accomodation was great and nice. Also, all the staff is kind and very approachable. The room was comfortable and beautiful that we can relax and enjoy the moment.

The staff especially the Patrick from housekeeping keeps everything clean and responds quickly on requests.

Overall, our experience at Privato Makati was just okay, but if you ask me whether I would stay here again, my answer would probably be no. The room itself was decent, but there are several areas that need improvement. First, there was no proper chair with a backrest, which would have made it more comfortable for guests to sit and relax. Second, the room had a king-size bed, yet only two thin pillows were provided. Typically, a king-size bed comes with four pillows as part of standard hotel accommodations. We also noticed that the towels had stains, which was disappointing. Another issue was the bathroom ventilation. There was no exhaust fan, so odors from the bathroom easily spread throughout the room. The breakfast selection was also quite limited. The main reason we booked this hotel was the swimming pool for our child. Unfortunately, the actual pool looked very different from the photos shown in the listing. The water appeared somewhat dirty, and the tiles around the pool were also visibly unclean. While there were some positive aspects to our stay, the overall experience did not meet our expectations based on what was advertised online. For that reason, I would likely choose a different hotel for future stays.

The location in the San Antonio area is fantastic, offering a perfect balance of being close to the Makati financial district and local commercial hubs while remaining peaceful. Despite the busy atmosphere of Makati, the hotel is located on a quieter street, so we were able to rest comfortably without too much noise. It’s also conveniently close to different establishments and restaurants, which made everything accessible during our stay. We especially enjoyed the lap pool. It was very relaxing, and we were even able to do our swimming exercise there. The staff were also very accommodating and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely come back again whenever we have another business meeting within the area.
