Room reserved was not available. Referred to another property but by the time I got there they had no room. They did find me a room at a Marriott hotel

Room was generally clean, A/C was solid. Breakfast was nice, not much variations but sufficient.

The rooms are beginning to show some wear. Stains on the chaise lounge, some stains on the carpeting. Sound/music levels from next door, at 4:30AM, was disturbing. Some scratching graffiti on the elevator's doors. The removal of the coffee machine in the room made it less convenient. The toilet was loose, the toilet was not scrubbed totally leaving blue cleaner in the bowl, the toilet paper holder was not tightly attached to the wall.

I had to meet with clients in Temecula and Murrieta. This location was very convenient and practical. It was close to restaurants and to Old Town Temecula. It allowed us to enjoy our free time between client visits. Also, access to a printer at no charge was very helpful. I had to make some revisions and print the documents. It was a life saver! Breakfast was also very good.

Average not as good as other Holiday Inn expresses I have stayed at. Consistently out of coffee during the breakfast hours, empty serving dishes were not replenished for 30 minutes or more even though, a young woman was standing by to do just that.

The carpet in the hotel room had not been vacuumed and was stained. Reception staff seemed to lack training and professional behavior.

This property location is exceptionally good. Clean and comfortable place to stay. When we complained about guests disturbing footsteps on the upper floor, they immediately acted on it and thus we were able to sleep in peace. The breakfast is tummy filling, a well balanced breakfast: protein and carbs.

Booking.com had misleading photos of this property which was very upsetting, becauae the price was too much for 1 night without the pool attraction that was online. I would actually like to speak with someone in regards to this issue.

Overall a pretty good hotel. Nice rooms, great bedding. Great amenities (gym, laundry, pool, etc.) and decent breakfast for a hotel in this price category. Free coffee & tea all day in the lobby.

The hotel's premises are very noisy from the adjacent freeway. Ask for a room away from the freeway as they are somewhat quieter. The coffee in the lobby / at breakfast is too watered down.

I really had a blast with my kids and grandkids I would recommend my friends to rent a room from here,

Had a problem with the bathroom. My wife is disabled and we had an accessible room, but the shower chair would not adjust and when we used it, water ran out of the tub and all over the bathroom. When we called down for towels and help cleaning the mess, it took someone 30 minutes to bring us two hand towels. I had asked of towels and a mop, did not come. I tried to soak up the water with towels and rung in the tub, but we had to leave to go to the hospital. We told the desk about the issue as we were leaving and when we returned five hours later, nothing had been done. I went back to the desk and all he did was give me some more towels which I finally dried the floor. We normally stay at Holiday Inns, but for the price we paid which was a bit much compared to other hotels in the area, not a great experience. I asked for the manager and still have not heard a word.

The hotel staff were friendly, attentive and the check-in process was very fast. The kitchen area was clean and well maintained. The food was delicious and I loved the pancake machine 😋

There were very noisy neighbors in the room next to mine and management made several attempts to make contact with them, but they ignored both the phone and the knocks on their door from management. While I am happy that management made attempts to resolve the issue for me, I feel that perhaps a fee should be added to any guest that is disruptive to other guests , especially after certain hours of the night. Management offered to move me to another room, however I declined because I was already settled in and didnt want to be inconvenienced. This hotel's guests mainly consists of traveling business contractors who drive large commercial vehicles which take up lots of space in the parking lot. These were my only negative experience during my stay.

Title: Retaliatory Staff Behavior and False Accusations Ruined an Otherwise Decent Property My wife and I stayed at this Extended Stay location previously and had a decent experience. We liked the kitchenette, found the pricing reasonable, and had no major complaints during our first stay. Because of that, we chose to return for a five-day stay. Unfortunately, this second stay was completely derailed by the unprofessional and retaliatory behavior of a front desk staff member. At check-in, we were greeted by a front desk associate who immediately displayed a dismissive and irritated attitude toward my wife when she asked basic questions. Her responses were short, dry, and conveyed clear annoyance. When I politely asked whether it was possible to be placed in a room with a newer TV (knowing from a prior stay that room amenities vary but pricing does not), her demeanor changed further and she appeared visibly bothered by the request, as if it were an unreasonable inconvenience. Another staff member I recognized from a previous stay stepped in and was able to accommodate the request easily and professionally. This appeared to upset the original staff member, and from that point forward, every interaction with her became problematic. Throughout the remainder of our stay, issues repeatedly arose only when dealing with this individual. Towels were returned short after being turned in properly, and every encounter felt unnecessarily confrontational and passive-aggressive. It became very clear that this was retaliation for speaking up on the first day. The situation escalated on the day of checkout when I called the front desk to ask about extending my stay for an additional night. Instead, I received a call from the second staff member who abruptly accused my wife and me of being involved in a “domestic situation” and noise complaints the previous night. This accusation was shocking and false. My wife was not even present that evening.

they put us in a handicap accessible room, the sheets were pretty dirty, stuff in the fridge and Bobby pins all over which makes us think was the room even cleaned
