My key didnt work the first time.

They charge they charge $40 for breakfast and the room was completely overcharged I was overcharged $50 when I checked in and I'll charge $200 for a smoking fee that I did not even smoke in the room and I'm having a hard time even getting them to reverse it I'm going to have t dispute the charge of my bank and the manager was completely unprofessional

The staff and the manager did not meet any concerns about my room stay

Hot tub and pool were nice

Room was small. No ice machine on 4th floor. Elevators not centralized. No continental breakfast. Roof top bar closed. No restaurant to speak of. Night stand drawer would not open do to room layout.

Room air conditioner very loud. Had to have the TV sound up to hear. No microwave in room.

It was clean and the high ceiling masked the smallness of the room. It had a couch (torn) and a very cold little fridge. The shower was the best part of the room - great shower head! The bed was comfy enough.

There were very few working lights in my room. It is a VERY DARK room and no makeup mirror and very poorly lighted bathroom - impossible for makeup. No microwave. Hard to find outlets near my bed. I hated the starkness of the entire facility. Very cold and impersonal.

Purchased coffee at Starbucks located in lobby.

The hotel is very modern which we liked, and close to anything you could possibly need. It's a beautiful area.

Check in wasn't so good. I had a copy of your reservation # but they were initially not able to find it. Eventually said it was under the name of Menning Sue rather than Sue Menning. That might have been okay but then at 5pm (we said we would be there at 4pm) they didn't have a room ready. I asked (tongue in cheek) if we could use the room for Menning Sue. Anyway, it was about 5 minutes and they gave us our room key. But once upstairs, Housekeeping was just leaving our room and the floors were all still wet from being mopped. Once dried, it was okay until bed time when we noticed that our king bed top sheet did not really fit the king size width-wise, length-wise was fine. Just a small (weird) inconvenience.

Hotel is modern and has spacious rooms with every detail tailored for a comfortable stay. Loved the full size mirror! Bed was super comfortable!

Nothing to not like.

A very comfortable stay for us. The hotel was conveniently located for our visit to the Murrietta Hot Springs Resort. The staff at the hotel was friendly and professional. The breakfast we had there was delicious as well. We will definitely stay there again.

Our booking specified $20 per person per day for breakfast. What we received was $10 vouchers for limited breakfast selections. Coffee provided by Starbucks was an extra cost, and I couldn't use my Starbucks app to pay for it. Next time I will chose a hotel that includes a breakfast buffet with free coffee!

Loved everything

I had a door between the rooms. Every night I had neighbors being so loud and not considerate. I paid a lot of money to travel to find a room where I can sleep in peace. It was disappointing.

The hotel was very nice with wonderful staff. Also, the location was close to the freeway.

The location was great for what we needed. The staff were friendly enough, but could've turned on the "charm" a little more. It was a place to sleep, which is all we really needed.

The sleeper sofa was the most uncomfortable pull-out bed I've ever slept in...and I know that pull-outs aren't generally comfy, so this says a lot! The wallpaper in our room was peeling off of the wall. The "breakfast included" was not actually included unless you paid. The pool grounds were nice enough, but maybe stay up to speed with how rusty your patio/deck furniture is getting. If it's rusty, replace it! Also, I felt that the price for the room didn't match what we got...definitely trying to capitalize on being close to "wine country."

Gemütliches, sauberes Hotel in guter Lage. Zimmer sehr leise, gepflegt mit Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine. Gute Betten. Schönes Bistro/Bar in der Lobby, Parkplatz mit ausreichend Flächen und Lademöglichkeiten vor dem Hotel.

Teppich auf dem Flur etwas abgewohnt, teilweise schlechte Handtücher, Zimmerreinigung etwas unaufmerksam.

Location good for our work, but not so good for nearby dining options. One of the best hotel showers we’ve ever had, really well designed, perfect water control, and so spacious! Excellent room temperature controls. Comfy bed. Very very clean. Small couch to relax on when watching tv, not just the bed. Good budget-choice (for California) when traveling for work. Friendly staff, casual style.

Morning bistro should be open longer. Missed good coffee being available all day. Just vending machines. Bleak corridors, not even a picture or any decoration by the elevators. Few niceties aside from the shower, so can’t recommend for vacation travelers.

The rooftop deck was closed. Lack of affordable, healthy dining / food options. There are tons of great options outside the hotel, which was great, however would have enjoyed staying at hotel for a casual meal as well. Disappointed that there wasn't complimentary coffee for guests, considering it's not a great expense for the hotel to offer it. $5 for a single regular Starbucks filtered coffee is crazy.

In both my room and a friends room, the mattresses were lumpy. I thought it was just in the room my husband & I were assigned; However, friends in another room had the same experience.

The location is convenient, the room is spacious and quiet, and there is easy access to Los Angeles. The staff are friendly, and although breakfast is not included, there is a good cafeteria available.

The hotel is clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciate. However, the AC unit in the room is extremely loud it’s almost impossible to get any sleep when it’s running. The hallways could also use a bit of an upgrade, as they look dated compared to the rest of the property. Overall, a decent stay but the noise from the AC made it hard to rest.

Hot tub was great. However umbrella fell in the hot tub and was there for over an hour. We told the receptionist. When we went up to our room.

The front desk was extremely nice every time we walked by.

The room i reserved wasn't available. I wasn't made aware of this until I got in to the room and complained. I still don't know if the room rate will be adjusted.

Paying for breakfast is wild. Especially when there are many other Marriotts that dont.

Bathroom towels had big tears in them.

The room had a terrible onion smell but otherwise looked good. They gave us a new room, but the shower was tiny and uncomfortable. We were woken up at 3 am to fire alarms and people running down the halls. never could figure out what was going on but the alarms finally stopped after what seemed like 20 minutes. Very unhappy with the over all stay

Fire alarm goes off between 5-530 am. No one at front desk. Never showed up. We checked open offices and called 911. Front desk person NEVER showed up. Finally firemen said ok to return to rooms. In the morning front desk said he was checking the building and did not consider all the people. Door from park of the building locked to exit. After banging on door someone opened so we could exit the building.

Friendly and easy to find

Great rooms and amenities. Staff was wonderful accommodating me with early checkin to get ready for wedding in time!

Staff member were amazing. Very professional, friendly and helpful. Only concern is showers. Seniors need a bench or rails to hold onto. I felt the shower was not safe

Staff was incredibly slow, prioritized calls over the line of people trying to check in. Had designer cologne stolen from our locked room.

Poor room maintenance, simple things to fix that would have made perceptions positive instead of dirty and broken. Kinda sad they don’t fix simple things in the room, nor clean the super sticky remote with scotch tape holding it together.

Good bar, the pass through in the shower was ingenious. Room was overall comfortable and had really high ceilings on ground floor.

Access if parking through the back is a long path through the pool area and isn’t convenient so you basically Have to park in the front regardless. Wallpaper started peeling in shower. Rooftop bar hasn’t been open since Covid.

The staff were friendly. The hotel was modern and clean, and the elevator was always ready and quick.

Peaceful and quiet property with decent views.

We had a nice stay overall—the hotel is clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly. They made the whole process of checking in, asking questions and check out a very easy , smooth process. The only downsides were that it was a bit noisy at night, and there was no body soap, bottle was empty in the shower. Also, the pool area ran out of towels when we went around 5pm which was a little inconvenient. Other than that, everything was great and we enjoyed our time here.

Very modern facilities. I will definately stay if they other new branches like this. Just hoping they put back the little toiletries other hotel has.

I enjoy my time there the staff was really nice and the hotel was really clean.

All in all the place was pretty good. We only stayed there for a day but it was nice and peaceful. The staff at the bistro we're very sweet and amazing. Their foods are delicious! Must check them out

This Hotel was perfect the location, clean the service super convenience.

Dominique at the front desk went above and beyond to take care of my family. Her service alone saved our stay- we booked a room through hotels.com for 5 people, and to our understanding, we would be staying in a room with 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed. This was not the case. Hotels.com did not properly list the accomodations at this property. As a result, the hotel staff was left to pick up the pieces. Fortunately, we were lucky and the outstanding staff and management quickly accommodated our needs. Super impressed with this team and will return solely because of the customer service we received! Will not be booking through hotels.com again....

Anazing staff and beautiful, comfortable clean room.

Well-organized and perfect for remote work. The location is convenient for traveling to both San Diego and Los Angeles. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming.

The carpet appeared dirty, and the rooms could benefit from better maintenance—for example, the wallpaper was peeling and in need of repair.

The toilet will not flush, the room was not clean and no towels. I was supposed to be given 2 complementary bottles of water but I was told that I have to pay for it.

Everything overall except pool was salt water!

The bed was very uncomfortable - [ the room felt very Dated,..- The Check in front desk clerk wrote 265 on the key card envelope = But the "6" was extremely sloppy [ there was no [ top ] to the "6" so looked like a ( 4 ) ] so - im walking up and down the hall [ to the furthest room away from the elevator,,,thank you! ] looking for a room that didn't exist - had to ask cleaningstaff what she thought the room number might be..she [ guessed ] 265!
