Brennan Court Guest Accommodation

Everything about it was just perfect. Location good ,so clean ,even the receptionist was so welcoming .I will definitely recommend it to friends.

The rooms and bathroom are large and clean. The bed was comfortable. In the nice communal kitchen there is a coffee machine, washing machine, microwave and stove.

The hallway echos quiet loudly when opening and closing doors. A little bit of felt to stop them banging would go a long way. We arrived on a Sunday so the office wasn't open to pick up our key. The security guard, who you should call on arrival, took ages to find our booking.

How clean it was and how beautiful the room was. Very high standards

It was a little bit expensive but I understand the price of everything has gone up

The shared kitchen and sitting room. Full kitchen utilities with fridge, oven and dishwasher and a coffee machine. A washing machine and a dryer are also available.

This is a ground floor unit so people playing on the lawn can see your room.

Very clean and private. I was at the Univ of Limerick to do research in the library and it was a 10 minute walk away. I got a bus from Dublin and back right to/from the University so I had no need for a car. The kitchen facilities are great if you have food to prepare.

The food at the University is not very good or healthy. I didn’t have the energy to walk 15 minutes to other restaurants. And I don’t use delivery services.

Great location and facilities

Staff were excellent

Friendly staff and homey atmosphere

Très beau logement, pratique, bien situé, propre, bien équipé... Bref au top

Pour autant le prix reste élevé

The accommodation was really well equipped and really comfortable & spacious.

Nothing

Good parking, clean room, quiet area, good facilities

Nice quiet area, ability to wash clothes, comfortable room

The location and the overall room design and furnishing. The staff was nice and helpful.

Dust on the bedhead. Cold in the room. Had to wait about 45’ to get checked in given that we arrive outside regular check-in time, 5PM. A couple of phone numbers were available but it took too much for someone to show up.

Habitación amplia, cocina compartida muy bien equipada y zona tranquila.

Room was well decorated and had all the amenities from working desk, fan, iron board and iron box, excellent TV and super fast WiFi. The place is inside the UL campus which is as beautiful as it gets. Very comfy beds and very clean when we entered. There is a bus stop 5 mins away from the accommodation to travel to the city.

House keeping was not available even when we stayed for 4 days. And restaurants are quite far from the accommodation.

The location and surroundings

Stupenda camera in un campus universitario come in Italia ci possiamo solo sognare

Nulla.

Very comfortable spacious room.

Brilliant room. Excellent quality bedding, good size, and very comfortable bed. Nice location - a bit out of town but lovely walks along the river just outside the apartment.

Location was perfect

The shower was not working properly

Very comfortable accommodation located on the beautiful campus of Limerick University. We enjoyed the easy access to the lovely walk along the river.

Loved the whole place, clean comfortable, staff extremely helpful. Nespresso machine. Teas and coffee in the kitchen, with all the basics needed. Very impressed and would stay again.

Would have liked a fan as it was very warm

The room was large, clean bathroom, comfortable bed. Kitchen and living room area was very nice. Fully stocked kii. Complemtary tea and coffee. Lady on reception was wonderful. Walked us to the house, recommended a nice place to eat. Really friendly and helpful.

Nothing. We would happily stay again.

Everything

Clean and comfortable

Nothing

Beautiful room and facilities were amazing

nothing

Everything you need and parking as well

A little out of town but very quiet and relaxing

No food included, went to Spar and bought in breakfast.

10am is a bit early for checkout

De kamer is ruim. Donkere gordijnen.

Proximity to university

Early checkout

Most things including staff and location

Nothing. A safe would be handy. Ability to connect Netflix would also be handy.

Absolutely everything was great about this accommodation! Loved using the kitchen facilities, the surrounding area was beautiful on the grounds of the uni, the full apartment was spotless.

That we couldn't stay longer !

Very nice accommodation

What a pleasant surprise on entering the kitchen/sittingroom. The decor was lovely, cozy & clean. The kitchen had everything you could need to live there including microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, cooker and oven plus fridge freezer, a nepresso machine with 15 different types capsules, tea, coffee, milk, sugar & biscuits. A lovely airy sittingroom/dining area. On way to the bedroom a separate room for dryer, ironing and clothes horse. The bedroom was very spacious with a high king-size cozy bed. Loads of room for clothes & a separate area onto sleeping area. You have your own private bathroom, the accessible shower area was ideal. To be honest I wasn't expecting this after hearing it was 'student' accommodation and sharing the kitchen/dining area with other rooms. I later found out these houses were for student families visiting and open all year round . There was plenty of parking available inside a coded barrier. Reception was at the entrance and opened until 8pm, security personnel available after this time. The staff at reception couldn't have been more helpful and nice . Plenty of information for sightseeing & restaurants in the area. We were attending 2 concerts in Thomond pk (25 mins away) so booked in for the following week also. The gardeners keep the place looking lovely too. Guests can use the gym & swimming pools on the campus. Shops & restaurants also on campus only 5 mins walk. We'd definitely book here again .

This place is ideal , the only thing we were a little disappointed with was no designated wheelchair parking so I had to take up 2 spaces for wheelchair access and there was no dip on the path to push a wheelchair up on.

Salía muy poca agua de la ducha

Staff super helpful, facilities comfortable and clean, parking easy, campus lovely and bucolic, super quiet and peaceful, beautiful lounge area with coffee, etc. Also like having a desk to work on and excellent tv. I also liked the shower and bathoom facilities.

The only problem was the heat and though fans were provided it was still warm. I would also have appreciated another hour fro check out since 10 am seemed rushed.

Parking, nearby river and walks, friendly staff

Didn't expect to be on a university campus but it was a lovely apartment.

Good location quite short taxi ride to city. The rooms were clean and Spacious plenty of wardrobe space too. I didn't know what to expect with the shared kitchen living space but after it was good idea. Staff were very helpful.

Second time to stay. Very quiet and spotless. Happy to stay again.

10am check out. Not a huge issue

A lovely place to stay near city centre of Limerick, very nice accommodation, very quiet and very clean ,Staff at reception were all very friendly and professional, they even had our room ready early thank you super comfy bed as well ..

The shower could be a bit better pressure not too good ! however its a little thing

Great location, lovely staff, clean and nicely decorated. You’d never think it was a student accomodation besides the shared living room. (We never met anybody though)

Can’t fault it one bit

lovely room very comfortable bed kitchen dining room lovely and spacious

I thought the price was a bit expensive because there was a concert on. but couldn't fine fault with the room. I was very happy with it. And would definitely stay there again.

We are couple, spent there one night. Nice room, huge shared kitchen with a complimentary drinks, free parking. Everything went fine, thank you for a warm stay.

Amazing location and the staff is great

Mattress not enough hard for me

The location is stunning. It’s excellent value. The facilities provided were top quality.

Absolutely nothing !!

Peace and quiet

Fabulous. Really comfortable bed. Proper desk with a view in seperate area with a lovely comfortable office chair was lovely. Usually having to find somewhere makeshift in a hotel room to work so this was luxury. Having the seperate shared living area, was nice to have somewhere else to relax during my stay

Clean and comfortable

No water pressure in shower it was a trickle

The property was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was convenient. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out, making for a very enjoyable stay

Nothing significant to complain about. My stay was pleasant and met all my expectations.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the TV had Netflix and was in a great position. Lovely room, with a beautiful walking track along the River Shannon.

A little far from the city centre but it's not a deal breaker. I'd stay again.

The friendliness of the reception staff is outstanding. They were extremely helpful and accommodating. I requested a check-in between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM, and my request was promptly attended to. I would also like to highlight their patience in understanding my English, which I do not speak very fluently. The accommodations are exceptional and feel more like a four-star hotel room than student housing. It is hard to believe that this level of accommodation is provided to students. Compared to many other places around the world, the students here are truly privileged. The shared kitchen is also excellent, featuring a washing machine (it spins clothes but does not dry them), a coffee station with unlimited coffee, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a beautiful shared living room. The university campus itself is stunning. It is a wonderful place for long-distance running while enjoying the surrounding nature. Other facilities, such as the swimming pool and gym, are available for an additional fee (around €10 per day). Congratulations to everyone involved for maintaining such a high standard. I had a fantastic experience.

The only suggestion I would make concerns the check-in time. It did not affect me, as I arrived at 7:00 PM, but perhaps check-in could be available earlier, around 12:00 PM. Considering that check-out is at 10:00 AM, a two-hour interval seems sufficient for room cleaning and preparation for the next guest.

Rien

Lovely room and really enjoyed the communal areas for the chance to chat to other guests and hear about their travels!
