Hervorragendes Frühstück, an den Tagen vom Wochenende gibt es sogar schwedische Pfannkuchen mit Erdbeermarmelade und Sahne - lecker! Ansonsten war die Auswahl einafch fantastisch!

Alles war prima, manchmal war das junge Personal an der Rezeption etwas überfordert bei den Auskünften (Gen Alpha :-))

Quarto limpo e confortável, com todas as comodidades necessárias. Facilidade na comunicação e em ajustar detalhes da estadia antes da chegada, tendo sido possível adicionar cama extra. Funcionários prestáveis e simpáticos. Pequeno almoço muito bom e com variedade. Localização excelente, mesmo junto ao metro.

It is the first Hotel I stayed at in Sweden 9 years, and it is still one of the best value for Mone hotels around. You are also very close to nature.

The sauna and “relax” area is no more. That was amazing back in the day.

Ontbijt was heel goed. Locatie wel goed bereikbaar, openbaar vervoer en auto maar is natuurlijk niet zo charmant als het centrum van een stad maar prijs-kwaliteit verhouding was goed! Het was een heel fijn verblijf! Ontvangst van de hond was ook prettig.

It was only for a night, but sad that we couldn’t stay longer! Wonderful facility, modern rooms and amenities. Love the bright contrasting art wallpapers and carpet design! We stayed in a room with a balcony and it was a great addition to the room! Will definitely stay here again!

Restaurangpersonalen var inte riktigt samspelta och uppmärksamma. Mat och dryck vi önskade beställa var slut.

Sehr freundliches Personal, alles sauber und wir fühlten uns wirklich sehr wohl .

Wenig Restaurants in der direkten Nähe . Aber dank der super Verbindung mit Bahn und Bus kein Problem.

Halbpension war im Preis inbegriffen, das ist sehr selten !!

Das Bad und vor allem die Dusche ist richtig toll! Das Bett war bequem und das Frühstück super! Viel Auswahl und alles sehr lecker! Super nettes Personal. Gerne wieder!

La ducha muy cómoda. El personal amable y buen precio

El desayuno podría ser un poco más variado

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel. De ligging: vlak bij het openbaar vervoer, dus heel gemakkelijk om naar het centrum te gaan. De goede bedden.

De ontbijtruimte was veel te klein voor het aantal kamers dat ze hebben. Je werkt dan doorverwezen naar de meest ongezellige refter om te gaan ontbijten omdat er in de ontbijtruimte nooit plaats was om te zitten.

Design des Hotels, Design der Zimmer, Fußbodenheizung im Bad sowie dimmbares Licht im Bad (sehr cool, wenn man nachts die Toilette aufsuchen muss)

Haare im Duschsieb von vorigen Gästen, unbequeme, zu weiche Matratzen (leider haben die Bedboards nicht zu einem verbesserten Schlafempfinden geführt), wir wurden mit absurden Argumenten (wir müssten es der Allgemeinheit zur Verfügung stellen) aufgefordertert unser selbstmitgebrachtes nutella (das Hotel hatte keines, auch kein vergleichbares Produkt) vom Frühstückstisch zu entfernen. Nach einer Beschwerde beim Hotelmanagement wurde es nicht besser, nur die Argumente wurden noch absurder (nutella verteile allergene Aerosole, die die Gesundheit andere Gäste beinträchtigen würden). Die Diskussion mit dem Hotelpersonal und dem Management hat mir nachhaltig den Tag in Stockholm versaut.

El desayuno muy bueno y variado, el pan es delicioso.

La cena estaba incluida, entiendo que el restaurante del hotel sea italiano, pero todos los días ponían las mismas pizzas a elegir margarita, champiñones y clásica y un plato especial del chef que eran raviolis, espaguetis o hamburguesa. Para niños supongo que estará bien pero para adultos la verdad es que era muy pesado y poco variado. Una de las noches no cenamos.

Die Lage ist etwas abseits des Zentrums, durch Bahn und Bus aber sehr gut angebunden. Sehr gutes und umfangreiches Frühstück geräumiges und modernes Bad

Die Matraze könnte etwas härter sein - ist aber eine Sache der persönlichen Einschätzung

L'hôtel est très bien situé tram et bus juste en face. Restaurants à proximité, petit centre commercial également. L'ambiance cosy de L'hôtel est agréable, le petit déjeuner très varié. La literie est au top pour ceux qui aime le confort d'un lit moelleux. Le personnel est à l'écoute et souriant.

The staff was super nice and helpful, room was very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast, various options, vegan and gluten free. We had early chekout (4am) and the staff offered to prep us some breakfast upfront so that we can take it with us.

Czystość na najwyższym poziomie. Miła obsługa, świetna lokalizacja - blisko do galerii handlowej, tramwaj i autobus pod samym hotelem by dostać się do centrum. Pyszne śniadania. W pokoju czajnik, ekspres do kawy, szklanki, woda,

Szkoda, że kawa w kapsułkach do ekspresu była tylko na powitanie a później nie dostaliśmy kolejnych a spędziliśmy w hotelu 4 doby. Wszystko inne myli wymieniane i uzupełniane

Établissement de qualité, confortable, bon rapport qualité prix. Très bon petit déjeuner et restaurant. Personnel agréable et disponible.

Oda çok ferah ve temizdi. Otelinnhemen önünde otobüs durağı var.Biz kullanmadık ama otel misafirlerinden otobüsü kullanan epey kişi olduğunu gördük.

Otelin konumu merkeze uzaktı. Araç kiraladığımız için rahat ettik ,bu otelde konaklayacaksiniz araç kiralamanizi öneririm Kahvalti içerikleri hep aynı ve kalabalıktı.

Tout, j ai dormi par terre sur la moquette et petit fauteille grise 3 nuits. Vrai cauchemar, douche complique a regler, chaines uniquement en suedois sauf CNN, bruit de l aeration toute la nuit, Booking com a vendu cette prestation-- 2 adultes et notre fille de 11 ans( gratuit avant 12 ans),mais l Hotel voulait 900 krone suedois pour 3 nuits. La vraie tromperie, bref, hotel se situe loin, train puis bus etc, ..

Abbiamo soggiornato al ProfilHotels Nacka e la nostra esperienza è stata molto positiva. La struttura si trova in una posizione davvero comoda, molto vicina ai mezzi pubblici, cosa che permette di raggiungere facilmente il centro di Stoccolma e le principali attrazioni. La camera era pulita, ordinata e confortevole. Una menzione particolare va al personale, sempre molto cordiale, disponibile e gentile. La colazione è stata sicuramente uno dei punti di forza del soggiorno: ottima, abbondante e con una buona varietà di prodotti, sia dolci che salati, e un’ampia scelta per soddisfare gusti diversi.

L’unica nota un po’ dolente riguarda il ristorante durante la cena. Sul sito è indicato che la cucina è aperta fino alle 22:00, ma alle 21:00 ci è stato detto che la cucina era già chiusa e non è stato quindi possibile ordinare una pizza. Sarebbe utile avere orari più chiari e coerenti con quanto indicato sul sito. In compenso, abbiamo potuto gustare un buon calice di vino italiano, che abbiamo apprezzato molto. Nel complesso, comunque, siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del soggiorno e torneremmo sicuramente in questa struttura.

When I wanted to eat the burger I ordered in the dining room, the lady employee at the reception desk said in a very rude manner that I couldn't eat there. Normally, a hotel restaurant is open so that guests can come and eat there. If there is no possibility, the guest can eat what he ordered there comfortably

posizione e pulizia oltre che ad una favolosa colazione e anche il ristorante eccellente, abbiamo cenato due volte all'interno della struttura porzioni abbondantissime e in linea con i prezzi anche piu bassi

Breakfast was good. Room clean.

Very disappointing experience, first time writing this kind of review. We booked a room for 2 adults and an 11-year-old child, but on arrival found only one 160 cm queen-size bed. When we asked at reception, we were told that this was considered suitable for three people and that an additional bed would cost 300 SEK per day. This was not clear when booking and made the actual price significantly higher. How can one 160 cm bed reasonably be considered suitable for three people? The situation was made worse by the rude and dismissive attitude of the hotel manager. Later that same day, after returning from a long day, we discovered that our room keys had been blocked because we had not paid the dog fee. Nobody had informed us that it had to be paid immediately. The hotel could simply have asked us to pay at check-in or check-out instead of blocking our access to the room without warning. The problems themselves were disappointing, but the unprofessional and disrespectful way they were handled was the biggest issue. Definitely not the experience we expected.

Hotel pulito, camera comoda e completa di tutti i servizi, colazione ottima. Un ringraziamento particolare allo staff e in particolare a Walid con cui siamo riusciti a colloquiare in italiano, persona gentilissima e disponibilissima

El desayuno es muy completo y variado. Super facíl llegar desde el centro al alojamiento. Hay un supermercado y restaurantes a 5 minutos andando del hotel.

Het restaurant was ronduit slecht. De ontbijt ruimte was te klein voor het aantal gasten. Apart betalen voor parkeren is teleurstellend.

Hotelli on täydellinen koirien kanssa matkustaville. Se sijaitsee lähellä messuksekusta ja laivaterminaalia. Hotelli on hiljainen ja huone on tilava. Palvelu on erinomaista ja koiran saa viedä jopa ravintolaan ! Kaupat ovat lähellä ja kaikki toimii!

Parkkipaikkoja olisi voinut olla enemmän ja ravintolassa olisi voinut olla terassi jollaolisi ollut mukava istuskella kesäaikaan. Hotelli sijaitsee kaupunkialueella joten näkymiä sieltä ei juuri ole.

Ajánlom mindenkinek, aki Stockholmba érkezik és egy szuper szállást keres. A reggeli változatos és finom. Kiemelném az állatok szeretetét.

Olyan nem volt.

Ambiente completo di tutto con nei minimi dettagli. Camere pulite e munite dei servizi necessari, doccia funzionale, materasso soffice di qualità. Personale efficiente e disponibile. La cena presenta 1 piatto del giorno e 3 alternative che permangono durante la settimana, tutto cucinato con cura. La posizione è strategica in quanto in un crocevia di bus e treno per gli snodi centrali.

Ho apprezzato ogni cosa, anche l'arredamento. Se si potesse entrare in un programma di fidelizzazione del cliente o in una news legge per promozioni, sarei interessata a mantenere questa struttura.

wonderful experience; stayed here for the 2nd time, 5 weeks in total; nothing to complain about, friendly and serious staff; excellent breakfast with multiple choices; perfect position for sightseeing, close to nature and the beach :-)

Frühstück und Lage waren sehr gut.

Roomservice-die kaffeetütchen wurden nicht nachgefüllt ohne Nachfragen.Das Bad wurde nicht gereinigt über eine 1 Woche lang.Die Betten sind grenzwertig zu weich.
