We arrived late at night and the hotel was difficult to find - no indication that you have to go through a tunnel to access the hotel. Moreover, they have a complicated parking system, but the staff was great in helping us to find a solution ( for our late arrival, and very early departure). Problematic was the bathroom, with no shower and only a bath . It took a lot of time to find the shower function in the bath tub….

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Otroligt vackert läge! Perfekt med SL båtarna som går utanför och ofta. Lätt att ta sig in till stan. Mycket bra rum med sjöutsikt ( dubbelrum Deluxe). Bra med parkering till rimligt pris. Härlig personal. God mat! Allt var toppen!

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026We had a very enjoyable stay. The rooms were excellent, spacious and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was lovely. The property itself is beautiful and we really enjoyed our time here
The breakfast service could be a little more attentive. At times, we had to wait quite a while for our coffee order to be taken, especially before the person in charge of the dining room arrived. A small improvement that would make the overall experience even better.

La falta de respuesta a correos electrónicos, previos a la llegada, solicitando información. Coincidió un evento/curso/congreso y había demasiada gente.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026מלון מדהים ויפיפה היושב ממש על המים. ממוקם במבנה שהיה פעם מפעל. אהבנו שהוא לא בעיר העתיקה או מקום עמוס אחר, אלא באיזור שליו ורגוע. ממול המלון ישנה תחנת מעבורת שממנה ניתן להגיע לאי שבו נמצא פארק שעשועים וכן מוזיאון אבבא למשל. מהאי הזה לוקחים מעבורת נוספת לעיר העתיקה היפיפיה של סטוקהולם. החדר היה ענק, מרווח ונעים מאד. ארוחת הבוקר ענקית עם מבחר עצום לכל טעם. הצוות נחמד ואדיב מאד. הרגשנו כמו בבית. ליד המלון יש טיילת שניתן ללכת בה קילומטרים לאורך המים, עם מקומות יפים ליד.

Tv utbudet dåligt samt en krånglande tv. Priset och information på SPA delen var dåligt. Tycker att de boende på Hotellet skulle få ett mycket lägre pris på badet. Vi fick ingen information om hur man skulle göra på badet.

Room was fine but a little out-dated, just small things like a cheap shower curtain and stains on the couch. The windows of the rooms that are nog on the waterfront are really small, nothing you can do about it as its an old building but a bit surprising

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026La amplitud de la habitación, el bar/restaurante de abajo, el desayuno. Si bien no está ubicado en el centro de la zona turística, tener el ferry en la puerta hace que llegar al centro sea muy rápido y fácil. El personal muy amable también. Volvería sin dudas.
No logré poner la calefacción, no fue un problema porque aún no estaba súper frío y supongo que tal vez no estaba habilitada por la época del año, no sé qué pasará cuando hace frío en serio.

It was a shame there was a big conference on and as non conference attendees it was very difficult to move around the main areas in the hotel. Also very noisy in the evening. Breakfast finished at 9:30 which felt very early and therefore rushed.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Beautiful building from the outside, quiet, charming area where you can relax nicely by the water with the city view and passing ships. Ferry stop right next to the hotel. Very comfortable beds and tasty breakfasts.
The interiors don't reflect the outside building's charm. The rooms are decorated more in a 2000s style. A renovation would be in order to fully utilize the potential of this place and its architecture.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026De locatie was prima, aan het water, met een halte voor de veerpont vlakbij. Een vaartochtje van 10 minuten bracht ons in het oude centrum, vandaaruit kun met de tram of bus verder. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en heel goed! Er was een heerlijke spa bij het hotel.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Heerlijk hotel, mooie ruime kamer, goed ontbijt en ‘s avonds kun je er ook prima eten. Parkeren kan in de garage direct naast het hotel. Buiten stap je gelijk op de boot die je naar de gewenste plek brengt. Erg genoten!

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Sehr schönes Hotel direkt am Wasser. Die Kreuzfahrtschiffe legen unweit an und fahren täglich langsam vorbei. Mit der Fähre direkt vor dem Hotel kann man schnell die Altstadt, die Museumsinsel oder andere Ausflugsziele erreichen. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und haben immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Frühstück hervorragend, mit riesiger Auswahl von überzeugender Qualität. Personal ausserordentlich freundlich. Haben uns super mit ihnen unterhalten können und sind gerne im/beim Hotel verweilt. Ausserdem ist der Personal auch öfters mal eine Extra-Meile für uns gegangen - also selten so tolles Personal erlebt. Das sollen sie unbedingt beibehalten! Auch dass es direkt neben dem Wasser war, hatte was angenehmes beruhigendes. Wir haben insgesamt unsere Abende lieber im Hotel als in der Stadt verbracht. Dass wir gerne dort verweilt sind, spricht für den Wohlfühlfaktor. Unser Aufenthalt hat unseren Stockholmbesuch zu etwas besonderem gemacht. Werden wieder kommen.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Zimmer hatte eine sehr gute Größe für drei Personen und die Lage ist einfach super. Direkt vor dem Hotel hält die Fähre und man ist schnell direkt in der Stadt mit ihren Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Restaurant im Erdgeschoss haben wir ebenfalls besucht - super Service und sehr leckeres Essen. Beim Frühstück war es trotz Zeitslots voll, aber wir haben immer einen Tisch gefunden und die Mitarbeiten haben wirklich schnell Nachgelegt und Tische wieder für die nächsten Gäste vorbereitet. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Stockholm würden wir uns wieder für diese Hotel entscheiden.
Das Bad hätte etwas größer sein können und es fehlt an Ablageflächen.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Die Lage des Hotels ist fantastisch. Wir hatten ein schönes und komfortables Zimmer mit Blick auf das Meer und die Stadt. Die Betten waren bequem und nachts war es sehr ruhig. Das Personal ist freundlich, höflich und sehr professionell. Auch das Restaurant im Hotel ist erstklassig, wir waren ein paar Mal zum Abendessen da. Mit der Fähre, die ganz in der Nähe des Hotels hält, lässt sich die Innenstadt schnell erreichen. Würde gerne wieder hier übernachten, wenn ich noch einmal nach Stockholm komme.
