Sehr gute Lage für unser Vorhaben. Das Personal war sehr nett. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist sehr üppig.

The location is very good. A good breakfast is included. Pharmacies, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The city center is also nearby. Walkers can easily reach the center along the sidewalks. The staff is friendly and helpful! Special thanks to Hikmet!

Hotel je dobře situován. Blízko do centra a do přístavu. Personál velice milý. Pokoje čisté, lednice k dispozici na pokoji. Blízko restaurace k posezení. Dostali jsme na výběr zda-li chceme samostatná lůžka nebo dvoulůžko a přistýlku

Snídaně, není příliš na výběr. K dispozici pouze čaj bez kávy. Možna je to z důvodu, že jsme byli ubytováni mimo sezonu.

Lo staff non parlava inglese, la colazione era triste, tutto l’hotel era triste e la stanza asettica. Assolutamente troppo costoso per il tipo di servizi

The parking was not actually inside the premise but outside on street. Breakfast lacking egg variety. Only boiled eggs were available. Only one socket was available and rest were hidden behind the bed.

Bei Anreise fanden wir Haare im Bad vor. Nach der nachträglichen Reinigung auf unsere Bitte lagen weiter Haare auf dem Boden. Klopapier gab es nur eine kleine Restrolle so dass wir an der Rezeption in Klopapier bitten mussten. Die Dusche ist verschimmelt und die Ablage komplett verrostet. Die Mitarbeiter sind zwar nicht unfreundlich, es kommt aber nicht mal eine Begrüßung über die Lippen. Frühstück ist sehr dürftig. Die Böreks sind vollgesaugt mit alten Öl. Das andere Gebäck war gefühlt 2 Tage alt. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer war so laut, dass wir den nachts ausgesteckt haben. Der Bewegungsmelder im Bad war defekt so dass dieser die ganze Nacht an und aus ging und dabei klickte. Die Bettwäsche hatte braune Flecken. Diese wurde ausgetauscht wobei die neue ebenso einen braunen Fleck hatte. WLAN hat so gut wie nicht funktioniert. Bei der Anreise standen die Mitarbeiter an der Rampe so dass wir die Koffer die Treppe heruntertragen mussten. Jedenfalls eines der schlechtesten Hotel trotz geringem Anspruch an Hotels in der Preisklasse.

Es un hotel donde te hacen sentir importante, tanto en la atención como en el servicio que brindan. Las habitaciones son de dimensiones correctas. El desayuno muy bueno con amplia variedad de platos. La zona tranquila y con un super abierto todo el tiempo por si necesitas algo.

Kahvaltı çok kötüydü

Çok ama çok pisti asla temizlenmemiş bir klozet ve banyo vardı. Banyo fayanslarında kalıntılar, kıllar ve kan lekeleri hala duruyordu. Öyle kötü bir durumdaydı ki mikrop kapmamak için marketten temizlik malzemeleri alarak kendim temizlik yapıp kullanmaya çalıştım. Yinede duş alamasan geçirdiğim bir tatildi. Bir önceki kalanların tuvalet kalıntıları yatak altından yiyecek çöpleri vardı. Tavsiye etmiyorum. Kahvaltı yetersizdi. Aynı paraya başka yerlerde kalınabilir.

Odalar biraz yurt havasında tasarlanmış ve beyaz ışık kullanılmış gözü rahatsız ediyordu. Temizlik açısından bir kez daha gözden geçirilmeli. Kahvaltı beklentimizin üstündeydi tatlı olarak biraz eksiklikler gördüm.. (nutella vb.) Çalışanlarda ise gündüz shiftindeki arkadaş daha bir ilgiliydi. Odalarda çift yatak için fark olması üzdü

The location of the property is great- things are easily accessible via taxi or walking.

Our check in took over an hour and unfortunately the staff did not speak English. We had no hot water the first day- which was definitely a shock to the system. One of our friends who didn’t have a reservation and just got a room on the spot got it for cheaper then us booking it via booking.com. There are no blinds on the windows and it is bright from early morning.

Hekmat and the other staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Yalova is a beautiful town, definitely worth the short trip from Istanbul!

Personel güler yüzlü ama biraz daha profesyonel yaklaşıma ihtiyaç var. Kahvaltı yeterli. Bahçesi sakin . Geçen yılara göre daha iyi bir çizgeye ulaşmış.

- Attitude of personnel, - good English on the reception, - cleanness of all facilities including the room, - tasty breakfast, - a lot of parking space around the hotel, - a selection of restaurants - a good supermarket nearby.

- Elevator didn't work at times, - the air conditioner in the room didn't work; we were told that it would only work for cooling in the summer. However, the air in Yalova is so good that simply opening the window mostly solved our problem.

A nice, bright hotel next to the city center. That district is generally quite. Very polite and helpful staff working there, including English-speaking persons at the reception. A good, hearty breakfast is provided. In terms of price-quality ratio, this seems to be the optimal choice for here.

It was a bit cold in the rooms early in the morning. Also the rooms could have been cleaned better.

This was the best hotel I stayed during my trip in Turkey. Nice room, modern, fresh, very good breakfast. The only thing - I stayed in october and in the room was only very thin blanket, it was a bit cold.

The hotel is run down and needs improvements (like in the shower we had nowhere to put the soap on, there was a shelf and it fell off, won't take much to put it back). The first night we didn't have wifi, I asked to be moved so we can have wifi. We stayed 6 days, not once our room was cleaned or even offered to be cleaned, we threw our trash ourselves. I had to ask for toilet paper and shampoo. When I asked for shampoo, they said they don't have any. Our last night the wifi was not working at all and the electricity in the bathroom was off, I had to go and ask them to fix it multiple times. The employees are cool and friendly and I appreciate that, but I am not in the hotel to make friends, I am there to have a pleasant comfortable stay, so maybe a little more professional.

I liked that a 3 stars hotel offers breakfast, need to be improved but it’s reasonable. Free Turkish tea all the time.

High price Old hotel Far from the sea and rustem pasa and it takes around 30min walking.
