窓からの景色が横のビルの壁だった事以外は何も残念な点はありませんでした。

地點非常非常好。近仙台站，名掛丁，仙台朝市。門口就有地鐵入口。很難有誰地點比他好。 早餐十分精𡟹，擺出來的都好吃，很多仙台名產，每天都吃的很高興。餐廳/休息區十分舒適，很多座位還有插座，再加上免費飲料，霜淇淋，超好殺時間

到車站距離還算可接受，不會真的到太遠。飯店對面就有一間唐吉軻德，晚上想逛街的有地方去。床的軟硬度適中，很快就睡著了。

1.酒店位置極佳, 距離名掛丁商店街、仙石線青葉通站很近, 酒店周邊應有盡有. 2. 除了用餐時間外, 飲料可自由取用, 晚上有享用1碗鴨肉醬油麵, 生活備品自由拿取且品項多元. 3. 環境整潔明亮. 4.多數員工友善禮貌.

1.check in時1位年紀較長的櫃台人員, 因本人用手機查閱資訊的時間較久, 她似乎不耐煩. 2. 2台電梯, 上下樓等候時間較長.

位置超級好，離車站很近，對面就是唐吉訶德，旁邊就是商店街，交通飲食購物各方面都很便利。免費的飲料、冰淇淋、鴨肉蕎麥麵非常棒！

La chambre est confortable et cela n'est pas très loin de la gare et du métro.

L'isolation phonique extérieure est inexistante. On entend tous les bruits de la rue. Le ding ding des passages piétons, la circulation, les éclats de voix et bien sûr les sirènes des véhicules d'urgence. Il est stupéfiant qu'un hôtel de ce niveau soit aussi peu isolé des bruits extérieurs. Bouchons d'oreilles indispensables et cela ne fera qu'attenuer

早餐蠻豪華的 房間也很大 行李箱應該可以兩顆完全攤開 樓下就有便利商店 雖然隔壁就是喝酒街 晚上樓下的便利商店人會比較雜一點 但相對吃消夜或是購物也都很方便

JR仙石線あおば通駅から徒歩2分圏内、また仙台駅までも5〜10分圏内、またホテルのすぐ裏手には、商店街があり、立地には申し分ないと思います。また、ウェルカムドリンクや時間&数量限定のおそばが無料でいただけたり、チェック前後には荷物を無料で預かっていただけたりで、ホテルのサービスも最高です。

冷蔵庫上のスペースに大型テレビが置いてあり、また、丸テーブル上には鏡が置いてあったりで、個人の身の回りの持ち物の置き場所が狭かったので、もう少し、広い置き場所を設定していただけると良いと思います。

Great staff, clean nice rooms, very good breakfasts, fantastic additional services as icecream, evening soba, softdrinks and welcome drink. We love this hotel with family.

ウェルカムドリンク、フリードリンクのバーや夜食など、忙しい中でホッとするサービスがあってよかった。室内も大変清潔でした。朝食も地元の名物があって、とても堪能できました。

予約を入れたbookingドッドコムから、これから領収書が出るのか不安。 会社名が宛名になった領収書はどのタイミングで請求すればよかったのか。館内で宿泊税を支払った際に領収書が出たが、それと一緒に会社名宛ての領収書は出てこなかったことに後で気づいた。bookingドッドコム経由だと領収書が出ないプランもあるので、そこだけが不安。（ホテルのせいではないですが）

大廳開放給住客的公共空間很好，房間中規中矩，也有一些迎賓飲料及宵夜時光。

Good breakfast (among our favorite in japan), very good and convenient location. Beds were also very comfortable. The possibility to grab a free ramen bowl in the evening was welcome and used a few times.

Wifi was unreliable. Setting up room cleaning style via TV was also a bit unreliable. Wish to have more timing options for cleaning. Biggest issue was the smell of the whole floor (11th floor). We intentionally booked a room on the higher floor to be away from the smoking floors - and we didn't smell any tabaco (which was great!). But the whole 11th floor, and in the rooms as well still had a very distinct and in my opinion strong "fresh plastic" small (or something similar). I'm not sure what is was, cleaning, or the walls/wallpapers, but you could smell it as soon as you exited the elevator. The smell wasn't in the elevator, other floor (where the washing machines were) or in the lobby, where also the breakfast was. So maybe we got unlucky with the floor.

僕は、身体障がい者でしたが　チェックイン後　すくに女性の初心者マークのバッチをつけたスタッフさんが荷物を部屋まで持っていて頂いて助かりました。「ありがとうございます。」

Très bien placé près de la gare. Bon petit déjeuner. Le lounge est un vrai plus avec les boissons chaudes et froides ainsi que la glace. Lit confortable.

Bien que rénové, les chambres restent relativement basiques, en particulier la salle de bains.

清潔感もあって、スタッフの皆さんもとても感じが良かったです^_^朝食もとても美味しくてまた仙台に行く時は是非利用したいです。

特にはなかったのですが、お部屋のグレードによって景観が変わるのかなー?という感じでした。

プレミアラウンジにおけるフリードリンク、ウェルカムドリンク(アルコール)、鴨そばなどのサービス。 朝食も美味しく頂きました。

スタッフの説明が不十分。宿泊税を機械で支払った後に、ウェルカムドリンクと朝食券がレシートと一緒に排出されるという説明が、チェックイン時にスタッフからされず、廃棄してしまったため、再発行してもらうことになった。

Location was close to Sendai station, with Don Don Donki just across from the road. Property was near to Sendai Asaichi market, the train station and the covered shopping arcades.

服务比较到位，位置很棒，距离仙台站、商店街、仙台早市和东北大学都很近。夜宵的鸭肉荞麦面很好很暖心，还提供免费果汁和酒，都提升了住宿感受。

Breakfast was vey poor, check in personnel was not very welcoming. I stayed for business and I needed to present an invoice to my company. However since I paid through Booking.com, they said they cannot give me any invoice. I never faced with this problem before. Location was very nice. Room was outdated but clean. It was smelling cigars. Bed was comfy. Free amenities was very good. There is a huge Donki just across the road.

The location is very convenient, a few minutes from the main station and literally above the subway station. Very clean and modern facilities with all of the amenities needed, including a water fountain on every floor. You get a free welcome drink on top of free coffee and other drinks + snacks at certain times of the day. On top of that you have free Soba noodles every evening. The staff is very helpful, I want to thank specifically R.Takahashi-san for being extremely kind and helpful as he gave us good recommendations and made us feel very welcomed.
