Good location in downtown Cairo, within walking distance of authentic local food spots. Basic but clean amenities, hearty Egyptian breakfast included. Pluto and the rest of the staff were warm and welcoming

Exactly what we needed. Pluto and all of the staff were extremely helpful and laid back, the location is convenient and the rooms are clean and well equipped. Pluto gave me the best barbershop recommendation, I might fly back to egypt just to get a haircut. Comfortable mattresses as well. The breakfast simple but delicious and filling!

Plce was clean and I liked the breakfast. The location was also good, many shops, restaurants close by. There is also small common area where you can spend some time. Pluto from staff was very helpful:)

I only had problem with ac that was set very low in my room. I was asking 2 people to change it but they told me that there is something wrong with the remote. I asked again and it was sorted.

The hostel is comfortable, clean, and in a very central and convenient location! Check in and check out was very easy: Pluto was super kind, accommodating, and ready to help with anything. Thank you so much!

The location was brilliant, and the room was more than sound, but the best thing about this stay was the staff on hand, particularly Pluto and Mina who went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay.

For the price I payed, couldn't fault it, just remember toi bring your own ammenities when staying in a shared dorm.

Frühstück: Mir hat`s gut geschmeckt. Überraschend, statt foul Kartoffelbrei, gewürzt mit gerösteten Sesamkernen, lecker! Ich habe dormitory geschlafen und Glück gehabt, keiner hat geschnarscht!

Welcoming hostel with lovely, spacious and clean rooms in the heart of Cairo; comfortable beds and good shower. Excellent location, very good breakfast, good value, and the staff took excellent care of us, making ample amends when the arranged driver was not able to pick us up at the airport. Very cool old elevator in the shared stairwell.

The shared stairwell, although lovely, seems to rarely be cleaned, making for a grungy arrival. Once inside the hostel, everything was very nice.

I would like to congratulate the employee of the facility first and foremost. He is one of the few honest, helpful, and understanding people in this country. Despite a system error regarding the payment, he didn't cause any problems with the payment process. The facility is probably a 100-year-old building, yet it's a clean place. It's also in a central location.

I came looking for a place to sleep and found a family. This hostel goes far beyond what you expect. From the very first moment, Careem and Pluto made me feel at home — not like just another guest, but like someone who truly matters. Their warmth, their willingness to go above and beyond, and their attention to every detail are completely genuine. I also have to mention Noura, the housekeeper, whose joyful and kind presence was part of that same energy that makes this place so special. Cairo can be overwhelming for a traveler. Having a refuge like this — with people like this — makes all the difference. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

J’ai apprécié l’accueil, l’emplacement, le dortoir spacieux, la disponibilité du personnel ainsi que le bon petit-déjeuner.

La signalisation du nom de la guesthouse à l’arrivée n’est pas très claire.

Biz dört kişi gittik iki oda tuttuk odalar temizdi ve çalışanlar da yardımseverlerdi. Konum olarak gayet merkezi biz özellikle piramit bölgesinde kalmak istemedik o yüzden burayı tercih ettik. Biz fiyatının ucuzluğuundan dolayı tereddütte kalmıştık ama hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Eğer hedefiniz lüks konfor değilse rahatlıkla tercih edebileceğiniz bir yer. Kahvaltı olarak yumurta salatalık peynir ve oraya özgü bir meze veriyorlar. Asansör birazcık korkutabiliyor ama onu da rahatlıkla kullandık

The elevator sometimes doesn’t work

Zuerst mal das Personal. Höflich, hilfsbereit und 24 Stunden erreichbar. Dazu eine tolle Lage in einer Seitenstraße (Downtown), wo der Lärm nicht durchdringt. Ich hatte das 4 Bett-Zimmer mit Balkon und eigenen Badezimmer.

Alles gut, bis auf das Treppenhaus. Das könnte etwas sauberer sein.

Hostel très confortable. Dortoir de 6 lits assez spacieux. Rideaux et lampe sur chaque lit. Salle commune sympa. Fontaine à eau, thé, café et infusion en libre accès. Quartier animé et en même temps calme. Proche départ Go-Bus. Wifi au top. Hostel parfait au Caire !

El Hostel esta muy bien ubicado, súper limpio, tiene varios baños, camas cómodas, lockers grandes para guardar la mochila y el desayuno está muy bien. La atención del personal es excelente, me consiguieron un auto a las 3am para ir al aeropuerto porque me había quedado sin efectivo y ningún Uber me quería llevar pagando con tarjeta.

Good location downtown. The staff is nice and helpful and lets you leave a bag if neccesary. The A/C was good being in Cairo and the breakfast is a nice touch. All good.

Really enjoyed my days in holy sheet hostel, the staff was very helpful and helped me a lot!!

I slept very well here -- on a quiet side street in downtown, always clean, with a lift, and surrounded by heaps of restros and shops. The common room was very social, with tables suitable for digital nomads. The staff was stellar - excellent English and always ready to assist. TIP: If you like grilled meats, try Rouh Beirut restaurant (Lebanese) on the same street as the hostel (turn left when exiting the hostel).

La décoration est jolie et simple. La localisation dans un quartier animé, les Uber ont tjs trouvé sans pb. Lits confortables, nous avions la chambre familiale avec un grand lit et deux lits simples. Pression de l eau et eaux chaudes tjs ok. Service de pressing si besoin à 100 livres égyptienne le kg de linge.

Parfois un petit manque d information surtout que l équipe est très discrète. J ai pas exemple compris tard que pour avoir le ménage fait dans la chambre il fallait laisser la clef. Ils sont peu volubile mais par contre répondent aux questions et au final c est le plus important.

Not very social. Couple of dorms are through the first dorm so first dorm can be annoyingly loud with people going to their rooms.

Sometimes it was very loud at night but that’s not a bad thing I’m just from a very quite area so it was more a cultural difference then anything

It's one of the best place to stay when you are in Cairo. The Hostel staff are THE BEST [Bebu and Martin just made the stay more memorable and wonderful]. It's a calm and cool place which in the center of the City. You have a lot of places to walk around for Food, Street Walking and all.

Öncelikle otel kesinlikle bizim beklentimizin ve Kahire standartlarının üzerindeydi özellikle fiyat performans olarak gayet iyiydi. Konum olarak Tahrir meydana çok yakın Kahire’nin merkezinde her yere araba ile ulaşım sağlanabiliyor oda, yatak ve banyo genel olarak temizdi. 25 dolar karşılığında servis hizmetini kullandık biraz gecikmemize rağmen bizi havaalanından aldılar ve otele getirdiler. Resepsiyonda bir kişi sürekli duruyor ve çok ilgililer gece gitmeniz durumunda herhangi bir sorun yaşamazsınız. Kahvaltı yeterliydi. Kahire’de konaklamanız durumunda tercih edebilirsiniz

Central location, clean and spacious family room, smooth check-in and kind staff. Breakfast was fine, the additional service (airport transfer) was fair priced and as requested.

The windows have zero noise reduction. You can hear the noises of the street directly and clearly That's why the sleeping is not too relaxing. Earplugs are highly recommended. There is a mosque in the close neighbourhood that also gains the cacophony. The building itself and the staircase is a bit strange and not too welcoming though the reception and the accomodation (which are located on the 2nd floor) are absolutely OK.

The property is at a good location. The staff is really good. Especially, Bebo, Holly, and Martin really made me feel at home.

附近在施工，有些許干擾，因而陽台也不太能使用，有時甚至半夜施工😓

The staff were really nice; I met Holly and she was always available to answer any of my questions with a kind smile. The beds were super comfortable and the location was very near to some places I wanted to go.

Me quedé 3 veces distintas en piezas mixtas en este hostal. Está muy bien en la relación precio / calidad. Los camarotes son cómodos, las piezas grandes y todo está limpio. Tiene muchos baños y las señoras del aseo están constantemente limpiándolos. El desayuno un extra que se agradece. Y el dispensador de agua también. Los chicos de la recepción muy atentos (Gracias Ibrahim, Martin y Sherif!) y por último la ubicación que es excelente. En pleno centro, cerca de todo y un buen punto base para salir de excursiones.

Sólo tiene un área común que no tiene ventana, entonces uno se siente un poco encerrada a veces. Pero también el que tenga un solo lugar común hace que todo el mundo esté ahí entonces es muy fácil conocer gente.

The staff's service is good.

Can't sleep because of all the mosquitoes. They're so noisy I can't sleep day or night, and I ended up getting bitten ten times and having to go to the pharmacy. And this is on the fourth floor! Other reviews are good, but I'm never staying here again. I didn't bring any mosquito repellent.

Great location, great common room and dorms. The private rooms feel like a mid-range hotel and even comes with a private bathroom.
