Very nice staff, well located, clean rooms and good breakfast! Perfect for a good stay in Cairo without any worries. Totally recommended!

I liked the room and the location. Young Mostafa was very nice and helpful. I really liked how a bath mat (towel) was supplied in the room. this is rare in many countries, but I find it so gross to step out of the shower onto a bare floor, so having that bath mat was a real plus in my mind.

The breakfast was minimal. The lift wasn't working on one day and going up 6 floors (18 sets of stairs) was a bit tough. The price was a bit too high.

Lift was out and had to climb 6 floors. The shower had one setting, which was hot.The staff had their own business, which they operated under the nose of the hotel.

Das Personal und vor allem der Besitzer Mostafa waren extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend! Am ersten Tag hat unsere Klimaanlage in der Nacht nicht funktioniert und es war problemlos möglich das Zimmer zu wechseln. Auch bei jeglichen fragen und Transfer Angelegenheiten wurde uns sehr viel Unterstützung angeboten. Beim Frühstück hatte man auch eine gute Auswahl gehabt. Die Lage vom Hotel liegt sehr zentral.

Die Möbel riechen etwas nach Holz und es kann sein dass nicht jeder diesen Geruch mag.

Good location, very central. Spotlessly clean with good air con and the beds were comfy.

No real chill-out area and the rooms were rather dark so good for a one or two night stay.

Μόλις πήγαμε τις κουρτίνες βγήκε πολλή σκόνη, επίσης στο μπάνιο μάλλον κακή κατασκευή, το πρωινό φτωχό θα μπορούσε να είναι καλύτερο.

The location is almost downtown Cairo. It is closer to everything: ATMs, convenience stores, restaurants, shops, etc. Breakfast at Eileen is excellent. I really enjoyed every bit of it. The staff was super friendly and courteous.

Nothing to actually write home about!

The breakfast was great with lots of options. The staff were all very attentive and were able to satisfy my needs quickly when problems arose. Everyone was very kind and intent on making my stay the best while I was there.

I arranged for pickup at the airport in advance but upon arrival no one was there and I was not given any information about what to do. I had to find a taxi for myself. Some issues with the key cards during my stay but staff were able to fix it so it didn't happen again.

I vassoi e i cibi della colazione non erano sempre presenti e occorreva sollecitare. Livello pulizia basico se non scarso , anche nelle stoviglie. L'aria condizionata in camera era bloccata su una temperatura e n9n era possibile modificarla, ma puntava sul letto ed era molto problematico tenerla accesa. Senza AC era impossibile dormire. Un vero disagio

The staff are nice, kind and helpful. The room is clean and quiet. The breakfast is full of different kinds of delicious food. The location is safe and good for going to different places.

我预定的是三人间，酒店私自改成了大床房，且是在分配房间的时候才告知此事，我们三个人根本无法住，且没有提出任何解决问题的方法，非常的让人无法接受，双人间非常的小，连箱子都打不开，且晚上很吵

Bel emplacement, près de la gare et du métro! Il y a plusieurs cafés et markets autour! Le personnel était à l’écoute et aidant! Bon petit déjeuner (buffet)!

Petit soucis avec l’ascenseur un soir, il faut emprunter les escaliers (6 étages)!

A staff was quite rude. Although we asked to tell us how to close the tap of bathtub, he didn’t understand it. Then he replied that he would come to my room to check the condition, he did NEVER came to my room. Another issue was blankets. Too DIRTY to use it.

good and friendly staffs. breakfast -the same every day but there were various choices. location in the middle of the city. very easy to find food, & easier to go to places to visit.

The air conditioner is not cold. We slept without using a blanket. The mosaic floor needs to be washed to look cleaner.

Es un hotel pequeño, cómodo y muy bien situado, estuvimos en una habitación familiar para 4 muy amplia y con dos estancias. Está muy limpio y el personal está pendiente de ayudarte en todo. Tienen dentro del hotel una agencia local que organiza los viajes y visitas que les pidas a muy buen precio y con una atención exquisita, nos recogieron y llevaron al aeropuerto y también en un tour privado a Alejandría. Repetiremos!

Her şey çok güzeldi, otel temiz ve düzenliydi. Valizlerimizi güvenle bırakabildik. Ben ve ailem her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Tam anlamıyla bir fiyat/performans oteli. Ben, eşim ve 1 yaşında kızım ile standart odasında konakladım. Odalar fotoğrafta ne görüyorsanız o şekilde. Temizlik konusunda bir sıkıntı yaşamadık (ki karım hassastır bu mevzuda). Çalışan ablalar her gün odamızı temizlememizi istermisiniz diye soruyolardı. Kahvaltısı bence gayet yeterli ve başarılıydı. Şarm’dan all-inclusive otelden Kahire’ye geçtiğimiz için karım tam tatmin olamadı tabii :) Otelin konumu gerçekten çok merkezi. Çevresinde 24 saat canlı olan kafeler, restoranlar, marketler vs var. Çalışanlar İngilizce rahat iletişim kurabildiğiniz samimi ve yardımsever insanlar. Wi-Fi, klima, mini buzdolabı vs. sorunsuz çalışıyordu. Son olarak, herhangi bir güvenlik kaygısı da yaşamadığımızı da belirtmek isterim.

Bunu şahsen sevmediğim şeyler olarak değil de bilmenizde faydası olacağını düşündüğüm şeyler olduğu için yazıyorum: 7 katlı tarihi ve eski bi binanın 6. ve 7. katını otel olarak dönüştürmüşler (booking’de kahire merkezde gördüğünüz çoğu otel benzer şekilde… tüm binanın otel olduğu yerler, fiyat skalası yükselen 5 yıldızlı tesisler diyebiliriz). O sebeple giriş kısmı çok iç açıcı değil, asansör çok eski ve güvenlik standartı düşük vs. ama Kahire standartlarına kendinizi çekerseniz bunlar kesinlikle gözünüze batan şeyler olmuyor. Şehrin ortalama standartı buranın da çok aşağısında diyebiliriz çünkü. Benim gibi bebekli bir çift iseniz standart oda biraz küçük kaçabilir (bebek arabası, valizi, varsa beşiği derken). Tekrar bu otele rezervasyon yaptıracak olsam daha büyük bir odasını tercih ederdim kesinlikle. Ama iki kişi için fotolarda gözüktüğü şekilde ideal diyebilirim.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the very first moment. The location is excellent, very close to Tahrir square. The room is simple but clean (and the AC is great!)

Rather a small room, and I didn’t like being on the 4th floor when reception and breakfast is on the 6th. You have to have two cards - one for the room and one for the door to the floor.

Amazing breakfast, great location, clean spacious rooms. You get way more than what you pay for! love it and we can't wait to come back!

The staff, in particular the manager Mostafa Bey, were very kind and helpful. They helped me with every aspect of my trip and were kind throughout. This is so important because you can have all sorts of questions and issues during your travel. The location is also amazing. The rooms are cute and adequate for this budget. Overall, I really loved staying in this hotel, and if I ever visit Cairo again, I will stay at Eileen Hotel. You don't need to pay more, as Eileen will meet all your basic expectations.

The breakfast can be better because some ingredients were not fresh.

Fiyat performans açısından yeterli bir konaklama yeri konumu çok iyi olduğu için her yere kolayca ulaşılabilir. Yürüyüş yaparak civardaki yerlere gidilebilir.

Odaların konforu beklediğim kadar değildi. Kaldığımız oda dardı ve eşyaları eski görünüyordu.

Eşim ile balayı için 5 gece konakladık. İstediğimiz saatte giriş yaptık. Öğlen 12 de odamızdan ayrıldık. Otelin çevresinde görüşmeye değer bir çok yapı var. Tesis konum olarak güzeldi. Hergün temizliğimiz güzeldi ve güvenliydi. Hiç bir eşyamız kaybolmadı. Hiç bir sıkıntı yaşamadım. Eşimle en geniş yataklı jakuzili odayı tuttuk ve balayı için idealdi. Konumu itibari ile çoğu müzeye yürüdük. Uber çağırdık ve çok uyguna gidip geldik. Piramitlere uzaktı ama değerdi. En pahalı Uber ödememiz piramitlere gitmek içindi. Otelde konforluydu. Temizdi. Yastıkları ve çarşafları kokmuyordu. Kahvaltısı normaldi. Kahvaltı için aşırı bir lüks beklentiniz olmasın. Kahvaltı temiz ve seçeneği boldu. Bir rahatsızlık yaşamadım. Otelin en güzel özelliği konumu ve temizliğiydi. Çalışanlar daima güleryüzlüydü. İlk gün 2 şişe su ücretsiz sonraki günler için tanesi 15 EP. Ama yakınlardaki mazaya markete gitmeyin. Turistlere çok fazla fiyat söylüyorlar. Haritadan BİM marketi bulun. Çok çok uyguna ihtiyaçlarınızı alabilirsin. Mısıra tekrar gelsem yine burada kalmak isterim. Çünkü hoştu ve terasta akşam esintisi ile keyif yapmak harikaydı.

Eilleen Hotel is a great place to stay when you are looking for a convenient location in the center of Cairo. The staff are great and the level of service has been exceptional.

I would have preferred that breakfast was a little better however when you consider the overall value, this is a small issue.

Il soggiorno presso l'Hotel Eileen è stato molto piacevole. La mia stanza, seppur abbastanza piccola, era dotata di tutto quello di cui avessi necessità e arricchita da un piccolo terrazzino che sicuramente le dava valore. La colazione era molto fornita ed è uno degli aspetti del soggiorno che ho apprezzato di più. Lo staff è sempre stato disponibile e accogliente.

La stanza era davvero molto piccola e mancante di una sedia vicino alla scrivania: difatti per sedermi ho utilizzato la sedia presente sul terrazzino. Riguardo la pulizia, ad eccezione del bagno, la camera non sembrava molto pulita, in quanto forse la presenza dei numerosi tappeti rendeva difficile spazzare il pavimento.

早餐味道还不错，工作人员很热情，地理位置非常好，离埃及博物馆和解放广场都很近。

隔音实在太差了，头一晚住的阳台的房间戴着耳塞都吵到没法入睡。后面女前台帮我们换到了家庭房才睡了一个好觉。

Hôtel très bien avec un bon accueil. J'avais réservé une chambre avec lit king size, très spacieuse avec salle de bain avec baignoire. Personnel sympa avec un petit jus de fruit de bienvenue servi à notre arrivée. Petit déjeuner buffet avec du sucré salé avec du choix. J'ai été satisfait de mon séjour.

Location was good.Bed was uncomfortable.

Great location: surprisingly quiet for being in downtown Cairo and close to more or less everything in downtown area, while the quiet street also made it easier to board an uber for elsewhere. The lobby itself is a nice place to be, in part because the balcony there has great views, especially around sunset and evenings. The breakfast there was good too. Very friendly and professional staff. Room was comfortable and the shower worked great with good pressure (which I always appreciate).

The only hiccup was that wifi was weak and unreliable in my room. Staff did assist me on this when I asked, but it remained unreliable afterwards. Could be an issue with the second floor or it could just be that this specific room's location had poor connectivity. The wifi worked well in the lobby nearby so it wasn't a huge issue.
