Der Frühstücksraum war liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war mit Liebe zubereitet. Alles frisch gemacht, Topp!!! Wir haben auch eine sehr guten Tipp für unser Abendessen bekommen.

Excellent séjour dans un riad authentique, plein de charme, qui invite au dépaysement et fait rêver dès l'arrivée. L'accueil est chaleureux et le service irréprochable : l'hôte est attentionné, disponible et toujours de bon conseil. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux, varié et délicieux, composé de produits frais et locaux. La localisation est idéale, en plein cœur de la médina, permettant de tout visiter à pied. De nombreux restaurants, cafés et commerces se trouvent à quelques minutes, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Une adresse que je recommande sans hésitation et où je reviendrai avec plaisir.

C'est thypique, très beau Riad, literie confortable ainsi que les couettes, jolie décoration. Personnelle d'accuei serviable et gentil

Pas frigo dans les chambres, pas d'eau de disponible, manque de douchette d'ygiène dans la chambre Chella, petit déjeuné pas du jour, thé amère et sans menthe. Un rafraichissement des salles de bains serait un plus.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans ce riad. L'endroit est magnifique, très propre, paisible et idéalement situé. Un immense merci au gérant Mr Amine, qui a largement contribué à rendre notre séjour si agréable. Sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et sa bienveillance sont vraiment exceptionnelles. Toujours prêt à aider, à répondre à nos questions et à partager de précieux conseils, il s'est montré attentif du début à la fin de notre séjour. C'est le genre d'accueil qui fait toute la différence et qui donne envie de revenir. Nous recommandons ce riad les yeux fermés et y séjournerons de nouveau avec grand plaisir !

Tutto, la professionalità del personale ha reso questo accogliente e rilassante alloggiare in questo Riad, il più arredato curato e pulito incontrato finora in Marocco, un espressione unica e irripetibile. Sembra di essere ospite in una casa , che ha oggetti originali ovunque, l'effetto è quello di un esperienza autentica. Il parcheggio a Place Lalla Aouda 2€a notte è vicinissimo al Riad 4' a piedi. Il ragazzo all"accoglienza ci ha consigliato inoltre ottimi ristoranti.

The riad is in a quiet place in the medina and the staff (especially Oualid) is wonderful. It has a myriad of rooms and they let me choose one from the ones available upon arrival. Copious breakfast, comfortable beds

It would be nice if the terrace was used more, e.g. for breakfast: It is not really usable as there is no sun protection and there are no comfy chairs.

Notre hôte a été de bon conseil pour les restaurants. Il a accepté de nous faire une machine de linge que nous avons retrouvé sec et plié, mieux qu'a la maison 😁

The staff are the best part of this property - Walid was exceptional, getting a doctor onsite within less than an hour when I was sick, ensuring our room was squeaky clean to address my respiratory issues, and going above and beyond to ensure our visit was wonderful. The location is central with parking close by and great access throughout this lovely quiet medina.

The accommodations were basic but functional, and the public spaces were a bit chilly at this time of year. I had to ask for a hair dryer but it was quickly provided.

Riad molto bello, accogliente e curato, in posizione comoda e vicinissimo al parcheggio. Il ragazzo che ci ha accolti è stato molto gentile e disponibile, e ci ha preparato un'ottima colazione. Il bagno della nostra camera si potrebbe migliorare, ma tutto sommato è un posto consigliatissimo.

Walid was his hospitable best, the riad is one of the most tastefully done up one I have stayed in, felt like living with royalty surrounded by museum artefacts.

Disponibilità del personale. Il ragazzo che ci ha accolto davvero un One man band. Preciso, disponibile, flessibile, pronto a capire i nostri bisogni.

Come in tutte le strutture Riad visitate, le piogge eccezionali e atipiche di Meknes in questo inizio di anno, hanno fatto breccia in qualche spazio comune.

Ottima la posizione centrale per esplorare la cittá, buona e abbondante la colazione preparata al momento, il ragazzo che gestiva da solo la struttura é stato disponibile e cordiale. Le stanze erano spaziose.

La stanza era molto fredda, vi era una stufetta di plastica per riscaldare che emanava puzza di bruciato. Il bagno piccolo e vetusto, con un asciugamano per le mani gia’ usato (vi erano sul letto teli da doccia puliti) e il tappetino sporco. Il getto della doccia minimo ha reso difficile lavarsi i capelli, il lavandino piccolo e senza alcun ripiano di appoggio, abbiamo dovuto prendere in prestito il phon in una stanza al piano di sotto. Mancava anche la carta igienica che abbiamo dovuto chiedere. La brutta esperienza ha riguardato la guida in italiano reperita dalla struttura, che e stata molto gentile e preparata nel mostrarci le bellezze della città, salvo farci provare anche l’esperienza “tipica” delle guide marocchine di portare i turisti sprovveduti come noi a fare acquisti nel negozio “cooperativa” per aiutare le donne locali. Abbiamo acquistato un tappeto a prezzo maggiorato per cui guida e struttura prenderanno una commissione. Peccato che queste persone cosi facendo penalizzino proprio le persone fragili che potrebbero beneficiare dei soldi del turismo, e alimentino l'immagine di approfittatori della gente locale nei confronti dei turisti. Sconsigliamo quindi ogni acquisto consigliato dalle guide, specie quelle reperite dalle strutture.

La disponibilité du personnel est un vrai point positif, très gentil et arrangeant. Nous avons résidé dans la chambre duplex, elle faisait l’affaire pour le rapport qualité-prix.

Il faisait très froid. Nous n’étions pas venus à la meilleure période de l’année pour visiter Meknès, cependant je pense qu’en été, ça doit être agréable d’avoir cette fraîcheur dans les chambres. L’odeur qui se dégage des toilettes est aussi un point négatif. Je tiens également à préciser que notre chambre avait pour vue directement la salle à manger du petit-déjeuner. Donc, le matin, impossible de faire la grasse matinée, on entend tout le monde parler à partir de 8 h.

Super schönes Riad, alles wie in der Beschreibung ersichtlich. Der Host war dezent und aufmerksam, das Frühstück ein guter Start in den Tag.

Das Riad ist innenarchitektonisch im marokkanischen Stil besonders schön ausgestaltet und reich verziert worden. Es ist ein besonderer Genuss, bei einem sehr reichhaltigen traditionellem Frühstück all die Ornamente und Farben zu betrachten. Der Service ist sehr freundlich, schnell und professionell.

Posizione molto buona, riad pulito e nel complesso curato nelle parti comuni. Personale gentile e disponibile.

La nostra camera era sciatta, senza finestre e un po' squallida. Le lampadine penzolano nude dal filo. Le parti comuni sono più curate, ma mancano le finestre, e quindi la luce naturale. La terrazza potrebbe essere una carta da giocare, ma non viene usata.

Easy to find without getting lost inside the medina, also the staff were all incredibly helpful and kind. Incredibly generous breakfast.

The decor of the bathroom was a bit dated, not typically Moroccan style, but clean and functional. Wish the shower had a glass to close it.

Traditional interior decoration is lovely. Roof terrace is a good facility too.

Breakfast was ample but some fruit included would have been very welcome.
