Had to ask for a towel - only one in the room. No coffee maker. They charge 13 E for parking. Lot was huge and half empty (because they could). Staff was nice and responsive to all request. Even gave us a bucket of ice to cool off our own wine....

Ich kann die teilweise schlechten Bewertungen nicht verstehen. Es war alles dem Preis entsprechend! Gerne wieder!

Für ein oder 2 Nächte vielleicht annehmbar. Für Familien nicht zu empfehlen. Frühstück für 3 Personen sollte 60€ kosten. 200m weiter ist ein Bäcker, wo wir gefrühstückt haben und haben dafür 20€ bezahlt. Ausklappcouch sehr sehr hart. Bei uns Lies sich die Badezimmertür nicht schließen, da sie nicht in den Türrahmen passte. Der Fön hatte leider keine Funktion, da er nach wenigen Sekunden wieder aus ging. Ansonsten war es sehr sauber und die Belegschaft war recht freundlich.

Ganske fint ophold tæt på shoppingcenter. Morgenmaden er i den dyre ende i forhold til hvad man får. Parkering betales for udover værelset.

The only thing that is not so good is that there is not much to do in the Hotel.

Für eine Nacht ist es okay. Das Kopfteil vom Bett hatte weisse Flecken.😫.Für einen längeren Aufenthalt eher nicht zu empfehlen.

Das Hotel bietet in dieser Klasse alles was man braucht ohne viel Schnickschnack. Die Zimmerausstattung ist funktionell, Zimmer und Bad war sauber, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. An dem zubuchbaren Frühstück gab es nichts auszusetzen, am Buffet war alles vorhanden was man braucht um satt zu werden.

Gute und ruhige Lage, nur 15 min Fußweg zum Bürgerhaus und an Wochenden reichlich kostenlose Parkplätze in der Nähe. Moderne Ausstattung ohne viel Schnickschnack, allerdings lässt die Zimmerreinigung sehr zu wünschen übrig (Bettwäsche nicht sauber, Krümel auf den Polstern, Toiletten zeigt 'Spuren" vom Vorgast, Fön defekt, nur 1 Satz Handtücher für 2 Gäste). Jedoch freundliche Reaktion und Bemühungen an der Rezeption, zur Entschädigung einen Kaffee aufs Haus.

Mala, mal servicio para clientes con minusvalía. El aparcamiento para minusválidos no existe, le dan más importancia a los coches que a las personas, dado que la recarga de coches eléctricos está al lado de la recepción.

Modern rooms, great beds, parking far too expensive, staff not always available

Nice and clean place to stay at an affordable price.

Zimmer benötigen mal eine Auffrischung da viele Abnutzungsspuren an den Wänden; Gardinen nicht sauber und Aschenbecher auf dem Balkon voll. Leider direkt vor dem Fenster Verladestelle der Deutschen Post und daher außer am Sonntag ab 5Uhr morgens sehr laut.

Hallo das Hotel ansich ist für uns optimal ,schneller check in saubere moderne sehr bequeme Betten und Zimmer, Lage ist gut Leider haben wir 2 negative Erfahrungen schon an der Bar gemacht . Baarkeeper ist zwar nicht unfreundlich aber auch nicht freundlich. Schöne Grüße

The very spacious rooms were a super pleasant surprise - lots of space especially also when traveling with kids. Staff was very friendly and we really enjoyed our stay.

Staff was absolutely polite and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better service. Breakfast was great, too!

Zimmer Bett boden bad waren sehr sauber Aber diesmal lagen 2 kleine vodka Flaschen im Schrank in der Schublade . Müll war ebenfalls nicht geleert noch sachen vom Vorgänger. Fernseher om Wohnzimmer ging nicht . Sonst hat uns der Aufenthalt gefallen

The hotel is very convenient for business trips: Clean rooms with table to work on. No unnecessary frills. Reliable wifi connection. I did not receive the room to the garden side promised by expedia but I did not mind. There is no garden side anyway.

The hotel is good for a travel over night stay - value for money was alright! Reception lady was nice but the bar keeper was the worst ever!!! So unfriendly it was ridiculous! If you hate your job do not punish the guests, look for a new one! Too bad cause this is a reason we would not return! We did not feel welcome …

Industriebau im Gewerbegebiet. Bau und Einrichtung wirkten eher schlicht. Zimmer sind groß und sehr einfach ausgestattet. Für uns war es in Ordnung, jedoch haben wir das Hotel nicht angenehm empfunden. Wir hatten aber einen extrem günstigen Preis, von daher alles in Ordnung. Für Durchreisegäste und Businessgäste geeignet. Für Urlaub und zum Wohlfühlen würde ich das Hotel nicht unbedingt empfehlen.

Hotel was ok. But the street leading to the hotel was completely closed. So we could drive to it. And hotel staff didn't contact us with the street closing notice.

The photos from the hotel management markets the hotel as a modern and trendy place. However, in reality everything exhales "budget". Rooms are spacious fairly clean, but very cheaply furbished and lit with cold white light. So absolutely not cosy at all. The bed is not that comfortable if I'm honest. Bathroom was pretty basic and had a Eastern European feel to it (finishing). Cables hanging a bit left and right in the room. Also the breakfast was extremely basic. For a one-night-stay I would say this hotel is okay'ish, but overall the value for money is too low.

Wir hatten zwei Ferseher im Zimmer, die auch auf Nachfrage zwei Tage ihren Dienst versagten. Wofür man 13 € Parkgebühr am Tag bezahlt, hat sich mir nicht ganz erschlossen. Der Parkplatz steht als Freiluftparkplatz da und mit dem Bau eines Hotels müssen meines Erachtens auch Parkplätze baurechtlich eingerichtet werden. Wofür diese doch ansehnliche Gebühr? Leider könnte der Aussenbereich sauberer sein. Der Boden Lounge-Ecke klebt zwei Tage durchgehend und im Grün zum Parkplatz ist überall Müll zu finden. Ansonsten ein schönes Hotel, mit guten Preis-Leisungsverhältnis. Freundliches Personal.

This hotel was one of the cheaper hotels near Frankfurt Airport and is very modern and clean. Check in and out was easy and the staff spoke English. The rooms were very, big and the beds comfortable.The showers are huge compared to other hotels. The elevator is great.The buffet breakfast was amazing. It is worth every pfennig. The staff are very helpful but the restaurant opens at 6:30am and they won't open 1 minute earlier than that. The restaurant only really serves pizza so the menu selection is pretty slim if you are hungry. The real negative is the paid parking that costs 13 Euro extra and this wasn't made clear at the time of my booking.

Overall, this was an awesome stay! The staff was very. friendly and helpful. The only problem was getting into Frankfurt proper. There is no bus or train that takes you into the city. There is a bus that takes you to the airport, then you have to take the train to Frankfurt from there. Zero complaints about the property!

Die junge Frau LARISSA an der Reception war sehr nett und hat sich professionell verhalten, als sie unseren Unmut über die Extragebühren für das Parken und dem Hund zu spüren bekam. Bei Hotel.de waren die Zusatzgebühren nicht eindeutig sichtbar. Das Zimmer und Bad sind tipptopp, nur im Wohnbereich fehlt eine Lichtquelle, die ihn gemütlicher macht.

Ich komme eigentlich immer gerne in dieses Hotel aber leider wird einiges vernachlässigt. Der Teppichboden im Flur wird anscheinend nur grob gesaugt und und an den Ecken sammelt sich immer mehr Staub. Das macht jedenfalls auf mich keinen guten Eindruck. Auch in den Zimmern ist immer mal wieder was kaputt. Eigentlich schade.

Bij aankomst dachten wij is dit wel een hotel echter bij binnenkomst hadden wij gelijk ons bevestiging dat het inderdaad om een hotel gaat. Het was een gebouw dat omgebouwd was tot een hotel. Hotel heeft een eigen betaald parkeerplaats voor € 13,00 per dag. Wij hadden genoten van de ruime kamers alleen "1" puntje. Bij 1 kamer ten opzichte van de andere kamer was in ons beleving dat de airconditioning niet goed koelt. Verder is er op loopafstand een groot supermarkt en enkele fastfood restaurants.

Unschlagbar günstig. Total freundliches Personal. Vergessener Umbau der Zustellbettes wurde umgehend nachgebessert. Barbereich sah super gemütlich aus.

Wir haben eine Nacht in diesem Hotel übernachtet. Der Preis war ausschlaggebend. Preis / Leistung Top. Großes Zimmer in zwei Bereichen aufgeteilt. Bett gemütlich. Einziges richtiges Störfaktor, die Vorhänge zu schmal um das Zimmer zu verdunkeln, wir sind sehr früh durch die Helligkeit aufgewacht, obwohl wir uns aufs ausschlafen gefreut hatten.

Schönes und gepflegtes Hotel. Die Gegend ist in Ordnung und ruhig. Das Hotel liegt abseits der Innenstadt, aber in weniger als einer Stunde ist die Innenstadt mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar.

Property conditions are just ok, a bit weary but they keep it clean. Reception is in the bar (the bar tender) so it threw us off a little. But staff was very courteous and friendly. Not sure if you can conveniently go anywhere without a car (shared ride to Frankfurt airport is about 30 Euro). Excellent option for us since we needed a place to crash before our early flight next morning. If we're staying for several days, this may not be the best option to explore Frankfurt.

Pros: excellent desk staff, clean rooms bigger than we expected, AC, price, nice bar area. Cons: upsales of parking and breakfast are pricey. We were not aware of parking cost. Area is gritty, industrial, not really near airport. could use new pillows. One mattress good, the sofa mattress not very comfortable

Chris at the reception was superb very friendly and very helpful.. Tom was a brilliant lad at the reception in the morning, with an excellent environment, and a shopping area next door.

Wir hatten ein Apartment zum Preis eines Standardzimmers, alles war sauber und ordentlich, die Rezeptionistin war sehr freundlich. Was will man mehr?

The hotel was in pretty good condition, although it could do with some updating. Our room(s) was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. It was a little disappointing that there were no drinks facilities in the room which we felt let it down a little. And maybe a little further from the airport than we expected. We blame ourselves for not having checked this more carefully. Uber price from the main airport, at time we landed, was up to around 45 euros (from around 20). Taxi was 46. We didn't eat there so can't comment on that. But the bar was good and reasonably priced. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Uber into the centre was 20 euros. But we took a train back and walked from Sprendlingen; about 25min walk. There are fast food places to eat very nearby and a Lidl for food and snacks. We would stay there again if circumstances led us to need to be in this area, south of Frankfurt.

The carpet in the room was dirty

The staff was excellent. The room was clean and modern. The hallways were dark and dirty in some areas. Location is very far from city with limited transportation.

Rooms were as described and spacious. Staff were really friendly. We stayed 3 nights and only requested room service once. Room service was not very good, only made the beds, did not remove access any garbage or empty batheoom garbages. Sinks were not cleaned. Did not replace handsoap dispenser which was empty. Showers were leaking onto bathroom floor which was very problematic. Hotel staff were aware of the problem but did not make any arrangements to correct to accommodate. On day of checkout, Housekeeping came twice in the morning to ask if we needed room service.

Hotel was very nice, the room was big. There is a mall down the street with some dining options and a grocery store. Very convenient for the airport
