I our room we could not get one of the AC to shut off after reaching the Temperature we selected. This had it loud most of the night.

Everything was nice will recommend others to pick your hotel if they ever came to Nashville breakfast was good clean room service was amazing me and my family are very happy with the hotel enjoy the swimming pool and the excerise ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

This hotel exceeded my expectations from the parking lot space to the friendly staff checking us in to the cleanliness and very comfortable beds. Everything was wonderful! Will stay here again when traveling through this area!

The size of the room was great. The couch was great. We could sit around and visit, play games, or watch TV. The TV swiveled to the sectional and the beds. The kitchen gave us the option of cooking or just having a meal with each other in the room comfortably. The breakfast was great. Walking distance to my daughter's apartment.

There wasn’t anything

After a very frustrating travel experience, the Hyatt House in Franklin completely turned our evening around. We arrived at another hotel at 10:00 PM only to discover that our reservation had been canceled without any notice due to overbooking. Thankfully, we came to Hyatt House and were immediately greeted by Leah at the front desk. Leah was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. She took the time to assist us, quickly found a room for the night, and made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. Her customer service was exceptional and truly made us feel welcomed and cared for. The room was clean, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. From the excellent accommodations to the outstanding service, our experience at Hyatt House was top-notch. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Franklin area. A special thank you to Leah for going above and beyond—if I could book every stay through her, I would!

Hyatt House Franklin Cool Springs. What a pleasant and relaxing stay. The hotel is exceptionally cared for, clean and up to date. Rate was excellent and location couldn't be better from BNA airport, to Nashville, to Franklin and surrounding areas. Ample restaurants and shopping all within easy access to highways and freeways. Location was safe and quiet. The rooms were comfortable, immaculate and well appointed. There was always someone available at the front desk. I will definitely recommend this location in an area with many hotel brands to choose from.

my stay was fantastic. From t he staff, Dale, Ben, Leah and Anna were GREAT ! The overall hotel and the rooms were very clean and fresh . Breakfast was delicious each time and the area surrounding the hotel was very nice and inviting. We will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it

However, the carpet was dirty and had an unpleasant odor. My son is allergic to dust, so you can imagine the discomfort this caused him, fortunately, we were only there for one night.

The location was decent, but I’d hoped it was closer to downtown Franklin. But that’s not their fault!

Breakfast was the typical American hotel breakfast. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Interesting location with lots of good restaurants nearby.

Website said no dogs allowed, but when we arrived, they had a sign that said dogs accepted. We usually try to find a hotel where no pets are allowed.

This hotel is located in a very nice area of Franklin. Also, everything is clean and very well kept.

Best free breakfast we’ve had. The quality of the hotel was top notch. And we loved the room size and amenities. It felt like family.

I’ve stayed at this hotel from September 2025 - May 2026. I travel for work and the Entire Staff has been AMAZING! They have not given me a reason to change hotels. Not one! They have taken such great care of me and my family throughout our stay. Plus, the location is perfect. Walmart is across the street, and Sams, Costco, Target, The Mall, Starbucks, and a variety of restaurants are 10minutes or less from the hotel. Going on vacation, but I’ve already booked my next stay. I tease with the Staff that I live there now.

Overall, I had an excellent experience with the staff, the cleanliness of the room, the noise level on the 4th floor, and the overall facilities. My biggest concern was the towels and washcloths. Please ensure they are cleaned thoroughly, as many had stains or were in poor condition.

The location was very nice and close to many shops and restaurants.

4 hours before checkout, our toilet stopped flushing. The person at the front desk that Sunday morning informed me that there was no maintenance on site. She looked up my room # and made a comment that I was checking out that day, anyway. As a paying guest, I believe I deserve the confidence of a fully functional room and a professional response to legitimate concerns, regardless of my checkout time. What an unprofessional response. Staff needs to be educated on what to do in the event there is a plumbing issue, with no maintenance on site. Dale, or whatever her tag said was grossly inappropriate in her response. Who wants to stand there and argue all the embarrassing reasons why you deserve a working toilet, even if it’s 4 hours before checkout? So, ultimately I just walked off. I think she could have had more empathy, and again, employees need better direction in what to do if this comes up again. Usually one incident would not stop me from staying at a hotel again, but this might just be the first. Reservation #59617685.

Great hotel, location, and staff. Hit the restaurants about 2 blocks away. Great stay! The room was a suite and well thought out.

Location and cleanliness

This hotel is in the perfect location Anything a person could want to do, shop or eat is under 5 miles The rooms were huge, very clean and comfortable and extremely quiet which was very surprising, the lil food store at the front desk was very stock with so many options. More than I’ve at any other hotel. The water pressure in shower was also very perfect.

I can’t think of anything I’d change

Location was Very clean, kids loved pool. Pool was heated and perfect. Room was spacious and has everything you. Gym was clean and provided a variety of equipment.

This was probably one of the best hotels I have stayed at in a long time. Highly recommend for anyone to stay. We enjoyed even getting drinks and sitting on the patio around the fire in the evening.

Our shower leaked onto bathroom floor, and our sink was clogged and would not drain. The latter was fixed the next day.

Very clean hotel, seems really new. Friendly staff, even late at night. The breakfast was pretty crowded but was resupplied often and the staff was very friendly.

Loved the studio (308) but tiny closet is suitable for one person. Large empty space in the front of closet could use a clothes rack to make up for lack of closet space. I was there on the company dime (which I told the front desk when I checked in) yet my personal cc was charged all 3 nights for my room despite telling the front desk after my first night that I should not be charged. Still waiting for charges to be taken off my personal cc. Enjoyed the included breakfast buffet and the well equipped gym. Quiet at night and floors in-between are concrete and not wooden matchstick construction. Location is iffy if you are working downtown. Took me over an hour in rush hour traffic to get back to the hotel from downtown (I left at 320pm). Morning rush hour took 45 minutes (I left at 7 am). Expect bumper-to-bumper traffic both ways during rush hour. The location is a block away from a vibrant strip of restaurants, a wine bar and ice cream shoppe. The area where it's located, as well as the hotel, is new.

My wife and I were there for 6 days. One of our best stays ever. The staff was exceptional, assisting us several times during our stay. The breakfast was excellentt every day with an exceptional variety of choices

Beautiful comfortable hotel. Well above expectations. Only issue was to old pet charge was $75 but invoice showed $100. Also, the pet garbage bin is hidden behind a parking spot so if you don't happen to see it you would never know it is there

Great location very nice size rooms perfect for our weekend of getaway visiting family. Also nice to be around shopping and restaurants, including a coffee shop very cute area.

I had a wonderful experience at this Hyatt House. My room was incredibly clean, spacious, and felt very modern and it’s clear the entire hotel is maintained to a high standard. Every member of the staff I encountered was friendly and professional, making me feel welcome from the moment I checked in. The location in Cool Springs is perfect, and the overall atmosphere of the property made for a very comfortable and stress-free visit.

Dining hours/options during the week versus reality, was not quite as advertised. however, the bar was top notch. Overall experience was nice and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Franklin area. I will definitely be staying here again!

This hotel jerked me around for an entire year, promised a refund, then didn't deliver. I will never stay at a hyatt again.

Lies from the desk clerks to management.

Made a reservation for Franklin Tn and had search for Franklin In. When our reservation printed it showed TN not IN. Called within 15 minutes of making the reservation on 2/21 and Was told they would not refund my money even though I paid extra for cancellation insurance. This is VERY POOR customer service.

Not enough parking

Location was ideal to say the least. near nice restaurants, Walmart, Sams club, etc. Few small issues, but overall OK.....

I had a great experience at Hyatt house while traveling for business. The front desk staff were really nice and helpful and the rooms were clean and really pretty impressive. The best part was the continental breakfast. Good food options, fresh to order food, and it went above and beyond compared to other hotels. Would seek this hotel out again if traveling to this location for business.

We were displaced to Winter Storm Fern and were without power for several days. We had to find somewhere quickly to stay, and the Hyatt House helped us secure a room for us and our dogs. We are so incredibly grateful for how kind they were during a very stressful time navigating the ice storm. The front desk staff were always so friendly and helpful. The staff would call to check on us. The breakfast buffet was so nice to walk to daily. I never expected to need a hotel in my own town, but when I did, they were a great landing spot! The hotel was super clean and well-maintained as well.
