Room was very spacious and the shower was very clean!

I had to clean the tub before getting in. It wasn't too bad, but it was dusty and I found a hair in there that was not from me or my partner

The breakfast was fantastic.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at recently. Staff were on the ball and friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was good with many choices and the extra time where they served snacks small bites was fantastic.

It was a beautiful place. Easy to find. I appreciated the parking.

The bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan. Not a deal breaker but made for a sticky bathroom after a shower.

Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We love the breakfast and the Kickback meal (except there is no dessert!). The staff was great!

The outdoor pool and the pool area is very small and I didn’t like the pool at all. We have stayed at Drury many times and I always suggest dessert at the Kickback meal!😀

Hotel was nice and clean. It’s in a very nice area with lots of places to shop and a wal-mart across the street. The front desk staff were very nice as well.

Thermostat in the room only goes down to 66 degrees and the room never dropped below 71 degrees. Was a bit too warm in there. The pool is a split indoor outdoor pool. Since there was lighting in the area the pool closed inside due to weather. The dinner kickback was cool, but people acted like they never ate before and were bumping into each other and was just overly crowded.

Breakfast and kickback sets this hotel apart from others. Would have liked to see an omelet station at breakfast.

Pool and hot tub closures weather related was disappointing when we specifically chose a hotel for the pool and hot tub am amenity.

We love Drury hotels and even with those high expectations I feel like the Franklin location surpasses our standards. The staff is so nice. When they heard it was my daughter’s birthday they even sent up a goodie bag. They are so thoughtful. The hotel and rooms and clean. Like I can look for something to complain about and find nothing. The dinner/drinks and breakfast are amazing. And the popcorn. And soda. The pool and hot tub were nice. We will continue to support Drury hotels. I hope they open more!

We've stayed at this hotel quite few times for staycations. And usually have a good time HOWEVER... The morning of check out, there were 2 families with rowdy kids who were not being supervised by their dads. My son was swimming from the outside pool to the indoor pool and one boy jumped in, right next to the barrier, hitting my son on the head. The dads were cussing me out and belittling me and my son when I confronted them. Then took off. I went to the front desk only to be brushed off. On my way out I saw the families heading to their cars. I pointed them out to the front desk where they said "well, they're checking out." I left, feeling no one was concerned about any of this. My son ended up going to the ER because, Yes, it was that serious. I would definitely recommend NOT staying here or at least staying clear of the pool area because there are more injuries waiting to happen. And if you complain, you're not taken seriously even if your child is injured.

My experience with this location is always excellent. Staff friendly. All areas are clean. Pool and Jacuzzi are very spacious. Food AM and PM is exactly what I need during my stay. A real second home.

We love Drury hotels because we know their service is exceptional—clean rooms, excellent amenities, and excellent customer service! This hotel is no exception! It is our go-to place to stay when visiting the Nashville area!

Decent hotel caters to the masses. Got a great nights sleep. I am a light sleeper and was concerned with the road noise. I always travel with a small fan and I slept great. Blackout Curains were awesome. We slept in a little which is surprising for us. Evening reception 5:30-7 offered drinks and hot dogs nachos pulled port sandwiches beans baked potato and chili. Definitely enough for a low key dinner. Breakfast was nice to see real fruit and eggs and sausage and oatmeal.Orange juice was not real but decent offering of cold water and soft drinks. A car dealership is across the street. Can walk to a few other restaurants on the same block. We crossed the street and walked through Whole Foods and Flower child is an incredibly delicious and healthy restaurant. Great option for a nights rest. Saturday night was sold out so I didn’t enjoy the mass of people at the hotel but for the price and location it gets a good rating. Enjoyed the view from the window

The beds were surprisingly not as comfortable as you’d expect. The pull out bed was awful, but that’s usually how those things are.

If you haven't stayed at a Drury Inn, you need to! I've experienced the same quality and value at Drury Inn's all over the country. Why would you stay anywhere else when you get a nice room with a great free breakfast, dinner and drinks included - all served by the friendliest and happiest people in the industry.

Very nice hotel. Close to several places, including historic downtown. Breakfast was very good for an included breakfast. My only negative is the pillows, the are very small. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows kept it from being a great night’s sleep.

It is a large facility and it was packed with people. Too noisy. Parking was limited. The dining hall was well supplied and the staff was quite helpful, however conversations were difficult due to the noise.

Everything! I love Drury but this one was the biggest best yet. My room was on the 8th floor and the views were spectacular. I saw the tops of the mountains in the plateau area. And the High School football and baseball fields were lovely. I wished a game was happening. The property is in a great area near the wedding venue and great eats and entertainment. I wished I'd had a reason to stay another night.

The hotel room was very spacious, everything was very clean, the bathroom was updated with a walk in shower, they have a complimentary breakfast, snacks and drinks from 5:30pm-7pm. They have quite a few restaurants and shopping places nearby. It is a pretty decent travel into Downtown Nashville.

The room wouldn’t let you set the AC lower than 66 degrees, but the room never went lower than 70 degrees. We like the room cooler especially at night.

The breakfast was so good!! And I am a picky eater! Everything was hot and fresh!

I honestly can’t say there was one thing I didn’t love about our visit!

Our breakfast and dinner were great! The staff we're helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for our basketball tournament we were in. We were also able to travel to the Grand Ole Opry and downtown Nashville without issue.

I don't have anything negative to say. This place met our expectations.

Breakfast was good but the same items were offered each of the 3 days we were there.

The fan speed of the AC in the room has only one speed - High- and it cannot be adjusted. I hit the off setting and air still circulated at a much lower speed and it actually kept the thermostat reading exactly the same.

My family and I enjoyed everything about our stay and the breakfast and kick backs was awesome.

The $10 authorization on my credit card for each time I used the washer and dryer it does not accept coins.

Really nice place to stay. Room was very clean. The bed & pillows were decently comfortable. The TV was way bigger than the norm. They have an indoor/outdoor pool & a fairly large hot tub. You get a free dinner as well with a night stay. We only stayed for the one night & had already eaten, so I can't say what was served. Free breakfast consisted of pancakes, sausage, eggs, cereal, yogurt, juice, coffee, milk, soda. I believe they had biscuits & bagels as well.

My only real complaint was the water pressure in the shower. It was so weak, it made washing my hair almost impossible. It could've just been our room & had we stayed more than 1 night, I would've mentioned it to the staff.

As a single traveler, I felt very safe. The room and bed were very comfortable and clean . The shower only option was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast options were extensive and tasty. I have booked another stay.

This property is at a good location, close to highways.

It wasn’t worth the price I paid for staying there for 3 nights. Other than an extra evening “kick-backs” snacks/drinks, there was nothing great about it, which unfortunately my family and I could use only once. It was too crowded and not managed very well, so it wasn’t very pleasant having drinks in such a crowded place. The breakfast was also almost exactly the same every day, which was disappointing.

The breakfast was ok. Basic but filling. The 5:30 evening reception was a nice addition. Food again was fair. The was a coach’s conference with lots of people. Surprisingly quiet given the number of kids running around.

My family and I stay at this hotel a couple of times a year when visiting relatives in Indiana. It’s so convenient and clean. It’s breakfasts are always good’ Evening meal service is convenient with good choices like hot dogs for the kids. We have also travelled with our dogs on some occasions with no problems. Nashville is about 15 miles away but Franklin is very nice too. The hotel is well maintained and the staff are very friendly.

Very nice hotel, and if you get there for the happy hour event they have a nice dinner buffet and free drinks too. Breakfast was good too with lots of choices. I paid more for this hotel than I usually do but it was definitely a lot nicer than what I'm used to :)

Food was outstanding! Can't think of anything we didn't like. We were there for Senior Olympics. Went down to the gym at 4 am to use facilities and sign said didn't open till 6. Staff was very accommodating and opened it for us.

Would be nice if you had a sauna. Very useful for athletes. You probably get many staying there because of the nearby sports complex

I am now in search of all Drury Inns. Not only is this place kept clean and the staff is absolutely wonderful but you get your dinners at the hotel between five and 730 as part of your stay. You also get three alcoholic drinks per person over the age of 21 if you’d like it. If you’re on a budget, this is the place to stay or if you are traveling through town and don’t want to spend money on local food that’s very expensive. This is a fantastic option. They have free breakfast in the morning and it’s like nothing else you’ve had for free in a hotel before Lots of options. Eggs made to order waffles with staff making it for you fruit egg sausage, sausage, and gravy with biscuits. If you’re traveling with Kids, this is most ideal to save on eating out. Good size gym with several treadmills. Cute indoor/outdoor pool. 15 min from Main Street Franklin. Whole Foods down the street.

The free happy hour and cheap breakfast attracts that kind of crowd. Not something I was expecting. It was my first time in Franklin and I was expecting something more “quaint” but I could not find it online and booked this last minute. This was also my first “Drury Hotel” experience. Probably will avoid in the future as this is not my vibe at all. The rave reviews must be for the free nachos. The location is not on the old part of town. Just not a “Franklin” experience as I had envisioned it. If you like the free cheap happy hour drinks and the all you can eat fake cheese nachos, The Drury definitely delivers. The hotel is clean, lively, and the staff is friendly.

This is by far one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The location is very convenient to everything I needed, the lobby and rooms are well appointed and clean. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. The value is excellent and I'm very picky about dirt, the entire place is clean and it smells CLEAN. I have this hotel, the chain, in my contacts and have more reservations made for future stays.
