Buena ubicación. Nosotros estuvimos en setiembre y se podía aparcar el coche en la puerta. "mini piscina"-SPA agradable, dos opciones: en planta baja y uno pequeño en la terraza de cubierta.

Habitación y baño pequeños. La puerta de acceso al baño era muy incomoda, interfería con la nevera. Desayuno con pocas opciones, aunque buenas.

El personal, sobre todo Gustavo que siempre estuvo bien predispuesto a que estemos a gusto todo el tiempo. No nos funcionaba el aire de la habitación y sin dudar nos dio otra. La ubicación también es muy buena.

El desayuno. Poca variedad. Huevo o sándwich. Cuesta encontrar un buen desayuno… algún croissant, budincito, algún panificado… agregar yogurt para cambiar un poco…

The staff was amazing, very accommodating. Breakfast was great fresh fruit daily, very friendly staff.

My last night the water was not running, but it eventually was fine the next morning during check. I will have to be frank here, I stayed in room 303 room was very comfortable but I think this more of an annoyance there was a dog barking the entire night on my last day. I hardly slept but this is not in the hotel property more of a neighbor’s dog. Property was in the smack of the central area so restaurants are a short walk.

Very good stay, ideal base for Tayrona. Santa Marta itself is nothing special, but the hotel is located on a very cozy little square with restaurants within walking distance.

Struttura in pieno centro storico comoda per qualsiasi tipo di escursione. Stanza grande e pulita con balcone. Buona colazione colombiana. Staff gentile e disponibile. Piscina carina anche se molto piccolina. Ci hanno tenuto i bagagli e consentito una doccia di cortesia a fine giornata!

Il condizionatore non funzionava molto bene e la doccia non aveva un getto perfetto.

Mi è piaciuta la posizione. Abbiamo prenotato 2 camere triple, poi ci ha chiamato la struttura e ci ha chiesto se poteva darci una camera superior al posto di una tripla, e noi abbiamo accettato visto che eravamo in 5. La camera doppia superior era spaziosa

La camera tripla era veramente piccola ed era impossibile aprire le valigie per prendere gli indumenti senza intralciare. Il climatizzatore puntava sui letti e anche alzando la temperatura si gelava. Le scale. La struttura non è dotata di ascensore e le camere sono quasi tutte al primo e al secondo piano. Ci siamo dovuto portare noi le valigie perché non c'era servizio di facchinaggio. La pulizia. La struttura era dotata di un terrazzo ma l'ultima rampa di scale per raggiungere il terrazzo era piena di escrementi di uccelli. Abbiamo segnalato la cosa alla reception, ma nessuna azione di pulizia è stata intrapresa per tutta la durata del nostro soggiorno. Il terrazzo non è mai stato pulito! C'erano mozziconi negli angoli e bottiglie e lattine di birre sui tavoli che sono rimaste lì per tutto il nostro soggiorno. Nella camera doppia è finito il sapone, per segnalarlo alla signora delle pulizie l'ho messo sul lavandino, ma al ritorno in camera anche se il lavandino era stato pulito il dispenser del sapone era ancora vuoto, meno male che avevo una saponetta nel mio beauty case!

Gente del hotel muy amable, lugar muy cuidado y buena localización. Volveremos.

Hotel còmode i agradable al centre de Santa Marta, a un carrer i mig del Parque de los Novios que és on es concentren la majoria de restaurants i locals. Molt a prop del Malecon. L'atenció del personal perfecta. Hi va haver un problema amb la nostra reserva i ens el van arreglar de seguida (ens van donar una habitació superior). L'esmorzar complet. Té a més una petita piscina per refrescar-te al final del dia

Muy incómodo. No había sitio donde dejar las cosas. La puerta del baño no se cerraba bien del todo, poca privacidad. La supuesta piscina es del tamaño de un jacuzzi en medio de un sitio de paso.

Excelente ubicación. Habitación muy cómoda. Llegamos temprano y nos dieron la habitación antes de tiempo. Además nos regalaron un free upgrade a una suite con jacuzzi, muy linda habitación. La atención de Gustavo fue excelente.

El desayuno tiene pocas opciones para el precio del alojamiento

Personal, desayuno, limpieza, amabilidad, predisposición para ayudar, nada de ruido, habitación bien, bien ubicado... en general todo perfecto!

Friendly and helpful staff. Great central location. Good breakfast. Very comfortable stay.

Property is open 24 hours which was great when we arrived at 11.45pm. Our room had a lovely big balcony, good area for clothes, good shower. Best of all the staff were very helpful and most spoke English. The location was perfect for wandering through the historic area, malecon, and minutes away from the Plaza debNovios where the action is at night - restaurants, bars etc.

La primera noche no hubo agua en el hotel y no pudimos tomar una ducha, hasta la siguiente noche. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba muy bien, aunque me cambiaron de habitación y el aire acondicionado estaba mejor, no era suficiente para el calor que se sentía.

This little gem was right in the heart of Santa Marta Historic Centre and very close to everything, so the incentive to map out and walk to the various sights was good. My score on cleanliness was due to the fact that when I did not need a full service clean (maybe just needed towels), the housekeeper did not discard the trash. It could have been a language barrier, but I just thought when she brought the towels, she would have emptied the trash. However, she was very nice and attentive. Comfort was a little off because of a constant electrical hum that would be louder in the night when all was quiet. Other than that, we will stay here again when we return to Santa Marta. Leidy at the front desk was the sweetest, and they attended to our needs and enjoyment of the city. I didn't have breakfast, but my friend says she really enjoyed the breakfast.

The room and the pool area were very nice. The staff was great, she gave us a lot of practical tipps for our trips to Tayrona and Cartagena and we could store our luggage there for two nights while we were in Minca.

It was pretty noisy from outside during the night, especially from the traffic and the dogs. It was a bit hard to get the right temperature while showering. There was no elevator, but we didn't have too much luggage.

Very helpful staff. Clean and safe. The showers were also hot - never a guarantee in the Carribean coast! Hairdryer in the room too.

The noise in the hotel late at night. That was from the guests and not the hotel's fault but perhaps a reminder could be given by the front desk to those coming in late to be as quiet as possible. There was a lot of banging and noise at around 6.30am. The cleaning staff must start early but not all the guests want to! Perhaps they could start banging from.7.30am and not 6.30am.

Teljesen rendben volt a szállás, jó helyen található. nem hibátlan, de az ár/érték arány oké. A recepciós fiatalember nagyon segítőkész és jól beszél angolul. Finom volt a reggeli.

Kicsit hangos-zajos a klíma , és az ablak sem volt zárható teljesen. Összességében a szoba és a fürdőszoba is kicsi. Ez a normál szobára vonatkozik, nem tudom mekkorák és milyenek a superior szobák.

Cercanía al Parque de los Novios donde existe gran variedad de locales para comer y bares, el personal de recepción Gustavo y Leydi son super atentos, colaboran respecto a dudas y solicitudes.

Mi única crítica es a la variedad desayuno, podrían generar más alternativas, si bien es buen desayuno si vas varios días quisieras tener más de las 2 opciones

All the staff is very nice, the rooms are comfortable and the emplacement is ideal. There is a 24h service deck and I felt very safe here.

Hotel ligt centraal in de oude stad. Prima kamer. Kleine badkamer. Hotel heeft een zwembad in de hal. Lekker ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel.

De vloer van de badkamer was niet helemaal schoon.

Very close to main restaurants and bars. Room was very compact but adequate. Staff were amazing. Breakfast was wonderful
