Got hit with an extra “tourism fee” and was asked to pay a cash deposit up front. The place is tiled so you can hear every other room very loudly, so I got woken up multiple times. The bathroom was not the cleanest, holes in the walls and roof and there was absolutely no water pressure. The pictures are very polished for what you actually receive.

The room was just the right size and comfortable for two guests. The toilet was clean, nice, and looked new. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable. The price was very reasonable for the value we received.

Don't choose a room with a window, as it can be quite noisy outside. The area behind the building is often crowded, and there are some unpleasant activities going on there.

Within town, but peripheral. No interesting spots within walking distance, and eating café not to local visitors taste. Seems that many residential premises in vicinity are non-malaysian.

It seem like a new hotel..the bed really comfort..a.c funtion very well, everything i side the room is excellent. The is no refregirator, but it doesn't matter seem the price is cheaper

Was able to hear the flowing water pipe in my room. It seems that it was built right beside of the main pipe which is quite disturbing throughout the whole night Can hear a lot of noises and others’ conversations from the window due to its location

Hotel ok cantik bersih staff pun ok friendly. Cuma bising sebab bebetul tepi jalan besar. Memalam sampai pagi bising orang merempit haha.

When i reached, nobody at counter. Then she passed in front of me without asking who am I. Of course i want to check in! Kind of rude when she asked me to provide my IC. Then she just give me room card and told me the room number without writing any room number, just a blank card. But the room comfort neutralised this incident. The location is a bit far from major attraction and malls. The area was dominated by foreigners from south asia.

The space is big, very clean, location very nice.

The noise from outside came to the room very loud. I recommend to put soundproof.

Didn't expect a domitory room comes with 3 shower room and 2 toilet. And the bed is cozy with individual plugs, lighting and cabinet.

The receptionist didn't know the room has many toilets and shower room. She mentioned there is only one.

time checkin pukul 3 dah masuk bilik and masuk2 nampak bilik baru siap kemas and just tinggal nak pasang cadar bantal so macam lepas beberapa minit baru dia ketuk pintu and bagi cadar. also kad bilik tu takde nombor situ so mcm confusing sikit tapi ok je never mind

Very noisy i can’t sleep

La habitación era amplia, contaba con todos los complementos como para tener una parada de descanso, la ducha era amplia y podías regular perfectamente la temperatura del agua. La cama era amplia pero las almohadas nos resultaron bastante incómodas al ser bastante gruesas y duras.

El hotel estaba en una zona muy ruidosa e industrial, apartada de la zona más turística de la ciudad. Esto lo mencionamos como dato para quienes no conocen Kuantan, como nos pasó a nosotros. La habitación no cuenta con insonorización y escuchas perfectamente todo lo que sucede en la calle como si tuvieras la ventana abierta. La zona es de bastante tráfico, incluso durante la noche. También se escucha bastante lo que se escucha en el pasillo. Nos resultaron muy incómodas las almohadas. La habitación se veía limpia, pero tenía algunos desperfectos por falta de mantenimiento.

Many parking spaces, easy check in, room was very nice considering it’s a budget hotel, and the staff, Asha was very helpful during my stay (AC was leaking). Lots of families were staying here too. Favorite part is they have Coway on the third floor.

The reviews about the traffic noise is true, the window can’t be closed properly and the hotel is just beside the main road. The area can also be quite dodgy at night because of the foreigners and alley girls.

Reached hotel by 9pm. Need rest after long journey but at last I couldn't sleep coz of the excessive traffic noice until 5am. This hotel is nearby the main road n even we can hear people talk from the roadside.. aiiyyoorrrrrrr... Big trouble.

Budget hotel of choice, value for money, great location in center of the town with great facilities surrounding. The hotel very clean and the staff also are very friendly and helpful. This is my 3rd times check in here. Thanks GM Hotel for the service provided. Overall satisfactory. See you again...

Nothing is good

Loud noise of trucks & bikes late into the night. Located at a dark alley and feel not safe with lots of foreign worker. Hotel staff cannot provide extra towel for 4 year old child. Room doesn't even have toilet paper. Please stay away from this hotel
