Book online through booking.com 1 room ,3 beds + view. Tapi dapat bilik without window macam dlm gua + electricity on off every 2- 5 min. Call reception informed condition bilik x seperti yg di booking. Reception reply,bilik yg ada tingkap tu kami (the V hotel) bagi kepada yg early check in🙄 Then terus ke kaunter sekali lagi which is located to next building. Tunjuk kat reception detail booking. NO APOLOGY,NO EXPLANATION & NO SMILE. Yang ada hanya muka yang mengundang penampar! Terus bagi kunci utk tukar bilik. Kenapa at first place tipu guest dengan alasan sampah? Selisih dekat area corridor pun buat muka minta penampar dia. Very bad service. (Male reception) To hotel owner/manager : tolong jangan hire reception berlagak diva. #we'll not leave this kind of review kalau staff macam tu tak wujud!

No staff to entertain. Need to check in at different building. Then, no towel open check in. Just imagine, we need to go to another building just to request for a towel because no phone in the room and even in the building. No staff at all. Then, the key door is hard to detect. We experience lamp and aircond on and off and again we need to go to another building to report it again. Very bad experience.

After my check in, the door was not proper lock, i just put a safety latch. then suddenly the maintenance staff want to come in to check and want to repair the pipe in the toilet without proper knocking the door or to ensure the customer already inside or not. But after that, the staff make apologize to us due to this issue. Hope this can be improved in the future
