Cipta Hotel Uluwatu

El hotel es genial y muy limpio. Alejado de las zonas ruidosas de fiesta. El trato del personal inmejorable. Las habitaciones muy espaciosas, con cómodas camas. Respecto al desayuno, se encuentra en la terraza superior y el chef te prepara lo que tú escoges de la carta la noche anterior. Quizá poca variedad, pero admiten pequeñas modificaciones entre las opciones que te dan. Finalmente, las piscinas están super bien y te dan toallas si las pides.

Por poner alguna pega. Alquilamos una moto pero la llave no sirve para nada ya que se arranca y se bloquea con una ruleta que hay en la propia moto. El problema es que no se puede "bloquear" la moto como tal. No obstante, en los 3 días que hemos estado no hemos tenido ningún problema y la gente respeta mucho las motos de los demás. De hecho puedes dejar el casco en la moto sin atar y nadie te lo quita. Es como una cultura de respeto mutuo, así que sin problema.

La habitación súper cómoda y bonita, la comida deliciosa y el staff súper amable. Algo que deben de tener en cuenta es que queda un poco retirado de playas, y templos, para cada playa me demoraba alrededor de 20-25 min en bike y dependiendo del trafico

The hotel does not have a good location. Right upon arrival, we noticed that the photos were not identical to what they offer during booking. The pool is dirty, neglected, and the entire property feels cheap. Breakfast is very poor—just a choice between pancakes or an English breakfast (the rest, like noodles, etc., is not appropriate breakfast for Europeans). When we asked for Nutella with the pancakes at breakfast, the chef told us it was only available for an extra charge. The kitchenette in the room was neglected, and the rooms definitely do not meet 4-star standards. The shower in the bathroom is faulty because when you take a shower, the water floods into the room. The rooms look cheap, and the reception area feels like a hostel.

There was no staff to assist with luggage, we checked in around 04:00 pm, only one girl was there on reception, no other staff in entire property. Bathroom was not good. No option of dinner, one has to book it before 02:00 pm, if dinner is required

The room was spacious.

The breakfast is served late. The toilet’s water pressure is low, you have to press the flush for a long time or many times. The pool was dirty. We couldn’t swim because they don’t clean it.

The living conditions were terrible. The property was dirty and unhygienic, the staff were unfriendly, and the entire hotel looked neglected and almost abandoned. The photos on the listing are misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the property. The conditions were so unacceptable that I had to leave, book another hotel, and pay additional expenses. This was the worst place I have ever stayed, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

BEWARE!! I check in and immediately checked back out, forfeiting 4 nights paid accomodation. This place is appalling. From the moment I checked in, something felt off. I went into my room and it smelt of strong mold. I turned back my sheets and they were dirty with fresh dirt marks and what looked like bodily fluid, not just stains. The pool was milky and had mold and algae floating on top. Not safe to swim in. Every surface in the room was dirty. They refused to give me a partial or full refund. Location is also terrible.

Пастельное белье было с пятнами и плохо заправлено, а так же на изнанку заправлена простыня. За дополнительное полотенце или утюг надо доплачивать. Сейф на замке не внушал доверия. Полотенца тоже видно старые. Советую поменять пастельное и полотенца. Номер был рядом с персоналом и было очень шумно. Изначально поселились тоже не в тот номер, там была ржавая сантехника и розетки с подставкой не работали и также гранное пастельное

I stayed for two weeks and the staff were absolutely amazing. Ensuring my room was cleaned everyday, and the front desk staff were so lovely and accommodating. The pool was divine and the room was clean and modern.

Отличный отель за свои деньги, расположен в тихом райончике, пляжи Меласти и Пандава в 10-15 минутах на байке. Рядом нет магазинов (совсем в пешей доступности), но в 10 минутах езды на байке есть хорошие маркеты с кафе Circle и Cocomart. Останавливались там на 17 дней, уборка номера каждый день, завтраки на заказ из 6 позиций: фиш энд чипс, бургер с картошкой фри, австралийский завтрак, английский завтрак, панкейки, лапша. Из напитков: кофе, чай, фрэши. Всегда подавали фрукты в нарезке: арбуз, дыню, иногда джекфрут. Персонал очень приветливый и милый, все на позитиве. Сам отель тихий (или нам так повезло)-буйных не было, в основном пары. Утром кричат петушки, будьте готовы.

Муравьи атакуют остатки еды с космической скоростью-сразу же выкидывайте остатки еды, баночки из под сока, пива и выставляйте пакет с остатками продуктов за дверь, иначе друзья-муравьи оккупируют вашу столешницу. Это не претензия к отелю, а просто предупреждение для гостей

Hmm for the beach location people that was a good spot. But travelling sometimes it was little hectic for sidewalk, jimbaran.. novi and Anna where kind, they were helpful and food was good too..

I loved the clean rooms. Very spacious. Staff are super friendly. The chef is amazing . Highly recommended had breakfast and lunch every day for 4 days

- Staff responded quickly when we requested extra toilet paper and room service. - Slippers were provided and were such good quality that we used them for the rest of our trip. - Smart TV and effective air conditioning made the stay comfortable. - Convenient location if you're planning to visit Melasti Beach or Savaya.

- Food service was very slow, with breakfast and lunch orders sometimes taking over an hour to arrive. - We needed to use taxis or a scooter to get to restaurants and massages. In hindsight, we would have booked accommodation closer to Bingin. - The pool wasn't as clean or inviting as others we experienced during our trip. - Some of the furnishings appeared lower quality than the photos suggested (flimsy bathroom mirror, sockets detaching from wall, umbrellas on rooftop broken). The safety deposit box needs securing to the property. A mirror in the bedroom would have been useful. - There was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom during the afternoons. It went away in the evening, so we didn’t raise this with the staff.

The bathroom was unsanitary. The kitchen had no gas and no cutlery and it only had a dirty old.pan. Room smelled of mould because there is a leak in the wall the separates bathroom from the room. The curtains were dirty on both sides. The premises was poorly maintained. A medicine package was left in front of the room from the time we arrived to just before We left after 1 day and it was waste of money. This was the most expensive booking and the absolute worst. I am not sure how they got their rating.

Lo mejor una perrita Cipta que correteaba por todos lados y se ganaba el corazón de todos por el lugar, los desayunos increíbles y el trato por parte del chef I Komang, de cocina. Si vuelvo a ir a Bali deseo volver a este lugar para hospedarme. Calidad -precio muy bueno. Te preguntaban para ordenar que tipo de desayuno querías y a qué hora a la mañana siguiente para organizarse y si en la habitación o en la terraza.Las recepcionistas también muy amables y serviciales, nos respondian dudas desde el WhatsApp muy rápido y recomendaron el Spa Loa que me encantó. Cama muy cómoda,aire acondicionado muy bien y necesario en Bali. Mi pareja y yo lo pasamos increíble, sitio muy tranquilo y habitación limpia. También puedes alquilar moto allí mismo. No está en el centro pero casi todo a menos de 15 minutos en moto.

La piscina necesita limpiarse más pero al tener el apartamento conectado a la habitación ducha rápida después y todo genial. Necesita ayuda el chico que hace los desayunos, es muy amable pero el sólo gestionando los desayunos a las habitaciones y la terraza arriba a veces tienes que esperar porque está el sólo. Aún así lo recomiendo. La bañera no la pudimos usar por la presión del agua era bajita y tenía alguna grieta que hacía que saliera agua por fuera.

Personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk, vrolijk en behulpzaam en spraken zeer goed Engels!

1e nacht in een standaard kamer geslapen. Douche werkte niet: kwamen een paar druppels uit. In bad staan douchen maar daar zat een scheur in van boven tot onder dus lek., Wc-bril zat los (met touwtje hing de bril aan wc-pot) en we hadden 1 kleine badhanddoek en 1 wat groter formaat. Afwas-schuursponsjecwas oud, vies en versleten. Geen keukendoek om evt. afwas af te drogen. Nacht 2 en 3 een kamer aan het zwembad. Kamer was niet goed gepoetst, de haren van de vorige gasten lagen nog in de badkamer, op het terras en rond het bed (zie foto's). Hoorde van andere gasten, dat ze bij de receptie moesten gaan vrágen om schone handdoeken en wcpapier. Het zwembad was vies, bodem vol viezigheid. Restaurant zit op het dak. 1 medewerker die alles alleen moest runnen. Super vriendelijke jongeman die z'n benen onder zijn kont uitliep en zijn uiterste best deed. Dakterras bestond uit goedkope en kwalitatief slechte camping-klapstoeltjes, slechte parasols die uit elkaar vielen als je ze opende. Tegelgedeelte was spekglad, net als bij receptie. Ontbijtkaart bestaat uit vis of hamburger met friet, Engels of Australisch ontbijt, noodles met gebakken ei of pancakes. Niet echt ontbijtwaardig. Hoorde van personeel dat de eigenaar van Chinese afkomst is, dat verklaart e.e.a. Medewerker vertelde dat eigenaar bijna "eist" dat het personeel "Mandarin" leert spreken...omdat er veel Chinezen zouden komen. In de 4 dagen dat wij er waren, niet 1 gezien. Alleen mensen uit Europa.... Foto's op website en Booking.com zijn mooier dan in werkelijkheid. In de mail die ik ontving met info over o.a. uitchecktijd, werd gevraagd een review van 10 op 10 te geven en dan kregen we 2 drankjes uit de koelkast bij de receptie....🥴. Bij vertrek hebben we de medewerkers een mooie fooi gegeven en hartelijk bedankt; aan hen lag het niet!!!

Staff are very friendly. Value for money is good. Rooms are quite large everything worked. Cleaning team comes everyday changes towels etc. It’s a good location if you’re like me and ride a scooter and like a bit of peace. It’s only 5 min ride to restaurants cafes and gyms and 5 min ride to really nice beach next to white rock beach club. Laundry lady is 50m walk she was sweet.

What an amazing place! The staff couldn’t be any more kind and helpful, I had an issue with the original hotel I was staying at before I booked here, I let the staff know I was going to arrive before the check in (2PM) and let them know I’d be happy to just sit and wait by the pool until I could go to the room, I arrived at 3 hours before check in and they had made sure my room was ready for me to go straight into without any extra charge which also meant I didn’t have to wait outside with my belongings! The pool area is lovely and so peaceful and the rooms are spacious with a fully functional kitchen, comfy beds, private balcony and large bathroom - the rooms get cleaned every day and clean towels are left too. The breakfast is amazing, I can be quite cautious of the food over here in case I get sick but the kitchen is really clean and food safe to eat - don’t worry about Bali belly! I actually ended up extending my stay because I loved it here so much❤️

The only ‘downside’ could be the location but for me it wasn’t an issue at all as it meant it was away from busy areas but still just a short 10-15minute grab bike away from the main beach clubs and a 5-10minute ride away from some really nice food spots that the staff recommended to me!

Lamentablemente nada, es un pesimo servicio y es un pesimo hotel, donde nadie te la atencion ni te atiende de buena forma, no hay nada que me haya gustado.

No se limpio la habitacion hasta por lo menos en 3 ocaciones No habia toallas en el cuerta y se solicitaron al menos por 3 ocaciones Las toallas estan en muy mal estado (viejas) No te atiende nadie en persona, mas que solo por whatsapp y son super groseros mucho ruido por la noche y no se puede descansar la piscina sucia y en mal estado

The apartment feels like you're at home with all the negative aspects of being home like loud neighbors, dirty kitchen utensils, broken shower heads, etc. You're not feeling like a customer but rather a problem-solver. Specifically: 1. We had to ask and remind the staff 3 times to bring us gas so we can cook. 2. The kitchen utensils are dirty. Coffee cups have remaining of tea and coffee that can't be washed away. Kettles are dirty. Coated pans are scratched (this one is very unhealthy so avoid using it if you can!!!). 3. We had a broken shower head and reminded the staff 2 times to fix it. Nothing happened. I believe it's still there (good luck!). 4. They forgot to clean our apartment once so I had to remind the staff to clean it 5. The bath tub and the sink in the bathroom are dirty. On top of that there's mold on the ceiling and on the light switch. 6. The most annoying part: You can hear the neighbors around you (from the top, left and right). This is because of 2 controllable issues and 1 uncontrollable issue: 1. Poor isolation and materials (construction issue; controllable), 2. Staff tolerating partying and loud customers (value issue; controllable), and 3. the lack of self-awareness from neighbors (social intelligence issue; uncontrollable). As you can see, the common thread is: Dirt, noise & reminding staff to do their work. If the manager reads this: This is NOT entirely the staff's fault it is YOUR fault. A fish rots from the head down. The hotel claims to be a 4-star hotel. We have switched from a 3-star hotel before with a much better experience. So at best, this is a 3-star hotel but charges you like a 4-star hotel. Expect to be a problem-solver. Perfect if you literally want to feel at home and fix broken stuff. Not so good if you just want to be a customer and relax. Lastly, they are overcharging for bike rentals. 150k / day for a scoopy (small bike). For this price you can get an NMAX.

Was just a little far from cafes/ restaurants but staff were very helpful in sorting a scooter for us to hire.

The hotel is very easy to find, and it is very quiet and clean.We can easily visit the surrounding attractions.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ruhig und ideal zum Entspannen, gleichzeitig aber in der Nähe der wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten von Uluwatu. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, professionell und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist ausgezeichnet. Wir würden dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und gerne wieder hier übernachten.

Abbiamo soggiornato al Hotel e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. La camera era pulita, confortevole e ben curata. L’atmosfera dell’hotel è tranquilla e rilassante. Il personale è stato sempre gentile, professionale e disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consigliamo vivamente questo hotel e torneremo volentieri.
