Property is beautiful and very well kept. The villas are so spacious and comfortable.

Can’t really fault the property. The only thing it didn’t have was a bar, although the restaurant does supply beer and wine. The roads leading to the property are really bad and a lot of that area doesn’t have footpaths so not very easy to navigate safely around the very busy road which is about a 15/20 min walk away. Lots of construction going on in the area of the property, but this did not cause any noise disturbances. There was a constant smell of burning though.

Complimenti alla gestione e a tutto lo staff! La struttura è meravigliosa: silenziosa, lussuosa e curata nei minimi dettagli. Ero un po' titubante visto il prezzo così contenuto per due ville, ma credetemi, è davvero fantastica.

Le tende dovrebbero essere più coprenti, la mattina entra troppa luce.

It was just stunning, the private pools with the ocean in view. Great breakfast options & wonderful staff. Would stay here again :)

Die Villa ist geräumig, die Anlage sehr gepflegt, der private Pool der Wahnsinn! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilft einem gerne.

Man kann die obere Etage der Villa nur durch Außentreppen erreichen, wir hätten eine direkte Verbindung zwischen den Zimmern besser gefunden. Die Villa ist schön eingerichtet, jedoch nicht besonders praktisch angelegt, es fehlt Besteck oder eine Spüle im Essbereich, Haken im Badezimmer und ein vernünftigen Schrank. Trotzdem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Très joli villas, spacieuses, personnels très à l'écoute et gentil. Nous avons eu des problèmes avec nos valises perdues à l'aéroport, l'hôtel a été aux petits soins avec nous pour nous aider à les retrouver. Encore merci!

Es war eine sehr schöne Anlage und eine geräumige drei Bedroom Villa. Der Pool war toll und wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Dir Villa hat einen tollen Blick auf Meer. Dreamlandbeach war sehr gut erreichbar!

Im Schlafzimmer im 1. OG war der Wind nachts sehr laut.

L’accueil et le service plus que parfait de toute l’équipe. Que ce sois pour une location de scooter, une journée à Ubud ou n’importe quels renseignements ils sont là.

Le seul inconvénient est la route pour accéder au logements, mais vu la croissance de Bali d’ici 3 ans le goudron sera partout

Ужасный персонал которому все равно на вас Про депозит не было никакой информации пока не приехали заселяться и когда сказали что оплата картой депозита сказали только наличными можно в итоге заселились в 18:00 из за этого а приехали в 14:00 и пришли в 10 утра выселять хотя выезд в 12:00 должен был быть

The villa was very isolated and you needed to get a car to get anywhere. They do not offer a shuttle into town

We stayed in one of the one-bedroom villas and overall had a good stay. The biggest positive is the value for money. For what we paid, it was a great deal. The villa feels spacious and has a large private pool with a nice outdoor dining area and gazebo. The grounds are well maintained and the property has a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The only things missing from the outdoor area were pool towels on arrival, comfortable cushions for the gazebo, and new mattresses for the sun loungers. We had to call reception to have the towels brought to the villa. That said, don't expect a true luxury experience. There are several small things holding the property back. The large fridge is practical but old and rusty, and while it was stocked with complimentary water, I would have expected a better minibar selection with a variety of drinks and snacks. The pool pump is surprisingly noisy and takes away from the otherwise peaceful atmosphere. The bathroom also needs some attention. The bathtub didn't look particularly inviting, and when we tried the jacuzzi function, an unpleasant sewage smell came through the water. The small 40 ml shampoo and shower gel bottles also felt a bit cheap for a hotel describing itself as luxury. Inside the villa, there are too few power outlets, no mini fridge in the bedroom area, and the TV is outdated with poor cable reception. A Smart TV would be a worthwhile upgrade. Breakfast was good, with a small buffet and a few à la carte options to choose from. Nothing exceptional, but perfectly enjoyable. One thing that stood out was the number of warning signs throughout the property. They were at the entrance, in the lobby, and inside the villa. The rules themselves are understandable, but having so many signs takes away a little from the relaxed atmosphere. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing villa to stay at, absolutely peaceful atmosphere to relax and unwind. We stayed at the Superior villa which is was lovely and spacious. The staff were so lovely and friendly always available to help, they cleaned everyday which was so nice. Was a great way to start our trip in Bali, not too far from centre easily accessible via grab. I would 100% recommend to stay at this villa if you’re visiting Uluwatu

worst property i stayed till date . useless restrictions everywhere , they take Rs.5500 as a deposit for god knows what . breakfast is just useless . they have nothing for breakfast . fine for wasting food in plate , fine for using towels other than bathing , fines everywhere . worst hotel ever visited

Das sehr schöne Zimmer mit dem privaten Pool war exklusiv.

Leider kann das Frühstück als auch das Restaurant am Abend nicht mit dem wunderbaren Zimmer mithalten. Allerdings war das Servicepersonal auch dort sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

“This was honestly one of the worst resort experiences I’ve ever had. The room was dirty, uncomfortable, and completely unacceptable for the price we paid. The bed sheets had visible yellow stains on them, which already made the room feel unhygienic the moment we arrived. The most shocking part was finding a poisonous insect on the bed. My wife and I genuinely felt unsafe and uncomfortable after seeing that. We could not relax or sleep at all because we were worried there could be more insects in the room. We didn’t even properly stay at the resort — we left on the very first night because we simply could not sleep or feel safe there. That completely ruined part of our vacation. What made the experience even worse was how the staff handled everything. At first, the hotel ignored our messages and did not answer when we urgently contacted them about the situation. Later, they apologized and promised us a refund because of how serious the issue was, but after we checked out and left the resort, they stopped following through and never refunded us as promised. For a place advertising itself as luxury, the hygiene, customer service, and professionalism were extremely disappointing. I would strongly recommend people avoid this resort and choose somewhere safer and cleaner in Bali.”

Heerlijke villa, erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel die goede tips gaven. Het ontbijt was niet heel uitgebreid maar voor mij uitgebreid genoeg, het restaurant is sowieso heerlijk om te zitten tijdens het ontbijt, met het uitzicht en het briesje.

Everything was amazing!!!

The villa exceeded our expectations and was truly exceptional. It had a modern aesthetic with a luxurious feel that made the entire stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The gardens were beautifully maintained and added to the overall atmosphere of the property. The staff were very professional, friendly, and always helpful, especially with our luggage, which made check-in and check-out very smooth. We also really appreciated the convenience of room service from their restaurant menu, which made dining in very easy. The buffet breakfast was very nice with a good variety of options. The villa also offered spa services, which was a great added bonus for relaxation. The villa itself came with a private pool, and there was also a well-sized communal pool available on the property. To top it off, the views from our villa were spectacular and really made the experience even more memorable.

Internet was not consistent, Food was not good, road leading to the villa needs to be sorted, outside deck of the villa, all the nails coming up, broken tiles in the pool step, see thru glass door for the toilet is just wrong, ac not cooling enough, room dated and need some love They missed my bike rental, though was confirmed upon arrival

Staff were lovely the villa was beautiful nice clean and private. Grounds were kept in pristine condition.

Жили неделю, было круто! Классный и отзывчивый персонал. Помогали и делали все что только мы могли попросить. Очень благодарны всем кто обслуживает эти виллы! Чисто, уютно, не шумно, хорошие матрасы.

Подушки были немного большими. И возможно пора заменить ванны, они устарели.

Die Unterkunft war etwas abgelegen vom Trubel und man hatte seine Privatsphäre außerdem sind wir auch zu später Uhrzeit angereist und das Personal hat extra auf uns gewartet :)

Man hatte im Zimmer keinen richtigen Tisch um dort etwas zu essen aber braucht man bei gutem Wetter auch nicht.
