Primirea, staff-ul, atmosfera, mancarea, curatenia exemplara (camerele / asternuturile sunt curatate /svhimbate in fiecare zi), zona spa,l distanta de maxim 10 minute pana in centrul statiunii, parcarea (contra cost), atentia la orice detaliu, inclusiv la zilele de nastere ale oaspetilor... care primesc un minitort 😀! Receptivitate la orice solicitare, energie bună și zambete peste tot! Thomas, un barman simpatic, plin de energie, personalul din recepție, din zona de restaurant, toți oameni extraordinari care fac din Kitzhof o experienta hoteliera unica! Kitzhof = Calitate la superlativ! Recomandam cu drag Kitzhof!

Reviewed Jan 6, 2026I have truly enjoyed our pre-Christmas stay at the Kitzhof, especially as we got a junior suite upgrade which was great and spacious room with a nice view. Great quality of sleep and very attentive and friendly staff from concierge to reception to bar and breakfast. The offering at breakfast was also one of the best I have seen around luxury Alpine resorts and I travel about 90+ days a Year so for me to say that means something.

Mittlerweile gibt es im Restaurant gute vegetarische Optionen, doch der Gruß aus der Küche kommt fast immer ungefragt mit Fleisch / Schinken. Da wäre es gut vorher nachzufragen, und nicht, dass ich als Gast immer wieder nachhaken und den Gruß aus der Küche zurückschicken muss.

Reviewed Oct 31, 2025Das Hotel ist super zentral und man kann ganz viel zu Fuß machen. Das Personal sehr nett Frühstück extrem reichhaltig. Mir hat einen Tee oder Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer gefehlt bei dem Preis und vor allen in dem Saunen Bereich Äpfel und Tee wie es in jedem guten Hotel zu haben ist
