The hotel has a perfect central location, and the train station is only a 6–7 minute walk away. The rooms are modern, recently renovated, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly, and everything was well organized.

The breakfast was good but could have offered a wider selection and higher-quality products. The pool water was a little too cold for our liking, and we found the mattresses quite soft, although this is, of course, a matter of personal preference.

Nach sieben Stunden Autofahrt und Außentemperaturen von 32 Grad hätte ich mich über eine Flasche Wasser gefreut. Leider war die Minibar nicht befüllt, sonst hätte ich Ich dort noch die Möglichkeit gehabt. Sollte in einem 4* Hotel möglich sein.

Gefallen hat mir, dass ein Missverständnis bei der Buchung, von den hilfsbereiten und sympathischen Mitarbeitern des Hotels, super gelöst wurde. Meinen herzlichsten Dank hierfür. Das Frühstück ist üppig und sehr umfangreich. Für jeden ist etwas dabei und wird laufend wieder aufgefüllt. Das Personal beim Frühstück ist sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und jederzeit zur Stelle. Die Lage ist perfekt, man kann nahezu alles in Kitzbühel zu Fuss erreichen und muss kein Fahrzeug oder ÖV benutzen.

Da ich schon mehrfach im Hotel gewohnt hatte und als "Wiederholungstäter" gelte, müsste ich ganz genau suchen, damit ich etwas finden könnte.

Pěkný, v centru stylový rodinný hotel . Milý personál, potěšilo nás setkání se slovenským personálem.Na pokoji byli k dispozici bio čaje,káva, mlíčko, které stále doplňovali a my ho využili,protože venku byla zima a pršelo,ale s tím se musí počítat -hory.

Snídaně přes kopírák, bez obměny,fantazie ,co se týkalo studeného a teplého rautu-zklamání,zelenina-jen minimum rajčat a okurek, toť vše. Pracovali jsme x let v gastro,tak vím co a jak a můžu hodnotit.Vzhledem k tomu, že jsme tam byli všichni nad 70+,tak na pokojích chyběla lžíce na obuv.

Ich war schon sehr oft Gast im Hotel Tiefenbrunner und kann dieses Hotel sehr gerne weiterempfehlen. Die Küche ist sehr gut, sehr nettes Personal. Das Hotel hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage in der Fußgängerzone.

Sehr aufmerksames Personal an Reception und Restaurant, gut ausgebildet und mit Freude an der Arbeit. Daher auch kompetent!

Frühstück war sehr gut. Lage sehr günstig. Guter Zugang zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr.

The location of the hotel is excellent, and the rooms are generous and well appointed. The spa area is also good and the breakfast was good.

What did concern us was that there was building going on opposite the hotel. While this did not disturb us too much - he was not as pleasant to sit on the outside as it could have been.

Staff was incredibly professional and helpful. Maybe the BEST breakfast set up I've ever had at a hotel. Spa and pool area was nice after a day of skiing.

Church Bells every morning at 7am... My room was very close so I got to hear all 150 rings (I counted)

What an amazing hotel. Great location, fabulous huge room with amazing mountain views. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient. We ate twice in the restaurant which served really nice food and again the staff were wonderful. Breakfast was plentiful with great choice. The pool and spa were spotless clean. It was a short walk to the gondola station and the skiing was superb.

The central location in kitzbuehel is fabulous. Plenty of free car-parking space. Nice pool.

Very unco-operative and unsatisfactory reception. A disappointing stay. I booked Tue-Thur & requested a change to Wed-Fri...change accepted. I queried the extra charge equal to one-night's stay and was informed it's due to the new dates costing more. I paid it but after found that info was just not true, as the exact same room catagory for Wed-Fri was offered at what I had paid for Tue-Thur. It turned out that I was charged a cancellation fee of the 1st night's stay on the original booking. At the hotel, they blamed it on Booking.com which is also not true. So I paid 700 € for 2 nights in March in a room which stank on arrival of ammonia in an effort to disguise smells entering from other bathrooms, something that I now read others have experienced and definitely needs to be put right.

We were on a skiing holiday and my skis were stolen on first day. I reported to police and went to get replacements on ski insurance from hire shop, and those skis got stolen on second day. There were no lockers in ski room so a 'free for all'

Incredible location! Absolutely gorgeous pool and wellness center. Very polite and professional staff. Beautiful building comfy rooms. Even the single room was very comfortable.

I wish they had a more complete fitness center with machines and weights. Some cooked to order items at breakfast would be really nice.

Lovely hotel, great staff, excellent food, and brilliant location too. The spa is a great addition, although being super hot is not to my taste, but my fellow travellers loved it!

There was some noise through the walls from bedrooms either side of mine, but it was fine for a short stay.

Zuerst wurde uns ein renoviertes Dachzimmer ohne Fenster, nur mit einem Oberlicht und Zugang über eine Treppe, weil der Aufzug nicht bis nach ganz oben fuhr, angeboten. Auf Grund unserer Reklamation hat man, nicht besonders freundlich, uns ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis passt überhaupt nicht.

Location of the hotel was great and the breakfast was very good. Sauna was nice after skiing. Also, the ski room was very nice to allow the skis to dry after a day on the slopes.

Otel gayet güzel, kasabanın en hareketli noktasında diyebilirim. Odalar ferah büyük ve temizdi. Kahvaltı son derece zengindi.

Odalar soğuk ve merkezi sistem olduğu için istediğiniz an odayı ısıtamıyorsunuz. Nerdeyse 40m2lik odada sadece bir tane petek vardı. Rezervasyon yaparken çocuklar ve kendimiz için iki ayrı oda ayırttık ama otele gittiğimizde odaların bir tanesi -1 katta bir diğeri ise 3.katta verildi. İki odabarası daha uzak olamazdın:) düzeltmelerini rica ettik ama ilave para istediler.

no actual bar /lounge so lacked atmosphere and was very cold in the seating used as a bar and reception - very disappointing but staff were lovely would have preferred one of the refurbished rooms but as we book very last minute got the older rooms not as nice but still clean and Hotel is in a fabulous location

Ein top Hotel, mitten im Zentrum von Kitzbühel, Einkaufsstraße direkt vor der Haustür. sehr gepflegte Zimmer mit einem traditionellen Charme. Betten sind sehr bequem Frühstück ist auch ausgezeichnet und hat sehr viel Auswahl, angefangen bei unzähligen Wurst-/Schinken-/Käsesorten über Räucherlachs, Müslivariationen, Tee, Kaffee usw. zuletzt bleibt noch zu erwähnen, dass das Hotelpersonal äußerst freundlich ist!

Die Lage ist sehr gut.Der Parkplatz ist im Preis dabei.

Das Zimmer war gross und hatte eine separate Couch mit Tisch, auf der man angenehm sitzen und lesen konnte. Das kleine hauseigene Hallenbad war sehr nett und wenig besucht. Am Morgen gab es ein tolles Frühstück. Aus dem Hotel kommt man direkt in die Altstadt. Auch die Seilbahn zum Hahnenkamm ist nicht weit.

Das Zimmerfenster war leider relativ hoch oben. Ich konnte hinausschauen, meine Frau hingegen ist nicht gross genug.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war leider nicht um Freundlichkeit bemüht. Leider sehr gleichgültig und desinteressiert wirkend. Keine freundliche Begrüßung, wie ich es sonst von Hotels dieser Art gewohnt bin. Keine Frage wie z.B. "Wie war ihre Anreise", oder Ähnliches. Keinerlei Lächeln. Leider Nichts dergleichen. Dies setze sich im Laufe meines Aufenthaltes so fort. Der Nachtportier brachte es nicht einmal fertig ein "Guten Morgen" zu äußern. Ein an der Rezeption angeforderter Matrazentopper wurde von mir über ein Zimmerdame letztendlich selbst nachgeordert. Zu erwähnen bleibt der Lichtblick des Hotels, Laurenz, war meine ich sein Name , ein gebürtiger Franzose, der Leiter des Restaurantsbereichs. Ein Mitarbeiter, von dem gleich das Gefühl hatte, dass er seine Arbeit gerne macht.

The room was dark and very warm. Lighting was not good. The mirror in the bedroom was of brown glass, couldn't see a thing! Need a long mirror . Otherwise the room was lovely and big, and the bed very comfortable 😌

The breakfast was alright and also the location in the middle of the city is not bad for starting tours, visit the area, etc.

The rooms are quite old-school and even after we upgraded our room I felt like staying in an outdated hotel. The room had a window directly to the Main Street of Kitzbühel. It was so loud every night and as the room did not had a real AC or anything, we had to sleep with the window open and hear people scream and scour during the nights. Was not very relaxing.
