Byliśmy tylko na jedną noc ale jestem zadowolony z noclegu. Jasne instrukcje i elastyczne zameldowanie.

Jedyny minus to płatny parking co nie było wyraźnie napisane a poza tym wszystko zgodne z opisem. Ogólnie jestem zadowolony i mogę polecić to miejsce.

It was centrally located and the bathrooms were clean.

I tried to call for help about the entrance password, but there was only an AI phone assistance. It would be helpful and safer , if there was an actual emergency hotline

Preis-/Leistung ist sehr gut. Wenn man kurzfristig eine schlichte Übernachtungsmöglichkeit benötigt, ist es absolut ausreichend.

Die Zimmer sind super ausgestattet (sogar mit Monitor und Schreibtisch). Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ebenfalls top und super vom Bahnhof zu erreichen.

Everything was easy and comfortable about the property. The check in was easy and the location was walkable. Everything was very clean. For the price it was superb. I appreciate the personal touches and it was easy to communicate with the host. I used my own mobile networks so I cannot speak towards the wifi.

The only thing for me was the location, as I had a conference at EMPA (swiss materials science and research institute) on the other side of town, but it was a nice walk back through town to get there, and the buses are nice, so not really a problem.

Location was perfect with a beautiful uphill walk to HSG, rooms and toilets were clean, mini fridge was appreciated. I was particularly happy I had 4 pillows of which 2 were down filled. There was an extra blanket in the room if needed.

My only suggestion would be to install a bit more light at the key boxes and an automatic light in the stairwell for guests arriving at night.

The property was always clean and it never felt like I was sharing facilities with other people. The host was lovely and wanted to make sure my stay was enjoyable. Very large rooms and a comfortable bed. The location was good only a 25mins walk to the train station.

To be honest , the rooms look like and feel like you are in a hospital … be careful ! He have a big dog and always wanted to bite , I open the door for asking where I check in and if he would not be in the moment there the dog wanted to jump on me and bite me, he had drool on his mouth, I think he's rabid.

Ich wurde von 2 DrogenAlkohol Junkies belästigt. Nie wieder gehe ich dort hin.Und das CHECKINN ohne Personal funktioniert auch nur mit ganz viel Aufwand. Insgesamt zum kotzen hier.

Great value, the owner is a lovely guy from our interactions over chat, and the accomodation is no frills but exactly what you’d expect for the price in Switzerland. It was kept nice and clean during my stay and was quiet being shoulder season. Met some lovely people as well! The washing machines and dryers being free of charge was also amazing! If you’re exploring St. Gallen on a tight budget and just need a comfy place to sleep, this is a great option.

Unfortunately due to another guest misusing the microwave, it was broken during my stay, but has now been replaced. I unfortunately could not get the automatic coffee machine to work, and the non-stick pans had seen better days, but these were only minor points.

Tolle, saubere Apartments. Die Zimmer waren mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, und die Kaffeemarken waren ein nettes Extra. Auch der Ausblick aus den Fenstern war sehr schön. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind ebenfalls sehr praktische Extras. Das Personal ist sehr nett, die Anweisungen und Empfehlungen waren sehr klar und haben uns sehr geholfen.

Wir fanden keine Mikrowelle vor, wie versprochen (aber der vorhandene Herd kompensierte dies), und die Kaffeemaschine war zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts leider defekt.

Die etwas spartanische (simple room) Ausstattung ist ja angegeben. Parken am Haus ist günstig. Der Gastgeber regelt alles von fern, aber das System funktioniert gut. Er ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles war neuwertig und sauber. Die Unterkunft hat seiner Bezeichnung (simple rooms and easy parking) alle Ehre gemacht.

Nicht gefallen muß nicht unbedingt am Vermieter liegen. Wir mögen nicht so self-checkin und haben lieber die Dusche im eigenen Zimmer. Das soll aber nicht die Unterkunft abwerten.

Simple and cheap for St Gallen. Rooms are spacious with a desk, open rack to hang clothes, a fridge, and the location is good.

We booked while on the road on the day of arrival (and use of mobile data in Switzerland is really expensive for most Europeans), so it was quite tricky to get access to the property and book parking - you need to do online check-in with scanning of passports or id cards for all guests. It was dark when we arrived, and the open wifi outside the property was fickle. I was also not very keen on the communal bathrooms with rugs that got soaked after showering. Although the property mostly was clean, there was half-eaten takeaway food in a container in our fridge in our room, that had not been removed before unplugging the fridge.

Super organizacja i kontakt z właścicielem, który jest bardzo pomocny.

Great room, clean bathrooms and common areas. Included bottled sparkling water and 2 coins for the coffee machine. Hair dryer was the best I used in all Switzerland stays! Quiet area, even with our windows open, because it was very hot during our trip. Extremely thorough property manager with all info you could need! Super nice man!

There was a small stain on the duvet cover but it was very small so not a big deal to us!

Wir brauchten kurzfristig für eine Nacht eine Unterkunft für drei Personen. Die Buchung war unkompliziert und schnell. Alles war sehr sauber, hell und freundlich, die Zimmer frisch renoviert und die Matratzen bequem. Unser Zimmer hatte kein eigenes Bad, aber das Gemeinschaftsbad war sauber und völlig in Ordnung. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt absolut empfehlenswert!

Hätten gerne einen Parkplatz gebucht, das haben wir aber leider nicht hinbekommen. Vielleicht kann man das auf der Plattform einfacher Gestalten

A little way our of the the town centre, but still walkable to the station. The room was basic but comfortable, and the communal areas were clean.

Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und pflegt eine herzliche Willkommenskultur.

Poprvé jsem spal v zařízení se společným wc a sprchami. Měl jsem trochu obavy, ale byly zbytečné. Vše bylo dokonale čisté a Markus je perfektní hostitel. Je to klíčový faktor, který dělá z budovy útulný domov.

Tout en allemand au Check in pas évident pour quelqu’un qui ne parle pas allemand. Easy parking …en fait vous devez payer 15€ en plus. Pourquoi ne pas l’indiquer tout simplement dans l’annonce … De plus le site internet marche mal, page de confirmation blanche…vous n’avez pas le code. Heureusement Marcus me l’a envoyé par Whatsapp. J’ai beaucoup voyagé mais en clair quand vous arrivez ici fatigué l’arrivée autonome n’est pas évidente.

Geräumiges, einfaches, aber sehr sauberes Zimmer. Ohne Kontakt zum Vermieter, aber das hat mich nicht gestört. Ein- und Ausschecken ist perfekt organisiert.

- Das Zimmer war gross und sauber. - Das Hotel ist von der Autobahn aus gut zu erreichen - Man kann zu Fuss ins Stadtzentrum gehen, aber es gibt auch eine Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe - Sehr fairer Preis für Schweizer Verhältnisse - Kühlschrank im Zimmer und viele Steckdosen vorhanden - Entspanntes Check-out um 11 Uhr

Es war sehr schön komme gerne wieder einmal wenn ich früh in St.Gallen sein muss :) auch der brief vom Chef war cool und die erklärungen auf youtube

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers. Die Gemeinschaftsduschen und Toiletten. Sehr unhygienisch. Der Ausblick vom Zimmer. Teilweise kaltes Wasser beim Duschen. Heizkörper im Zimmer war nicht aktivierbar. War deshalb sehr kalt im Zimmer. Außentemperatur auch nur bei Aufenthalt von 10 Grad. Die Fotos im Internet sehen besser aus, als in Echt.

Der Eigentümer war sehr Aufmerksam und Hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer und die WC / Dusch-Anlage war sehr sauber. Ich konnte mich entspannen und habe gut geschlafen.

I liked that the location is not too far from the train station and the old town.. Conveniently located on a bus route to the train station. Quiet neighborhood with some restaurants and stores within walking distance. Very clean common areas and room ..

As a “old school “ guy the mobile app etc. to get ur key can be a bit confusing when ur not familiar with that type of check in . Make sure u have a charged battery to be able to check in..

Der erste Eindruck war zwar "recht sauber". Dann jedoch just darauf ekelerregend grossen, geschnittenen Zehennagel auf Zimmerboden vorgefunden. Bett zu schmal für zwei Personen und auch noch unbequem. Dass es nur Gemeinschaftsduschen hat, dies hatte ich beim Buchen übersehen (in der Schweiz ist dies eher nicht Usus). Da wir nicht schlafen konnten, sind wir bereits um 04.30 Uhr aufgestanden und abgereist.
