Reviewed Jun 26, 2026Très bien situé, à proximité immédiate d’Olma Messen. L’établissement est très propre et le check-in est simple et rapide. Les transports publics se trouvent juste devant, ce qui est particulièrement pratique pour se déplacer.
Literie beaucoup trop molle et inconfortable. Impossible de dormir : beaucoup trop de bruit. J’ai été réveillée à 2h00, puis à 4h30 et enfin à 6h00 du matin par les voisins de palier. Les toilettes communes, situées juste à côté de la chambre, apportent également leur lot d’odeurs, de lumière et de nuisances sonores. Ajoutez à cela la canicule sous les toits… je vous laisse imaginer. Heureusement, je n’y suis restée qu’une seule nuit.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026Podczas elektronicznej rejestracji wystąpił problem z przekazaniem informacji z kodem do skrytki z kluczem oraz z nr pokoju. Po napisaniu informacji do personelu obiektu, od razu odezwał się Marcus i sprawnie uzupełnił brakujące informacje.
Parking znajdujący się na terenie obiektu 100 CHF za dobe. W pobliżu znajdują się parkingi miejskie 25 CHF za dobe.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Super Lage, direkt neben der OLMA Messe. Einfache, aber saubere Zimmer, alles was es braucht um zu schlafen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.
Etwas ringhörig, so dass es auch im Zimmer laut werden kann, wenn andere Leute vom Ausgang zurück kommen.

Reviewed May 26, 2026The hotel was just a 20 ish minute walk from St Gallen main station and just about 13 mins from the St Fidens, so it was a good location and walkable to where we needed. The room was spacious and handy there’s a fridge in there too as we used it but also a clean communal kitchen downstairs. Markus is a great host and really cares about everyone and their stay there, he was helpful and made sure our stay was comfortable .
Nothing really. Room did get a little warm but there was a heatwave

Wir konnten ohne Probleme die Gespräche vom Nachbarszimmer klar mithören, also kaum Schallschutz und im Gang hört man jeden Schritt. Die Matratze war sehr durchgelegen und Bett hat bei jeder Bewegung gequitscht.

Reviewed Jan 8, 2026The worst experience ever. When we arrived there appeared problems with check in as the system didn't work properly. There was nobody available to solve the issue and we were left outside late in the evening in the freezing weather. All our attempts to get in touch with the administration of the hotel were in vain , they didn't answer any call ( we tried all the given phone numbers even from local telephone numbers ) or e-mails. The only person inside the building was the maid cleaning the rooms . After a long dispute she finally agreed to call someone, supposedly the manager who again didn't give any solution. I want to mentopn the fact that we have already paid for the room and actually they were and are responsible for our stay. It is winter and the administration didn't care that we could stay outside for the whole night. If not for the helpful guests of the hotel who made the check in from their devices our case would remain unsolved. What concerns Booking being the holder of Genius level 3 I wonder why noone had answered our message. I assume that i should have a priority in customer service for the matters of this kind. Never had I encountered such a disrespectful attitude from any hotel in any country. If there is a technical problem there MUST be someone responsible for its solution. This hotel management ruined our holidays, made us stressed for hours and we got ill because of catching cold. I cannot imagine what can compensate this.

Reviewed Jan 5, 2026Die Unterkunft war in Ordnung, vor allem die Nähe zur Olma halle war optimal für das Konzert am Samstag Abend. Die Innenstadt war in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, auch das war ein großer Vorteil.
Die Unterkunft war ohne Essen, leider hat die Kaffeemaschine im ersaten Stock nicht funktioniert. Als NichtMilchtrinker haben mir die Münzen nichts genutzt. Pulverkaffee war zwar vorhanden, doch das ist nicht das Wahre. Ich hatte Kaffee und Filtertüten mitgenommen, eine einfache Filterkaffee- Machine würde ihr Angbot optimieren.

L'unica cosa da segnalare è l'assenza dell'ascensore, per noi non è stato un problema ma qualcuno potrebbe avere difficoltà a raggiungere l'ultimo piano.

It is located just next to the fair which is 30mn walking distance from the train station. However there are many busses in the area.

Reviewed Oct 17, 2025Kitchen, bathroom and washing machine were all convenient and clean. Markus was a star performer as owner, always available and willing to make your stay comfortable. Pre-booked parking was very useful.
Bed was rather uncomfortable and extremely noisy every time you moved. A kettle in the kitchen would be helpful. Some hanging facilities in the room would also be appreciated. Booking a Rustica room on the top floor was an effort with cases, but Markus would have helped if needed.

Large and comfortable room. Bathroom was always clean and ready, I have never had to wait for it to be empty. Shared kitchen with all the supplies. I would love to stay here again.
