Väldig fint hotel. Ligger bra och fina rum. Badrummet lite små och glasvæg mellem badrum och sovrum, så rummet ljuste upp om man skulle på toaletten på natten. Inte alla kunde engelska, så lite svår att kommunicere. Imponerande kontinental frukost, vill faktisk kalla den en buffet.

Bra hotell mycket fin frukost. Allt var bra.

It was advertised that there would be an outdoor pool, there was but the problem was that there was no water in it. It was advertised that there would be a 360 rooftop bar/restaurant. It was a construction site. Unfortunately, I booked this stay just for these two factors and got none of it.

At arrival with 4 people we have been told that the hotel is booked out despite of a fix reservation. At the end we had to find another hotel late in the night and we have got the feeling that the staff also was not really trying to find a solution or to assume responsibility. We just have been told to get in contact with hotels.com. So, I can't recommend this hotel and will not book there anymore.

We stayed at the Noax Hotel for four nights. The hotel is located a little too far from the centre of town. The hotel is just a shimmer of its former days, and it is starting to look like the money has run out and is beginning to fall into disrepair. The room got very warm from the afternoon sun. The staff are friendly. However, English is not their first language, which was a big struggle for the hotel. We used Google's translator app and were able to get by. On checkout, the staff tried to get me to pay again for a prepaid hotel booking. When I showed them the receipts, they did not believe me. The employee insisted I only paid for one day and showed me on the hotels.com system. When I checked the system with the employee, the employee had selected the wrong guest.

Personel secimindeki hassasiyetlerinden dolayi kuruma ayrica tesekkur ederiz. Ortadogulu arap musteri sayisi cok lakin sehir genelinde bu durum soz konusu

İş için bir günlük konaklama yaptım süit odada kaldım gayet temiz kullanışlı en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüş zevkle döşenmiş yepyeni bir oda ve temizlik süper otel içi giriş lobby biraz küçük olabilir ama gayet temiz düzenli bir otel ilk defa kaldım ve çok memnun kaldım

Otel her şeyiyle çok güzeldi, çok memnun kaldık. Özellikle odaların ve otelin genel temizliği çok iyiydi. Kahvaltıda çok sayıda çeşit vardı ve her şey çok lezzetliydi. Bir daha mersine gelecek olsam kesinlikle kalmak isteyeceğim bir yer olur.

Otel temiz, çalışan arkadaşlar güleryüzlü ve yardımcıydı. Kahvaltı dan da çok memnun kaldık. Tek ufak sıkıntımız açılan pencere olmaması ve buzdolabının düzgün bir şekilde çalışmamasıydı.

Wir scheinen für das Personal schwierige Gäste zu sein. Wir für uns dachten das beste Haus zu haben. Unsere Ankunft war nachts um 1 Uhr. Wir konnten nicht Schlafen, da wir ein permanentes Geräusch vernahmen dass einen Pegel von 60 Dezibel hatte. Klimaanlage hatten wir abgestellt. Am anderen Morgen beschwerten wir uns und bezogen ein anderes Zimmer. Leider stank es penetrant nach Kloake, sodass wir es erneut beanstandeten. Wir durften Abends, nach Rückkehr, erneut ein anderes Zimmer beziehen. Zimmer okay, Geruch okay. Lauter Fahrzeuglärm von der Strasse. Ursache gefunden. Die äussere Fensterscheibe (Doppelverglasungs) war gebrochen und dass Glas wurde entfernt. Unser WiFi zugang war gelöscht und die Zimmerkarte funktionierte nicht mehr. Haben 2 Nächte ausgehalten. Danke für nichts.

The wifi barely worked.

Hotel is new with nice rooms however our check in experience was very bad. One of the ladies at the reception was very rude and impolite. She used to reply to us in a rude and unacceptable way even for basic questions like when we asked for an English copy of the check in papers (which turned to be not available in this 5 stars hotel so we had to translate everything using our mobiles before we sign) When we asked for the manager to complain about her behavior, she called somebody and from they way he was dressed, he didn't look like a manager. When we asked her to confirm that this is the manager the lady sarcastically replied to us confirming that this is the one. Next day it turned out that manager is someone else who was very supportive and polite!! When we then entered our room, it was extremely hot! We spent 1 hour inside but the AC didn't help so we were shifted to another room. It turned out that room was not prepared for our check in and they didn't switch On AC before our arrival. Wifi was not working at all for any of the users but after a long argument with the staff, I was provided with staff credentials which worked fine. Next day we complained to the reception manager and he was very polite and understanding. Without this person our whole experience would have been much worse. Though our check in experience was very bad, reception manager was the one who absorbed our anger and understood our complains. Thanks to him for all what he did.
