The Menord Hotel

Good parking. Elevator. Kitchen.

Staff

Staff was very helpful, nice and informative. Great Cleaning Service. Comfortable Rooms with good air conditioning. A very good stay for people who like staying at somewhere simple and comfortable.

Breakfast could have a little more variety.

Breakfast was good, 10-15 minutes walk to the markets Areas 5 minutes drive to Marina food halls and shopping

All was good

Room is nice, comfortable and clean. Breakfaat is reach and varied. The staff is very friendly. Private parking is available. The hotel has a good position, we visited all the sights on foot.

The bathroom is clean but old and needs to be renovated. There is a table in the room but no chairs.

Genel olarak güzeldi tek beğenmediğimiz nokta terlikler

Wir waren auf der Durchreise. Perfekt, mitten in der Stadt. Zimmer super und Personal sehr freundlich

Breakfast is perfect also

The staff were great and very welcoming. The breakfast was very delicious and had a lot of varieties. The location is in a very vivid area close to everything and all of the shops

The bathroom needed some more cleaning and care

The breakfast

Staff services

Location and staff

Very dirty room and bathroom

Nichts empfehlenswert

Some of staff was very helpful and friendly. The nice and comfortable room. Breakfast is quite good.

The female staff at the reception were not friendly and hospitable at all. Definitely didn’t like the sauna, hammam and spa in general.

exceptionally clean

room is a bit small

We need hotel what's app number so that we will book from India

The Breakfast

Bad Internet Connection

this hotel is close to the marina, has a parking, and the people are very friendly.

it was very dusty, very old room. but when we asked to clean, somebody came and clean it . that was good.

Be aware of this hotel they are a fraud, i booked through booking.com and paid 130 eur for two superior rooms, at checkout they didnt let us checkout without paying for the other room, and of course because they dont speak english booking werent able to speak with them and explain that they have the funds in their virtual credit card, bottom line they are so stupid and shouldnt be listed by booking.com as they cant understand how to do business

Private parking, normal wifi. Good receptionists and staff.

Bathroom wasn’t clean, it had the smell of dampness. Air conditioner was turning off automatically at night, so at the morning it was too hot there!

Professional services

You can't get more than one card for the room As example if I want to check on my children's room at night I have to wake them up.😐

Bra

Kahvaltıyı zayıf buldum

the hotel wanted to reclaim the room rate

Not very close to beach but comfy and clean. Service is good, breakfast is avarage. Nice rooms. I recommended.

Regular as you know it is covid 19 time. i do not have problem to stay again in this hotel

Revisited the hotel after a year as I was quite satisfied during my previous trip. There was a mess up with my reservation so I had to wait for a while until they solved the issue. Breakfast is above average. It is a good option if you need to travel in the centre. Murat YILDIZ

The safe wasn't easy to handle. Breakfast was good.

AMAZING!!! One of the best hotels I have stayed in. The customer service was excellent, the rooms were very clean and the breakfast was very nice. The hotel was very safe and had a friendly atmosphere which was very welcoming. Will be staying here again if I visit Mersin.

Çok güzel

Very clean hotel with new and modern rooms. Amazing facility and helpful staff.

I not recommend this hotel, the blade was used and dirty.breakfast, always the same as every day,

The stay was mostly pleasant. Although staff are very polite and helpful, I only found 1 person that spoke English. Although this is okay, the description for the hotel says they do speak english, so this was a big surprise to me. Other than that, the hotel was excellent.

Fint hotell, med grei beligenhet. Her får du virkelig mye for pengene.

Clean, modern hotel. They speak some english. No AC in the hallways.

Mükemmel konum,güleryüzlü hizmet,temiz oda,hızlı WiFi

Mycket prisvärt, trevliga personal och bra utrustningar. We have been given a room för rökare vilket vi tvärtom önskat. Mycket bra betyg annars.

Temiz otel

It is an amazing hotel. Very clean and very comfortable. Amazing breakfast. Everything about it was very nice. At breakfast I observed a GM or some manager who was very concerned about cleanliness. I think credit goes to him and the owner. But night staff was not very comforting. Moreover, the rooms are a bit small but very tastefully decorated. I will recommend everyone to go there. It is also good for money. Thumbs up to the owner and team

I had a pleasant stay and would come back again. Great value for the price.
