Excellent location with a perfect pool and probate beach. Food for breakfast was more than fine. Really relaxing.

The bathroom needs updating and there seems to be some damp. Also I was woken up by the guests next door smoking on their balcony area.

Everything almost. The beach view, the pool and the breakfast was good. They were able to accommodate the request for ground floor rooms which was amazing because one of our party had mobility issues.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic stay at Vida Loca Sunset Beach Resort. The beachfront location was beautiful, with stunning sunsets and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to help. It was the perfect place to relax while still being close to restaurants and attractions. Great value for money, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

La vue de la piscine est sublime

Ce n’est pas très propre. Le petit dej est de très mauvaise qualité et le personnel est d’une humeur exécrable. Pour exemple j’ai demandé du lait chaud, on m’a dit il y a du froid. J’ai insisté mais fallait voir la tête de la serveuse. Une impression de les faire chier. Les évacuations vont directement dans la mer. Les évacuations des toilettes sont reliés entre étage. J’étais au premier je me suis levée avec la merde du voisin du 2ème dans les toilettes et avec l’odeur. Le personnel m’a dit « ah ok » quand j’ai fais part de cette info. Cher pour ce que c’est. Je recommande seulement la piscine. 4km du centre. Peut être penser à laver les matelas des transats ???????

Die Anlage ist zwar schon etwas älter, überzeugt aber mit sehr bequemen Betten und einer einmaligen Lage direkt am Strand. Insgesamt hat sie uns sehr gut gefallen. Besonders der Pool mit Meerblick war ein Highlight, und auch das Frühstück war lecker. Da wir Vegetarier sind, sind wir einmal zur Hauptstraße hinaufgelaufen, konnten dort jedoch kein passendes Angebot finden. Deshalb haben wir abends immer im Hotel gegessen. Die Pizza (ca. 6 Euro) war ausgezeichnet, während der gebratene Reis eher durchschnittlich war. Die Getränke an der Bar sind preiswert (1 Bier und 1 Tonic Water haben zusammen 2,50 Euro gekostet).

Das Hotel liegt direkt an einem sehr schönen Strandabschnitt, der sehr gut zum Schwimmen geeignet ist. Strand und Wasser waren sauber. Ruhige Gegend, kein Autolärm hörbar. Das zugehörige Restaurant ist ausgezeichnet. Auch das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und hochwertig. Super schöne Aussicht direkt vom Restaurant auf den Strand und das Meer. Die Zimmer waren klein aber funktional. Gute Klimaanlage. Sehr empfehlenswert!

We really had a good time at Vida Loca. Amazing beach, enough sunbeds and a good breakfast.

Rooms with 2 single beds feel small and a bit dark, but it was clean and you only sleep there.

Zdecydowanie położenie, na samej plaży. Dobre śniadanie, bardzo pomocna obsługa recepcji. Mieszkaliśmy w bungalowie i dwie noce w budynku głównym… te pokoje w budynku głównym są chyba nawet fajniejsze niż te domki( które są trochę klaustrofobiczne 🙃) ..ale to już co kto woli. Czysta plaża, codzienne sprzątana przez obsługę . Świetny basen. Codziennie sprzątane pokoje i domki.

Najsłabszy punkt to chyba kolacja serwowana na plaży a la carte. Niestety jest duży problem z komunikacją z obsługą w języku angielskim na poziomie podstawowym. Owszem fajnie wyglądają ryby i owoce morza wystawione na plaży, ale kompletnie nie potrafią ich przygotowywać ( zresztą nie tylko w tym miejscu na mieście było to samo ). Bardzo długi czas oczekiwania, wszystko podane na odwrót, finalnie z części zamówienia zrezygnowaliśmy. To najsłabszy punkt tego miejsca.

Vétusté des Bungalow, sombre lorsqu'il n'y a pas d'éclairage sinon éclairage trop puissant/fort.

la piscine et les transats sur la plage, les cocotiers et le coucher de soleil; Très bon petit déj varié et complet. La chambre familiale est spacieuse, mini bar tv... l' accès se fait par une petite route qui rejoint la route principale ou se trouve toute l'animation, donc proche des bars restaurants et super marché tout en étant en retrait au calme. Par la plage on peut aussi avoir accès à l'animation des autres hôtels

l'eau de mer sur long beach est trouble, on ne s'y baigne pas volontiers, les belles plages de sables blancs sont du côté de Kem Beach

Jeg kunne lide at vi boede direkte på stranden. Der var roligt, men samtidig kunne vi nemt og hurtigt gå til byen, hvor der lå mange spisesteder. Personalet var venlige og imødekommende, og hjalp med det vi havde brug for. Hvis vi vender tilbage engang, vil vi klart vælge Vida Loca igen 😊

Location was right at the beach and the pool was great (although not huge). Breakfast was good and there were good variety of different foods. Room had pretty good noise insulation (or the neighbors weren't noisy) and AC worked well.

There were minor problems with the shower (hot water took some time and there were smell of sewer in the bathroom which was "fixed" by humidifier/diffuser). The bar is bit pricey although drinks were good. Got multiple contacts through WhatsApp regarding the reservation trying to scam me.

Das ist vermutlich jammern auf hohen Niveau aber wir haben ein Dreier Zimmer gebucht und haben nur 2 Decken bekommen (eine kleine fürs Einzelbett und eine große fürs Doppelbett). Da wir aber als Freunde verreist sind, wollten wir jeder unsere eigene Decke. Das Hotel hat dafür 100.000 dong verlangt, was ich nicht so toll fand. Außerdem sind die Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was uns aber nicht gestört hat.

L emplacement est top, à proximité de des commerces et restaurants, la plage est très agréable. Magnifique piscine. Le personnel est très agréable. Petit déjeuner très bon, varié et copieux. Le restaurant de l hôtel est très bon.

C’est un hôtel pour les familles mais pas conseillé aux voyageurs seuls ni pour les retraités. Cet hôtel est très bien situé car il est à quelques pas de nombreux bars et restaurants et il y a même le plus grand supermarché de Phu Quoc. Le jeune homme qui est à la réception est très serviable et il fait tout pour satisfaire vos demandes. L’ensemble du personnel est aimable.

Le gros problème de cet hôtel c’est la piscine dont les horaires commencent tôt le matin et ferme jusqu’à 22 heures et passer des vacances dans les cris et les hurlements des enfants qui sont toute la journée à la piscine cela n’est pas reposant. Les portes des chambres laissent entendre les cris des enfants dans la chambre toute la journée ! L’hôtel commence à vieillir, j’ai même trouvé le carrelage de ma terrasse cassé. Il y a des traces de moisissures dans la douche et la climatisation est insuffisante. Le ventilateur de la chambre n’a plus de pales. C’est un hôtel pour les familles mais vivement déconseillé à ceux qui veulent passer des vacances reposantes !

Hotel idealny, piękna prywatna plaża, klimat wietnamskiego małego hoteliku do tego cena... perfekcyjny pobyt. śniadania - dla każdego - od wietnamskich zup czy smażonego ryżu, po pyszne dumplingsy i śniadania kontynentalne. Sekcja live cooking robiła robote!

Great location, right on the beach away from noise of main strip, but only a short walk to strip. Facilities good and staff really friendly.

For the price it was a great stay. If anything, we were on top floor of hotel no lift and our balcony was shared did not realise this from the pictures so couldn't really keep the patio doors open, which was a shame.

From the minute we checked in the staff were friendly and helpful the bar/restaurant staff were great and always went out there way to be kind. We.had.2 rooms our daughters room was on 1st floor and slightly bigger as they had twin bedroom, ours was garden view which was lovely but the room itself was a tad small and the bed wasn't the most comfortable but for the price it was adequate. We had 16 nights after about a week we were getting less towels and ended up with beach towels rather than bath towels we didn't complain as long as they were clean we were happy, this is a minor problem but upon check out we were accused of taking random towels and told we had to pay a hefty fine this did leave a sour taste we had to discuss the issue with the manager who in the end believed we hadn't taken the towels other than this small issue we had a fantastic time and the beach area and sunsets were just perfect

The restaurant's menu has gotten worse. It tasted better a year ago and two years ago. Favorite dishes that are still on the menu. Cooking became tasteless. The serving and taste qualities have changed. We stopped dining at the restaurant. It seemed that different chefs cooked in their own way. Sale of deck chairs at a low price for everyone. Why the boss? I can pay for 4 deck chairs again. Come and I'll give you the money. Money is not a problem. You can't make all the money in the world. There are few deck chairs. You've raised room prices. You sell deck chairs at a low price. Where is the logic?

Direkt am Strand, Personal sehr nett und unkompliziert. die Anlage ist sehr sauber, sehr familienfreundlich, tolles Frühstücksbuffet, Restaurant hat ein gutes Angebot, wenn auch für touristische Preise. Livemusik zum Grillabend, wenn man möchte, nebenan ist immer eine Partymusik, von der Lautstärke noch erträglich. Bungalow wurde renoviert, die Fotos auf Booking sind nicht aktuell, Innenausbau wurde mit Linoleum verkleidet und das Bungalow wurde als ganzes überdacht. Wir können es mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen und kommen wieder.

The beach bungalows were very authentic and the restaurant beside it had incredible food and service! We were 20 steps away from the beach from our bungalow. The pool was clean and had a beautiful view and there were plenty of beach beds and activities like cheap massages and spas, BBQ on the beach and fire shows.

The fan and hairdryer were slightly worn out.

It was on a private beach with a bar and superb staff. Great service.

It’s close proximity to the beach and town.

The loud club music the staff play at the beach. Vin pop at a 1000 decibels. (The room was average but that was expected). This hotel could charge a lot more with experienced staff and turning down the rave music.

Sehr schönes kleines, aber feines Resort mit direktem Sandstrand-Zugang. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr abwechslungsreich und extrem lecker mit sowohl asiatischem Essen als auch westlichem Frühstück. Das Personal war an allen Stellen extrem fleißig ,freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist super und der Strand ist auch sehr schön. Man ist etwas weg von der Hauptstraße, die man nicht hört. Uns hat es rundum gut gefallen!

Leider ist nebenan ein Hotel mit Nachtclub. Hier wird abends laut Musik eingestellt. Zum Glück aber meist nur bis 22 Uhr - längstens bis 22:30 Uhr.

Чисто, спокойно, нет городского шума. На самом берегу стоит отель, один из последних. Небольшая территория и маленькие бунгало с террасами. Есть бассейн. Чистый пляж, массажистка на пляже. Три раза в неделю барбекю с живой музыкой, столы ставят прям у воды. Певец из Канады, шикарно поёт, репертуар 80-х годов. Отель на 3 звезды. Есть очень модерновые бунгало, большие, но однокомнатные. Есть двухкомнатные, но в них очень мало места и все уже старое обветшалое. Поэтому на двоих советую брать однокомнатное бунгало. Душ в них огромный, современный. Все новое и чистое. Инет хороший, можно работать. До супермаркета Кин Конг идти пешком 10 мин. В нем есть все, большой, и очень дёшево.

Двухместные бунгало очень маленькие, в душе не развернуться, есть плесень. Шкафы старые как и плечики, порой жалко вешать дорогие и хорошие вещи. На завтраки очень мало фруктов и их не подкладывать, если они закончились. Например, арбузы или драгонфрукт.

The walls in the building were too thin, you could hear every movement in the other rooms, so it was noisy at night. There is a window above the door to the room, through which light shines into the room all night long.

Absolútna katastrofa, neskutočne neprofesionálny personál. Ani si nás nepamätali keď sme sa vracali na ubytovanie z pláže a chceli nás vyhodiť že cez ich rezort sa nedá prejsť. V rezorte totálne špinavé lehátka a najhoršie že dovolili každému opitému Rusovi ľahnúť si na uterák meter pred naše lehátka a nechali ich vykrikovať a okupovať pláž. V celom rezorte smeti a špina. Sprcha viac nefungovala ako fungovala. Príšerné. Fotografie klamú. Určite neodporúčam.

Отличное расположение. Обновленные номера. Впервые вижу, чтобы номера вживую были в сто раз лучше, чем на фото. Завтраки шикарные (вплоть до пюре с курочкой, вдруг кому детям надо))) 4 вида яичницы, оладушки! Это помимо всего остального типа дамплингов и фо, например. Отель компактный, в стороне от шумной улицы, но тем не менее до нее 3 минуты пешком. Романтические барбекю вторник, четверг и суббота. Цены в ресторане более чем адекватные с учетом того, что это ресторан при отеле на пляже. Лежаки всегда есть свободные. Отель маленький, народу немного. Битв за еду и лежаки не бывает) у меня впервые отель так сильно превзошел ожидания.

Бассейн мне показался грязноватый. Но не критично.

Die Badezimmertür ließ sich nicht komplett schließen, da sie auf dem Boden geschleift ist. Das Frühstück war zwar gut, allerdings waren die warmen Gerichte jeden Tag (zu verschiedenen Uhrzeiten) kalt, die Wärmebehälter scheinen nicht wirklich zu funktionieren. Zwischen den Hotelliegen waren leider zahlreiche Zigarettenreste und Dosenclips, die während meines Aufenthaltes immer mehr wurden. An meinem letzten Tag war nebenan am öffentlich Abschnitt eine kleine Baustelle und ein Teil der öffentlichen liegen fehlte, wodurch sich die Leute vor den Hotelbereich verlagert haben und der Weg von den Hotelliegen zum Meer leider mit Handtüchern und vielen Leuten gepflastert war, das war vielleicht nur eine Momentaufnahme und liegt natürlich nicht in der Hand des Hotels. Ansonsten war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt

This is a wonderful resort so close to the beach and we enjoyed staying there very much. Fantastic staff and just an absolute joy to have them around. Lovely beach bar and restaurant with very good breakfasts. We will definitely stay here again in future. It was a true pleasure.

Hotel kameralny, bez tłumów, świetnie usytuowany, przy samej plaży. Tradycyjne, azjatyckie śniadania, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, brakowało mleka roślinnego. Ceny w restauracji przyjazne, plaża niewielka, ale czysta. Palmy nad plażą i basenem pozwalają skryć się przed palącym słońcem. Czysto, codzienne sprzątanie. W recepcji od ręki i bez problemów można załatwić taksówkę, czy skuter. Bardzo miła i komunikatywna obsługa.

Bardzo ciemno w pokoju, żarówki niczym przygasające świeczki.

Der Bungalow besteht aus einem einzigen Zimmer, ist aber modern, neu und zeitgemäß eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer ist gefliest, die Dusche ist riesig, Spiegel und Waschbecken sind groß, und es gibt Regale. Das Zimmer ist hell und geräumig.

Die Lage ist nicht sehr gut, direkt gegenüber der Hotelmauer, kleine Terrasse.

Loved the beachfront location, and their BBQ night with live music was a highlight. Absolutely loved this hotel and cannot recommend enough. The staff were also fantastic and made the stay even better. Great value for money <3

Sauber, modern, viel Platz, alles ist neu und funktioniert. Riesige, moderne Dusche mit Fliesen. Das Zimmer ist groß, es gibt einen Kühlschrank und einen Wasserkocher.

The location is not bad at all. You sre close to drug dealers, boom boom massages and at the end if narrow dark street.

Scam. I received scam messages shortly after booking, and it made me feel like my booking details were not handled securely. I was contacted by people pretending to be from the hotel. It felt as if my information had been shared without my consent. Extremely disappointing and worrying.

敷地内や部屋の清掃が行き届いており、スタッフについても受付、レストラン以外の掃除の皆さんも笑顔で挨拶してくれ、とても快適に過ごすことができた。ディナーは浜辺でバーベキュー、特にイカが美味かった。

Staff, beach, food, location, pool, entertainment were all exceptional! A special mention to the Manager - Nhan - who went out of his way to help us. The live entertainment from Chad and the seafood beach barbeque make it a special night. You can walk to all the shops and restaurents and then chill out in the quiet resort. Yellow sand, clear water and amazing sunsets. Highly recomend!

Had an issue with the garden bungalow - it is not like it looks in the pictures so that was disappointing. We moved rooms and staff were very helpful. Some of the rooms have been renovated and some have not - the trick is to get the renovated rooms. Other issue is selfish people hogging sunbeds all day and not using them - resort needs a one hour rule - you dont use the bed you lose it!

Betten sehr hart; wir haben mit dem Hotel über booking vereinbart, dass uns ein Fahrer vom Flughafen abholt, leider ist dieser nie erschienen und wir haben daher lange dort gewartet, bis wir uns selbst organisiert haben

Staff was the best!

Sehr gut, vor allem das Personal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer waren mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und sehr sauber. Wir sind sogar eine Nacht länger geblieben was seitens des Hotels überhaupt kein Problem war.

Es war etwas laut von draußen, da im Haus gegenüber irgendein Generator oder Ähnliches lief.

La taille "normale" donc petite par rapport aux immeubles-resorts. Là, c'est sur un seul niveau et dans la verdure. Un immeuble de 2 étages plutôt discret. Le calme. Pas de boum-boum. La vue, La plage, la piscine. Super petit déj avec beaucoup de choix. Personnel top. Merci pour le vélo 😉

The location was great. It was beautiful and staff in reception were amazing and helpful. The pool over looks the beach.

The restraunt was beautiful however the food was not worth the money that was charged. The breakfast had alot of options, but most were poorly executed.

The property’s unique selling point lies in its prime beachfront location and exclusivity. The restaurant sits right on the shore, offering not just stunning views but also exceptionally prompt service

While the property offers good value for its price, a few areas leave room for improvement. Firstly, the lack of room service—unlike in most hotels—can be a limitation. The quantity of complimentary in-room drinking water is quite low, and replacing plastic bottles with refillable glass ones would be a more sustainable option. Secondly, the restaurant closes early at 9 PM, and the beachfront area is completely dark afterward, making it impossible to sit by the sea post-dinner. Lastly, the restaurant pricing feels slightly steep when weighed against the available facilities and overall location

Amazing place — everything was perfect! I absolutely loved this hotel! Everything about it was just right. The staff were super friendly and really made an effort to make our stay special. The restaurant by the sea was amazing — fresh fish in the evenings, tables right by the water, and live music. The pool was clean and really nice to relax by. Our room was cozy, very tidy, and the air conditioner was quiet — which I really appreciated. Breakfasts were tasty with lots of good options. I honestly didn’t want to leave.

The location's beach front was nice and clean. The staff also clean the rooms and surroundings quite nicely. We like how the staff are accommodating, helpful and had smiles on their faces. The breakfast spread was also good, they change their menu everyday and honestly the food during breakfast was nice!

The room could have been better. I feel like it was slightly outdated and the beds could have been nicer. The room was also quite small for the price we have paid but it's not so bad. We were still comfortable. Another thing that bothered us was the pool was too deep that it was quite hard to chill, have a dip in it. The steps on the pool were also a bit complicated, I had hurt my foot there.

Facilities and location were the highlights, good and convenient restaurant, good food. Breakfast by the beach was beautiful. The room is a bit small, with no much room for luggage/clothes, but is ir still worth for the rest of good things!

We had a lovely stay: the staff were very helpful, and our rooms were small but had everything we needed. The beach is pretty and there were enough sunbeds. The pool was lovely and breakfast was great.

The bar next door was pretty loud for a couple of the nights we were there, and the ac wasn't always the best.

The bungalow was perfect for solo traveler. Very comfortable and clean Staff member Van was wonderful, I appreciated her assistance with my flights.

The location is the best thing about the property - fab beach, quiet, yet everything is super close. Massage coffee shop and basic mini market within 100m walk. Beach club next door (chilled one no parties). Nice grounds. Good breakfast.

Room was very small with no space for clothes etc.
