Poor upkeep on room. Unclean everything at "breakfast". Asked for a remote for tv, they said look for it better. Was not there and no help etc. Refuse to give my next 5 nights money i paid. 👎 dont bother. Go down hill 60m to Aqua sun hotel. Excellent

Family run hotel with somewhat haphazard operation, the reception often unmanned and no security. The room was large with basic furniture, no safe, the breakfast also basic, staff were helpful enough. Although only fifty metres from major road and bars down a very quiet side track and no noise at night. About four hundred metres from access to beach. Plenty of restaurants around.

This hotel is mis-advertised and the name and photographs and facilities provided on the Booking. Com website are very misleading and bear little resemblance to hotel. This is not a resort hotel in any shape or form. A resort by definition has superior architecture, upscale lodgings, ballrooms, large conference facilities, swimming pools, restaurants, and leisure recreation activities - this has none of these. Photos give impression right on beach and our garden room overlooked waste ground. Having said all this the price we paid for our stay was right for what we got.

Это липисец , и я такое впервые встречаю. Это просто фильм Ужасов. Категорически НЕ рекомендую. Я заплатил 400к донгов, это примерно 1200 руб за ночь типа в общем номере в этом наизамечательнейшем готеле. Плюсом 30к за завтрак. Мне админ значит говорит, вот тут ты не будешь ночевать, номер у нас в др.месте. Мы тя щас туда отведем!!! Парень взял скутер и пару минут и мы у места , где типа хостел.... Въехали в кладбищенские ворота! Заброшка! Мусор везде, окна выбиты, дверей нет, басик весь под мхом и мусором. Привезли меня на помойку ночевать?!! Я просто был в аху*. Крче в этом месте можно реально снимать про Франкенштейна . У меня просто челюсть вниз реально, когда за такие деньги на этом Фукуоке можно снять личный номер в приличном +/- homestay или Гест хаусе/ вилле! Фото не сделал. Был под реально большим впечатлением. Далее мне товарищ предложил вернуть Бабки. Мы приехали, я отменил букинг и получил деньги обратно! Крче , Вьетнам местами реальное нае**лово. Ещё знайте, что тут оч распространен "overbooking", это когда ты забронировал готель , ты приехал на место и тя просто нах ... посылают, потому что им не выгодно, типа букинг глючит, мы вам писали, слали на e-mail и ещё 1001 причина чтобы вам отказать, если им не выгодно! Но Фукуок место стоящее, любая ситуация разрешима!!! Будьте оптимистами несмотря на встречающиеся неприятности на пути! Все решимо и поправимо !

大院子挺舒服的，有很多小狗狗也非常可爱，上铺太高了点，但是休息的还不错，周围几家咖啡厅也很舒服。价格在青旅里算高的了，但如果其他青旅订不到，这里也不错，很安静的地方

Just finished a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, check-in was quick, and the room was spotless and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the little details that made the stay extra relaxing. Great location, excellent service, and overall a fantastic experience. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything. The room was unclean, toilet was shit, even I didn’t have water in the washroom for couple of hours. Imagine paying this much not to have water in washroom. No towels given, room was not clean, no internet in the room, I had to buy mobile data for office. The host was forcing me to pay when I told her I will pay after shower, and they didn’t have water in the shower. If they give me 100 usd per day to stay there, I will never stay there. I wish I could give negative stars.

dirty, dogs barking all night that live there. No bed made or cleaning for a month. Ripoff. I could have gotten a much better place for half the cost. Never again.

Great location in front of the Long Beach (2 minutes to the shore). Near a lot of bars, local restaurants and King Kong mart. Room were big and clean.

Breakfasts can be better with the clean plates and forks.

Podróżowałam sama, ale na stronie był dostępny tylko pokój 3 osobowy. Zapłaciłam za niego (407 dolarów za 3 doby) a obsługa podczas śniadania kazała mi zmienić pokój na 2 osobowy. Bez obniżenia ceny. Poza tym i jeden i drugi pokój był brudny. Ręczniki podarte i poplamione. Tak samo pościel była zabrudzona i nie wyprasowana.

SCAM ALERT- (dorms only) This is not what I expected- I arrived and they then took me to another location. This place was falling apart, had no WiFi, full of mosquitos and dogs that barked all night. Very disappointing for an expensive hostel

Good location for beach

I don’t know where to start with this one. I checked in at the hotel and was told I needed to be taken on a motorbike to the dorm room. Was taken to what is literally an abandoned hotel, complete with dilapidated crumbling rooms, and an empty decaying swimming pool. The dorm is in a shack like building amongst this - which is absolutely not what I booked or signed up for. The room itself was reasonably clean except a large suspicious brown mark on the wall next to where I slept. Bed was large but very hard. I arrived to no pillow on my bed at all. The shower is in what looks like a temporary made room, with a huge gap between the door and the hinges so anyone outside can watch you shower. The sink area was filthy. I complained about lack of wifi which the staff promised to fix, but it did not improve. To top it off there are dogs which live outside the room which howl for the entire night right outside the door. No one in my room got any sleep on any of the nights I was there, the barking was continuous through the whole nights. I contacted staff regarding the above during my stay, and they ignored absolutely everything I said, replying only with the wifi password (which didn’t even reach the room). Very disappointed I would not recommend staying here, especially at the price - should be $1 per night maximum

Просто рекомдация 🙏чуть декора в номера картины или панно разместить на стенах для уюта ,а если будет бассейн -отбоя не будет от постояльцев

Chúng tôi vô cùng thất vọng sau khi lựa chọn khu nghỉ này với giá hơn 14 triệu 2 đêm. Nó như một nhà nghỉ hoặc khách sạn bình dân. Phòng ở và nhà vệ sinh bẩn và xuống cấp, ga giường bị rách, nhà vệ sinh tầng 1 vô cùng bẩn, ko có phòng bể bơi hay bất cứ tiện ích nào khác.... Tôi rất thất vọng về booking.com đã để những khách sạn như vậy vào nhóm khách sạn phân khúc cao để thu tiền cao của khách hàng. Với tiện nghi nghi hiện tại họ chỉ nên cho khách thuê với giá dưới 1 triệu/ đêm

Primero visualmente es deprimente, no es un buen lugar para empezar tus vacaciones en Vietnam. Las habitaciones compartidas no están ubicadas en el mismo complejo. Cuando llegas literalmente te sientes estafado e inseguro. Instalaciones sucias y no cómodas. Visualmente es feo. Precio alto para el servicio que ofrece.

Nothing, the art of scammer be careful.

Run down, black moulds , roof leaking, room has lots of dust and sewage smell. The manager made me pay for the rooms first before allowing me to see it. She showed the videos of the rooms. The rooms look ok on the video but when arrived to my my rooms, it was not live-able for humans at all and looked nothing like her videos. The rooms are all dirty and filthy This is a smart scammer, she deceived me with the false advertising. I asked her to cancel the rooms and get my refund back.

Nära till stranden och restauranger, butiker osv. Ligger i centrum men ändå lugnt och tyst läge på kvällen. Rymligt rum. Hjälpsam personal. Hämtning/lämning på flygplats.

Vi bokade vår resa väldigt sent under högsäsong och prisbilden blev därför helt fel då ut utbudet var minimalt. Det är olyckligt för oss gäster ekonomiskt, och även för hotellet som inte kan leva upp till förväntningarna och sedan får negativa kommentarer. Detta hotell (ej resort) är ett typiskt 400-500kr/natten ställe i Vietnam med begränsat frukostutbud. Vi betalade +2200kr/natten. Vi hade tur och hittade ett återbud på en mycket bra strandresort och flyttade dit redan efter en natt dessutom till ett betydligt lägre pris.

Sijainti hyvä. Henkilökunta ihan ok ja auttavainen. Sänky ok nukkua mutta ulkonäkö järkyttävä. Maksettiin varaus kortilla kohteessa.

Aamupala todella surkea. 7 aamua ilman mitään vaihtelua. Ruoat lämpimässä ilman mitään kupuja. Mehu aina loppu ja kun lisättiin niin vain litran verran eikä hanasta tullut mitään kun jäi mehun pinta sen alle. Kahvi makeutettu valmiiksi, joinakin aamuina niin makeaa että ei voinut juoda. Aina sama sämpylä ja päälle tarjolla vain voita, ei leikkeleitä, juustoa, salaattia. Lakanat rikki ja likaiset. Pyyhkeet niin ohueksi kuluneet että läpi näki. Maksettiin varaus hotellilla kortilla saapuessamme. Seuraavana päivänä perittiin 1 500 000 VND joka kuulemma maksu kortilla maksaessa. Tästä tietenkään ei vastaanotossa tuolloin mitään mainittu. Olimme varauksen tehneet juuri tällä kortilla. Ei vastaa hintaansa tämä motelli joka tätä parhaiten kuvastaa.

Mitarbeiter waren sehr bemüht, gab auch ein paar Extras. Strandtücher gab es auf Nachfrage. Haben unsere eigene Strandbar mit Liegestühlen gefunden

Aufgrund der Reiseszeit, entsprachen Preis-Leistung nicht dem was wir bisher in Vietnam gewohnt waren. Lag aber ander Hochsaisin auf der Insel. Auf dem Fotozusage a so aus als gäbe es einen Stand oder zumindest eine Kooperation mit einer Strandbar, die gibt es aber nicht.

Нет балкона, негде посушить вещи, нет полок в шкафу, на весь номер на 4-х человек один ящик в тумбочке. Душ без шторки, просто лейка в ванной, всегда мокрый пол. Шумная вытяжка, а если у соседей включен кондиционер, гул и вибрация по всей стене. Свой кондей не включали. Завтрак очень скудный, общие кухонные принадлежности, чайники, сахарница и т.д. заляпаны и засалены так, что неприятно трогать. Полы в разводах. Тарелки снизу жирные. Вообще бич отеля - чистота, на остальное еще можно было бы закрыть глаза. Пододеяльники серые, белье мятое, не было уверенности, что его стирали перед нами. Полотенца серо-желтые в пятнах. Выяснилось, что стирают они все в холодной воде. И все это за 7 млн.донгов в сутки за семейный номер с двумя 2-хспальными кроватями.

The rooms were not as clean, we found mice poop on the desks and floors. the name of the hotel is confusing and you would think this is a resort but its like a motel.

We loved that the hotel was family run, people were helpful and kind. Location was perfect for us, close to the beach, restaurants and shops.

They need to improve the internet and maybe more options for breakfast.

High season, very expensive, few facilities

It’s walking distance to the city/downtown. You’re in the heart of everything if you stay here.

Om man gillar stranden så ligger det bra till många beach klubbar i närheten. Lugnt på kvällarna.

Deras prissättning var där under nyår och 2500 per natt var 2000 för mycket. Min första bokning på ett annat hotell blev avbokat av hotellet så jag hade inte mycket till val. Detta var/är ett problem de har här att de avbokar och höjer priserna.

All staff were kind and welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you.

Dining facilities were very poor, cooked food left out not being heated in food containers, cooked meat on open platters next to an open window where flies were feasting on. Bedding only changed once in the 10 day stay, had to ask for towels after room service. Bathroom was a wet room type, was a potential death trap as the marble floor was very slippery and wife slipped (with flip flops). Had to ask staff for a floor squeegee. Safe box didn’t work and had to ask to get another which was not secured to anything substantial ie, wall.

Annie and her team were really helpful. We manage to get this place after one of the hotels cancelled our booking just hours before we arrived. The team here helped accommodate us and facilitate our excursions for our trip. The location is close to multiple eateries, shops and the beach. Highly recommended

We were very happy with our stay and can truly recommend this hotel, especially for families. The staff was absolutely amazing – incredibly kind, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. They even arranged an earlier breakfast for us without any problem, which we really appreciated. The location is excellent: close to a large local market, many restaurants, and coffee places. The night market is also within easy reach, where we enjoyed great massages. The beach is nearby as well, although we personally preferred visiting other beaches around the island and used Grab for transportation. The rooms do not have a balcony, but this was clearly stated on Booking in advance and therefore not a surprise for us. Overall, this did not affect our stay at all, mainly thanks to the outstanding staff and the very pleasant atmosphere of the hotel.

This hotel was perfectly fine overall, with an okay standard, a very nice location, and decent cleanliness. It’s very budget-friendly, so you definitely get what you pay for. The people working there were super friendly and welcoming, which was a big plus!

The breakfast is the same every single day, and after 5–6 days it does start to feel a bit repetitive.

Дверь с обычным ключом, не магнитный, замок сильно близко расположен к косяку и не удобно закрывать. Скудный завтрак, попался один раз волос женщины, которая одновременно работает на ресепшен, готовит еду и моет полы.

Egy 5 és egy 1 éves gyerekkel érkeztem Vietnámba úgy, hogy nem tudtuk hol alszunk! Egyszer írtak, hogy mondjam le a szállást és foglaljam át hétszer drágábban mint ahogy én foglaltam de én nem tettem meg és törölték! Csalók!

Отель имеет отличное расположение — в самом центре Лонг-Бич, рядом с кафе, ресторанами и торговыми центрами King Market и Long Beach. При этом на территории отеля тихо и спокойно. Отель очень чистый, персонал приветливый, внимательный и всегда готов помочь. В целом, отель оставляет приятное впечатление, но есть моменты, которые можно улучшить.

Есть и некоторые недостатки. Завтрак в целом неплохой, но не ориентирован на европейских гостей: есть хлеб для тостов, но нет тостера, отсутствуют сыр и ветчина, молоко и кофе — сладкие. Что касается номера, кондиционеру уже требуется замена — он работает громко. Ещё один минус — отсутствие балкона.

Oh my gosh, value for money in a great location. I would have stayed longer but needed to get out of the tourist area. Tours pick you up from this area. Room was clean and spacious.
