Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Clean Rooms , swimming pool & the Garden area is very clean staff keeping checking & cleaning constantly, very friendly staff they arranged scooter rental for a decent price even they helped me to get to port to catch Ferry..I stayed 4 Nights it was great , I definitely recommend others & I would likevto stay here f ever I visit panglao

Very rude front desk staff; didn’t even say “Hello” to me when checking in. Took my Passport; checked me in handed me the key to the room and pointed to the right. Never seen anything like this before. Pool was very cloudy with chlorine.

Reviewed May 8, 2026Staff were helpful and polite. Location was quite far from the city center, better to rent a motorbike rather than paying PHP150 for a 1-way trip every time you want to go somewhere as drivers tend to charge tourists a lot.
Only downside of this room is the weak WiFi connectivity. Signal is very limited and often nonexistent once inside the bed area. I had to stand near the door/window just to connect since the signal only reaches that part of the room. Staying in the common areas to use the internet was also difficult due to the humidity, especially with no fans and AC only available inside the room. Hope more routers can be added on the second floor.

Reviewed May 1, 2026The hotel looks very nice, the lady who worked there and spoke in english too, the stafg who made us breakfast too, the pool, the room was ok and they were accommodating when they switched the rooms for us.
There were barely any description at our arrival regarding what to do on the island, what time breakfast is etc like the basic stuffs...bad wifi connection

Big language barrier with the check in lady, we asked her to book us a car on check out and waited a super long time to realise she still hadn’t confirmed one. It was in the middle of a rain storm and we were running late for an appointment. A little frustrating but we ended up just finding one ourselves. Not a big deal but just be aware of it

Reviewed Apr 3, 2026Friendly staff, great communication, and accommodating with late check-in. Nice outdoor area, with restaurants nearby, a small shop just across the street, and beautiful beaches easily reachable by tuk-tuk. Air conditioning and a water dispenser are available. You can also book tours and rent scooters directly on site.
The room is not very inviting and really only suitable for sleeping. It’s quite dark, and the light bulbs give off a harsh, cold light. The furniture is very minimal, the mattress rather thin, and the bathroom could use some renovation. The shower fixtures are quite rusty, and the door handle kept coming off whenever I got out because it wasn’t properly attached. I also had ants in the room, which was the worst part for me personally. Unfortunately, there are no sun loungers in the outdoor area, which makes it less appealing to spend time there. Overall, there wasn’t really any place that made you want to linger — everything felt rather basic and purely functional.

Reviewed Feb 28, 2026El sitio es muy bonito, la piscina es un extra muy top , las habitaciones están bien pero las camas son bastante incómodas. Se escucha todo lo de fuera, los gallos cantando todo el día (aunque bueno es normal dado dónde estás) y la localización está un poco alejado del centro, en tuk tuk menos de 5 min, pero caminando 20/25 minutos . Lo demás todo genial, relación calidad precio muy bien .

The place is out of date - needs some maintenance, tiles in the pool were missing, mattress completely worn out - could feel the springs, ac was loud, only chairs by the pool, you could also provide some sunchairs to be able to relax at the pool, no powerplugs near bed or not functionning

The location is bad - always noisy, even at night. The toilet had no ventilation and it smelled. There weren't even coffee mugs in the room. The air conditioning was really noisy. The room is very small and depressing. The bed was very uncomfortable.

One night we were left without power, and the staff vanished. Pool lights always off, bar non-existent, zero service, zero management. Felt unsafe and abandoned. Do not waste your money here.

La recepción es un desastre, nunca están, las habitaciones dan miedo, tuve que pedir un cambio porque la taza estaba rota, el grifo también y no salía agua caliente, además que se me cortó el agua a mitad de una ducha. La habitación a la que me cambiaron tenia la misma vibe. Lo único bonito del hotel es la piscina y no pude usarla por el tiempo. Tardaron más en hacer un desayuno (estaba yo solo) que en cualquier otro lugar en hacer una comida.

La habitación 2 tiene justo detrás un callejón donde la familia que vende brochetas hace una hoguera donde quema plásticos y demás desperdicios y justo arriba de la hoguera está la entrada del aire acondicionado de la habitación 2. Casi morimos intoxicados. La verdad que es algo habitual lo de la mierda de las hogueritas y me toca las narices. Los encargados de la zona a de cocina fumaban todo el tiempo.
