Lovely and comfortable hotel. Excellent location, central, close to beaches, shops and restaurants. Very nice and delicious breakfast. Tea and coffee, cake and biscuits are available all day in the eating area. Very friendly and helpful staff.

It’s our 4th time in this hotel as we come to Ericeira for surfing every year. The hotel is the best and the staff are so helpful and friendly every time we visit. Thank you for looking after us!

Everything is great but be prepared for humidity of the coastal town, things take a little while to dry!

L'emplacement était parfait ! Il y avait toujours quelqu'un à l'accueil pour un renseignement. Et le plus agréable, c'était au retour de la plage il y avait toujours une boisson et un morceau de gâteau qui nous attendait.

We liked the location and the lovely breakfasts which had plenty of variety.

The room was very cramped. Hardly any space to put anything. We tended to live out of the suitcase. The majority of the staff were very helpful but there were a couple of lazy staff who did not make much effort with guests.

Für den Preis war das Zimmer nicht gut genug. Es war sehr klein durch die Dachschräge, im Bad roch es (vermutlich aus dem Abfluss) abscheulich und das Zimmer könnte bald saniert werden (kleine Risse an Wänden oder Böden)

Nem tetszett hogy a wc papirt nem töltötték fel se a zsebkendőt hiába kértünk takarítást, a szemetet se vitték el, minden nyirkos volt és büdös a levegő a szobában de az ágyneműnek is kellemetlen szaga volt.

Het Hotel ligt in het oude centrum op loopafstand van alle restaurantjes, koffiehuisjes en andere tentjes. Naar het strand is 5 a 6 minuten lopen. Hadden een grote kamer (4e verdieping nr26) met genoeg ruimte een schitterde uitzicht op de zee en ondergaande zon. Ontbijt was goed en er stond de hele dag water, thee, koffie en cake/koekjes. Iedere dag werden de kamers schoongemaakt en het personeel was heel vriendelijk. Overal echt super gehad.

Wij hadden een superior suite met uitzicht en ik ben van mening dat in zo’n suite een klein koelkastje hoort te staan en een eigen koffiemachine. Gezien wij langer dan een week hier verbleven waren er heel weinig hangers om je kleren op te hangen in de open kast. Tevens zou een klein ladekastje handig zijn waarde ondergoed e.d. in kan leggen. De kamer heeft ruimte zat. Verder moesten wij helaas onze vakantie een aantal dagen, door een noodgeval, eerder beëindigen waarbij er door het hotel werd aangegeven om te kijken of we nog een tegemoetkoming zouden krijgen maar hier hebben we tot op heden nog geen reactie van gehad.

Perfect stay! The service from Miguel and the lady (forgot to ask her name) was top notch! They were so kind and friendly, willing to always address any questions. I also really loved the breakfast in the mornings. The hotel is in a perfect location, so easy to get around Ericeira from there. Rooms were very clean!

La situación es perfecta, a 4' andando a la playa y a 1' de la calle comercial y zona de restauración. Desayuno bueno y habitación cómoda.

Our stay was made exceptional by the wonderful staff. Nothing was too much trouble and they went the extra mile to make our stay special. The room was cleaned and towels replaced as required and their attention to detail was easily the best we’ve experienced.. Thank you Reserva . Joe n Ann

Fräscht, fint och bra rum. God frukost och generöst med kaffe och snacks hela dagarna.

Frukosten startade väldigt sent vilket inte funkar om man vill kliva upp i tid och surfa. Enbart en glasvägg mellan sovrummet och badrummet som inte gör det så trevligt. Lyhört mellan våningarna och ut till gatan.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, das Personal sehr freundlich und das Frühstücksbuffet vielfältig und lecker! Außerdem stehen Tee, Wasser, Kaffee und Gebäck tagsüber frei zur Verfügung.

Trotz der Klimaanlage war es im Zimmer durchgehend etwas klamm, sodass unsere Wäsche nach dem dreitägigen Aufenthalt leider noch nicht vollständig getrocknet war.

Really enjoyed our stay at Reserva. The staff were excellent and our was super clean and well prepared. Really enjoyed our breakfast in the morning with a great selection to choose from. It’s in a great location with easy access to restaurants and bars.

There is no minibar in the room.

Location was good.

Smell of mold from bathroom, humidity is a big issue. The room is so humid that towels or clothes cant dry. They did not do a proper daily clean. Also they do not show this in the photos but the bathroom doesnt have a real door, so you can hear your partner using the bathroom. Also way more expensive than what you pay for.

Die Lage war super

Fand die Zimmer waren etwas in die Jahre gekommen und das keine ricjtige Badezimmertür oder Balkonliegen vorhanden waren ungünstig...zumal es kein budget hotel ist

Die Lage war perfekt. Wenige Gehminuten zum Strand und ins Zentrum. Sehr gutes Frühstück und sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal. Alles war sehr sauber.

Sehr zentrale Lage, Altstadtzentrum mit vielen Restaurants direkt in der Umgebung, trotzdem sehr ruhig, leckeres Frühstück, tagsüber Kaffee und Kuchen im Frühstücksbereich gratis verfügbar, sehr nettes und hilfsbereits Personal, das Hotel hat keine eigenen Parkplätze, wir haben aber trotzdem an den anliegenden Straßen ohne größere Probleme einen Parkplatz gefunden

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, cerca a restaurantes y a pocos minutos de la playa. El personal fue super amable y las instalaciones en perfecto estado.

Location was great. Everywhere in Ericeira is within 5-10 minutes walking distance which we loved. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. Nice modern, clean room and tranquil space in the reception area. Free coffee throughout the day was great.

The street outside was quite noisy which wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but did wake us up. The breakfast wasn’t great, and the service was slow. There were plates on tables not cleared for the whole time we were eating. I also have an allergy to walnuts and there were walnuts as decorations on most of the breakfast plates which wasn’t ideal. But otherwise we had a nice stay in Ericeira.

Stunning hotel in the centre of town. The rooms are clean and beautiful, staff are wonderful and we had a fantastic stay there.

Nothing, everything was perfect!

The staff, breakfast, and the location. The girl who greeted us was lovely, the night operator was top-notch and super helpful, and the breakfast staff and day staff were kind and helpful with everything we asked about. The fruit salad at breakfast was quite good, and the gluten-free bread options were appreciated. The location is great and the restruant and beach recommendations were too.

The building has a serious mold issue. You can smell mold and damp upon entering the lobby, room 19, and room 17, which we were moved to. Upon inspection, mold was visible and climbing up on the blackout curtains, and water damage was visible on the ceiling and in parts of the bathrooms. The mold exposure in the space was so intense that we ended up getting sick by the end of our stay. The staff tried to the best of their ability to help; they brought the dustiest dehumidifier I have ever seen, tried offering up various rooms, and cleaning sprays for the smell, but retrospectively, when we saw that much black mold on the curtains, we should have left immediately because sleeping near it affected our airways/breathing. In addition, the bathrooms had no working ventilation and smelled like sewage (we saw this in other reviews ans are disappointed to report it is true). Again, the staff were kind and tried their best to help. They gave us sprays and sent cleaning and maintenance staff, but it still smelled so terrible that we ended up showering and brushing our teeth as fast as we could, and trying to use the bathroom as little as possible. Again, the staff is great, but the standard of general maintenance and overall awareness of moisture in their design at a place near the beach with known humidity and water issues is abysmal and dangerous for their workers' and guests' health. Step it up, FLH corporate.

Excellent breakfast - all family members found their favourites. Useful to have coffee, tea and cakes available all day. Excellent locations and beautiful view from "Suite with a view" room. Lovely decorations and calm atmosphere although situated in the heart of the old town.

Not a big deal but a mini fridge and coffee making facilities in the room would have been nice.

Location was great. The layout and amenities in the room were fine.

Sheets and pillowcases had red stains. The floor felt greasy. There was mold in the room. The hair dryer and the basket were moldy.

Très bon petit déjeuner et accueil chaleureux et serviable. Chambre de belle taille et qualité des équipements.

Le lit n'était pas confortable et la ventilation ne fonctionnait pas bien : sans la fenêtre ouverte - et il faisait trop froid pour l'ouvrir - l'humidité s'est accumulée sur le sol.

Relación calidad- precio caro. Habitación con vistas al mar y con una terraza descuidada; además el mar se ve muy a lo lejos. No merece la pena coger esa habitación en cuanto al precio.Instaciones bien en general, buen desayuno y personal muy amable.

Great hotel in perfect location. Very good and comfortable room, we had it with a balcony and its was perfect due to strong wind outside. It was well protected and you could enjoy the view and sun. I would not book breakfast there again, it was very simple and lacked local portuguese food like bread or local croissants. Coffee you can have as much you want and scrambled eggs were good.

The hotel is chic and clean and located in the heart of Ericiera. I was checking out of another hotel nearby and the staff called to let me know I could check in early which I really appreciated. The minute I stepped into the hotel the staff was lovely. My room was on the top floor with a balcony and amazing view of the ocean and the coastline. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The bed was really hard - firm mattress, which isn’t super great for lighter individuals. I would still book this hotel again. This was the only negative.

Tolle zentrale, und dennoch ruhige Lage. Gemütliche Inneneinrichtung, fantastisches Frühstück, nette Atmosphäre. Ich habe ein Upgrade zu einem Zimmer mit Dachterrasse erhalten, die ebenfalls super schön war.

Breakfast was excellent, Samantha (our breakfast host) was superb - couldn't have been better!!..... location was good.

There was no bar in the hotel. There was no place to sit outside the hotel for a coffee. There was no full length mirror in our bedroom. The shower basin was extremely slippy - to the point where it was dangerous, great care had to be taken when showering. We were in room 24 - passing across the room you had to dip your head otherwise, which happened many times, you banged your head. There were no 'free' sockets to plug in charging devices by the bed - to do so involved unplugging the bedside lamp.
