Le 10 septembre il y a eu les 50 ans du patron de l’hôtel. Le personnel avait prévenu qu’il y allait avoir de la musique jusque 23h mais finalement il y a eu du bruit et des cris jusque 1h30 du matin.

The location was excellent. A short walk in one direction led to the main road with the shops and restaurants/cafes. A short walk in the other direction took you to beachfront bars / cafes / tourist services like equipment hire and tour companies. The hotel styling was fun fresh and stylish. The staff were wonderful. Very friendly, polite and helpful. When I came down with a cold, one of the staff bought me a hot ginger/garlic tea with honey (complimentary). The grounds were immaculate with staff always busy cleaning and tidying (despite pesky trees daily dropping leaves) Food and drinks /cocktails from the bar were delicious. Overall, the hotel was quality, comfortable, clean, well run, perfectly located and beautifully styled. I was very happy with our choice.

A chair in the room or outside the room would have been helpful. Beds aren't the most comfortable to sit on during the day.

De rust, het personeel, de ligging, je loopt er zo heen vanuit de haven (geen paard en wagen nodig), heerlijk eten (super ontbijt), lekkere cocktails, aankleding van het hotel (supermooi), mooie kamer met dito badkamer.

Fantastische plek, met heel fijn en goed personeel. Lieve mensen! De gehele plek, zwembad, tuinen, restaurant en accommodatie zijn en worden perfect onderhouden. Het hotel ligt op een steenworp van de haven en de hoofdstraat, maar je hoort er helemaal niets. Bedden, badkamer, alles helemaal in orde. Wij komen hier heel graag terug.

Beautiful manicured property with the serenity factor, staff were so accommodating, pleasant helpful and so happy to assist. The breakfast were feasts. An oasis of tranquility, with the ambiance of ocean luxury, handcrafted cocktails and sparkling pools. The vibe of relaxation, luxury, attention to detail was first class.

De ligging was dichtbij de haven op loopafstand met backpack. Het zwembad, de superlieve bediening en de sfeer dn uitstraling. Het restaurant had ook veel keus en was goed!

Hotel jest po prostu fantastyczny ! Zdjęcia nie oddają jego uroku. Czuje się tam super wakacyjny klimat. Baseny są świetne, bardzo dobra restauracja i bar na środku. Z radością kiedyś tam wrócimy !

De locatie ligt in het hart van Gili Air, al de goede restaurants en winkels zijn op minder dan 10min wandelen. Het hotel is idyllisch ingericht en heeft al de nodige faciliteiten. Ik zou dit altijd opnieuw boeken als ik naar Gili Air ga!

Clean and comfortable rooms, amazing pool and bar area. Spa was also excellent. Location is ideal for a quick walk to the beach for sunset, and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Would recommend the hotel BBQ on a Saturday evening.

Koho Air strikes a great balance between a boutique hotel and a resort-style feel. The pool area is a real highlight, with multiple pools, plenty of loungers and lots of space to relax. Our room was spacious with plenty of storage, while the grounds are beautiful, full of flowers and greenery and kept immaculately clean. The location is also excellent, just off one of the main streets for restaurants and cafes, while the hotel itself still feels peaceful and relaxing.

The main thing we felt could be improved was the breakfast and bar area. Neither of us was particularly drawn to the breakfast menu, so we ended up eating at some of the excellent nearby cafes instead. The whole restaurant/bar area could perhaps do with a slight rethink as it wasn’t quite as inviting as the rest of the hotel. There are plenty of loungers around the pools, although a few could be upgraded to more comfortable models.

Das Hotel ist ein wahrer Traum! Ein Ort, an dem man sofort zur Ruhe kommt und sich rundum wohlfühlt. Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt, und auch bei der Sauberkeit wird hier wirklich großgeschrieben. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die großartigen Mitarbeiter – herzlich, aufmerksam und immer freundlich. Man fühlt sich von der ersten Minute an willkommen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Muy bien situado. Al lado del puerto y de todos los sitos de interés de la isla. Además con el alquiler de una bici o de una e-bike llegas a cualquier lado de la isla en 10 minutos. El personal del hotel es increíble, te ayudan en todo lo que necesites. Tiene un magnífico servicio de restaurante y spa sin moverte de las instalaciones. Todo perfecto

L’ambiance de l’hôtel qui appelle à la détente, la chambre confortable avec une belle salle de bain, les 3 piscines très agréables, l’emplacement parfait, le petit-déjeuner excellent, le personnel très chaleureux et serviable.

La struttura è molto bella, ben tenuta, in ottima posizione rispetto sia al centro che alle spiagge e dotata di tutti i comfort (3 piscine favolose). La camera sono pulite ed arredate con gusto. Lo staff è molto disponibile, simpatico e cordiale.

Dato il prezzo che viene richiesto per il soggiorno, basandosi sul costo della vita in Indonesia, ti aspetti qualche cosa di più. Per esempio: Il servizio lavanderia, per il prezzo al kg che viene richiesto, è super scadente, ci hanno perso i vestiti per poi ritrovarli in un secondo momento e consegnarceli neanche stirati. Ci hanno addebitato 15.000 IDR + tasse + servizio per 2 fette di pane a colazione (avevamo la colazione inclusa nella prenotazione ma ci è stato comunicato che ogni extra va pagato).

Lovely hotel with a great staff ! The hotel is situated right by the ferry terminal, which makes it convenient when traveling. The hotel is so cute we didn't want to leave, it has 3 swimming pools and a cozy, relaxing vibe that just makes it a wonderful choice. The hotel lends 2 beach towels and a bag for us to use during the stay and water is complimentary. Great food with a lot of choice, activities can be organized by the staff as well.

What a gorgeous property. It is hard to explain the amazing vibe. It’s so laid back with lots of room to find a spot to sit a read a book. The staff are attentive and respectful of personal space. They seem to be really proud of the hotel. It’s in the perfect location.

Pros: - Very beautiful grounds and pools, very aesthetic. - Location is everything. Quiet, yet super close to the port - Rooms are beautiful and simple, with a beautiful outdoor open air bathroom and shower (full of ants though) - Very comfy bed and good quality linens. - Did not try the spa.

Cons - Expensive, definitely one of the most expensive on the island, and the price-quality ratio is not worth it. - Breakfast was included and food was below average. Skip breakfast if you can, plenty of nice places nearby. - i was lucky as guests were quiet, but soundproofing is not great and you can easily hear neighbours in adjacent rooms or boise from central restaurant

L’atmosfera è molto rilassante e il posto un piccolo paradiso. Raggiungibile a piedi dal porto in 2 minuti.

Per essere proprio pignoli bisognerebbe curare un attimo di più i dettagli (la porta del bagno era molto vecchia e non si chiudeva bene). Buona la pulizia ma secondo noi si può fare di meglio.

A truly dreamlike stay. The place is absolutely wonderful, beautifully maintained down to the smallest detail, and the attention given to guests is truly incredible. The freshly prepared breakfast was delicious, with carefully selected and high-quality products. The staff were incredibly kind, always helpful and ready to make the stay even more special. Everything was impeccable: from the cleanliness of the spaces to the thoughtful details throughout the property, every element reflects elegance and care. The feeling is that of being in an enchanted place, almost like stepping into a fairy tale. An unforgettable experience that we would highly recommend. Rating: 10+++!

Alles sehr gut! Wir können einen Aufenthalt nur empfehlen!!

Man wird sehr herzlich empfangen mit einem gekühlten Eistee + kaltem Handtuch und das Gepäck wird für einen ins Zimmer gebracht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer ansprechbar. Es wurden Empfehlungen gemacht.

Es gab ein Problem mit der Dusche. Das Wasser hat extrem gestunken und man musste es 10min laufen lassen bevor der intensive Geruch aus dem Badezimmer verschwand. Sobald der Geruch verschwand, so gab es kein heißes Wasser mehr. Der Fakt, dass es keine Lüftung in dem Badezimmer gab und kein erreichbares Fenster, sondern nur ein halboffenes Dachfenster, hat nicht geholfen. Die naheliegende Moshee kann man in der Unterkunft zum Teil hören. Ich bin um 5 Uhr aufgewacht. Dafür kann das Hotel jedoch nichts.
