La beauté et le calme de l'endroit, c'est le paradis ! Le personnel est incroyable et les petits bungalows sont d'un charme fou. Le tout très proche du port et de toute la vibration de l'île !

C'est absolument parfait. Cependant le petit déjeuner est un peu simple : pas de buffet mais 2 choix à faire sur une carte assez courte. Les œufs sont bon, pour le reste c'est ok.

Wij waren zeer tevreden. Als ik iets kleins moet zeggen wat iets minder was, was het de douche. Die gaf niet geel erg lang warm water. Het was genoeg voor 1 persoon, maar de 2e persoon had een zeer lauwe douche.

We had a fantastic stay at Hani Hideaway and would definitely recommend it. The location is absolutely incredible, the property is beautiful, and the staff are exceptional. Everyone was extremely friendly, attentive and always happy to help. The breakfast deserves a special mention because it was absolutely amazing and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The quality, variety and attention to detail were excellent. Only there are just a couple of small things that keep this from being a perfect. The main issue with the suite is the amount of light coming into the room in the morning. They thoughtfully provide an eye mask, which is a nice touch, but unfortunately it doesn’t completely solve the problem. The morning call to prayer can also be heard quite clearly and may wake you up easily. The larger swimming pool is beautiful and a great place to relax, although during our stay the water was a little cloudy. Hopefully this was just temporary. Apart from these minor points, Hani Hideaway is a wonderful place to stay and Gili Air itself is simply spectacular, an island everyone should visit at least once in their lifetime

Aangekomen in dit verblijf voel je je meteen thuis. Het personeel is onwijs lief en behulpzaam. De locatie is top en er hangt een hele fijne sfeer. Onze kamer gaf meteen een wauw effect waar je heerlijk kan relaxen.

Tout était parfait, le lieu est magnifique et le personnel incroyablement gentil. Nous recommandons cet établissement sans hésiter.

Si nous avons une petite remarque il s’agirait de l’éclairage de la chambre qui est assez faible, nous aurions apprécié une lumière un peu plus forte pour un côté pratique.

The hotel is very nice, well located within walkable distance from anything on the island and still very quiet and relaxing; the hosts were very accommodating and welcoming, providing us with snorkelling equipment and great recommendations about the island which was very kind. The rooms are brand new, very well furnished and designed, in a lovely oasis with the pool running along the property. The breakfast is delicious. I would definitely recommend it for a stay in Gili, whether with family or friends.

Quiet location yet close to shops, and to the west and east beaches. Staff are very attentive to details, warm, helpful and welcoming. They helped us arrange day trip for snorkeling, speed boat to Lombok, taxi in Lombok. The hotel facilities are perfect, comfortable and spotless. The swimming pool is beautiful.

Das Hani Hideaway ist wirklich ein kleines Paradies auf Gili Air. Vom ersten Moment an wurden wir mit einer solchen Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit empfangen, dass wir uns sofort wohl und willkommen gefühlt haben. Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön und ruhig, die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel und der Pool ist ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen. Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen hervorragend und auch das Essen im Restaurant hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Was unseren Aufenthalt aber ganz besonders gemacht hat, waren die Menschen. Das gesamte Team im Hani war unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten nie das Gefühl, einfach nur Hotelgäste zu sein – vielmehr wurden wir immer wieder wie ein Teil einer kleinen Familie begrüßt. Diese persönliche und herzliche Atmosphäre ist etwas ganz Besonderes und hat unsere Zeit hier unvergesslich gemacht. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und waren ehrlich gesagt ein bisschen traurig, als wir abreisen mussten. Für uns war das Hani Hideaway eines der Highlights unserer gesamten Reise. Wenn wir eines Tages wieder nach Gili Air kommen, gibt es für uns keine Frage, wo wir übernachten werden. Vielen Dank an die gesamte Hani-Familie, dass ihr unsere Zeit auf dieser wunderschönen Insel so besonders gemacht habt. 10/10 – absolute Empfehlung!

L’établissement est magnifique, Hani hideway est mon coup de cœur durant ce voyage en Indonésie pendant ses 3 semaines au mois d’août. Nous avons voyagé en famille avec 2 enfants la chambre était très spacieuse nous avons pu profiter d’un grand espace avec la mezzanine. Cadre exceptionnel, petit hôtel cocooning très bien situé sur l’île de Gilli Air. Le personnel a été à nos petits soins pour nous trouver des vélos puis des scooters électriques. Petit déjeuner délicieux.

Quel bonheur absolu ! Un vrai petit coin de paradis merveilleusement caché sur l'île ✨ Sauter directement de sa chambre dans l'eau cristalline de la piscine, quel rêve ! Dès l'arrivée, l'accueil à la réception est tout simplement formidable, et l'équipe, toujours rayonnante et prévenante, illumine chaque instant de petites attentions. Le matin, quel régal : le petit-déjeuner est aussi délicieux que généreux ! L'hôtel est un véritable havre de paix, avec ses chambres à la fois simples, élégantes et décorées avec un goût exquis. On adore l'attention portée aux moindres détails, comme la charmante petite bassine devant la porte pour se rincer les pieds en douceur, ou encore les doux sarongs installés avec soin sur chaque transat. Un pur séjour d'enchantement et de sérénité ! ☀️🌴

Attention irrégularité dans l’offre du petit déjeuner, sur 5 jours on nous à proposé 2 fois seulement le pain, les croissants, confiture ???? Est-ce normal ?

"Welcome home!" That's how staff greets you whenever you get to this perfectly situated nest. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, best breakfast we ever had, amazingly located - 10 mins from harbour, few minutes away from buzzing main road and 10-15 mins each to sunrise and sunset beach. We also did the snorkling trip through Hani and really loved our trip!

Hooks for bathroom towels in the bathroom - other than that, no better way to enjoy Gili Air!

Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja he toivottivat aina tervetulleeksi kotiin kun palasimme majoitukseen. Ruoka ja juomat olivat hyviä ja aamupala huippu! Hotellissa oli kivoja yksityiskohtia ja tyylikäs sisustus. Hotellin Family Dinner oli mukava ja toimiva konsepti. Tällä kertaa sitä isännöivät hotellin omistajat, ihana pariskunta. Suosittelemme varaamaan Joni's Special Village Tour in Lombok -retken. Tämän kautta pääsimme vierailemaan hotellin työntekijän kotikylässä ja saimme aitoja paikallisia kokemuksia.

Supermooi resort met prachtig ingerichte bungalows en zwembad. Heel relaxte sfeer. Erg lekker en luxe uitgebreid ontbijt. Restaurant was ook uitstekend. We moesten als introverte familie even wennen aan de enthousiaste personeelsleden die je allemaal (vaak ook tegelijk) begroeten en voor je klaar staan, maar hebben na drie dagen met veel goede herinneringen afscheid genomen. Was een hele fijne afsluiting van onze reis door Java en Lombok, heel veel dank ❤️

Un véritable havre de paix. Cet hôtel est sans aucun doute le plus bel hôtel de gili air. Nous avons séjourné dans la suite loft nouvellement construite et ce fut une pure réussite. La suite est parfaite pour une famille avec enfants . La décoration est sublime et le personnel vraiment adorable et attentionné. Tout est fait pour que nous passions un séjour extraordinaire. Nous avons même prolongé notre séjour tellement on s’est senti bien au Hani Hideaway. Merci à toute la team 🥰

Virkelig skuffende internet, som er ikke eksisterende på værelserne. Derudover var de i gang med en større renovation af nye boliger, som ødelagde opholdet for os eksisterende gæster. Renoveringslarm fra klokken 5 om morgenen til 23:00-24:00 om aftenen. Uacceptabelt at dette ikke annonceres i forbindelse med bookingen.. Derudover havde de lavet en “fejl” to gange på kvitteringen ved udtjekning, som betød 2.000.000 IDR mere end oprindeligt. French fries til 750.000 IDR og 2x bådtur frem for 1x bådtur. Her kunne man godt gøre sig lidt mere umage.

Cet endroit est un havre de paix. Le personnel est vraiment adorable et la nourriture délicieuse. Il y a la possibilité de louer gratuitement des vélos ou du matériel de snorkeling. Ils peuvent également vous organiser des excursions. L'atmosphère est très paisible et on s'y sent comme à la maison.

Séjour merveilleux au Hani Hideaway ! Le petit-déjeuner est absolument fabuleux, varié et délicieux. La gentillesse et l’attention du personnel sont tout simplement incroyables, toujours souriants et prêts à rendre le séjour encore plus agréable. L’endroit est magnifique, paisible, très bien entretenu et idéalement situé, à la fois central et proche de tout. Une adresse que je recommande sans hésitation !

Het personeel was super vriendelijk en liet je meteen thuis voelen. Het ontbijt en het eten waren super lekker en meer dan voldoende. Er hing een magische sfeer in het hotel. Hotel op wandelafstand van de haven en goede locatie om de rest van het eiland te ontdekken. We mochten ook gratis gebruik maken van hun fietsen!

Personalet er for vildt og fremragende service. Wow! Maden er også fænomenal. Føles som en del af en familie. Meget familiære. Hyggelige initiativer med fællesmiddag.

Mangel på sol i poolen, der kan ikke soles. Aircon kan ikke følge med varmen, det var konstant 24 grader. Der er mange katte som bor på stedet, som ligger på gæsternes møbler. Det er ikke så godt for personer med allergi.

A beautiful gem of a hotel! The staff make your stay feel special and personalised, the food is excellent and the location feels peaceful and tranquil yet is close to everything.

Wir sind schon viel in der Welt rumgekommen, haben aber noch nie im Leben so eine schöne Unterkunft voller Herz und Liebe gesehen! Das Zimmer ist einfach wunderschön eingerichtet, wie die gesamte Anlage, die direkt zum Wohlfühlen und Ankommen einlädt und überhaupt nicht den Anschein eines kommerziellen Resort-Urlaubs vermittelt. Das gesamte Personal ist wie eine große Familie, einfach unglaublich herzlich und liebevoll, vor allem mit der Begrüßung „Welcome Home“ und den Fragen, wie der Tag war und was man erlebt hat. Am Abend wird sogar das Licht im Zimmer angemacht und das Bett zum Schlafen vorbereitet. Auch die Inhouse-Aktivitäten sind wahnsinnig cool und sehr gut organisiert, wenn man einen Roller für den Tag möchte organisiert das Team diesen direkt für nach dem Frühstück. Für andere Touren wird man sogar zum Ort gebracht, was sehr komfortabel ist. So etwas tolles haben wir noch nie zuvor erlebt und danken dem gesamten Hani Team von ganzem Herzen. Wir haben sogar eine Nacht verlängert, weil wir uns so wohl gefühlt haben.

Die Preise sind etwas teurer, was auch über dem europäischen Standard ist, dafür lohnt es sich aber sehr! Die Bäder haben leider eine etwas schlechtere Luftzirkulation, sodass nichts trocken wird und irgendwann etwas muffig riecht. Außerdem mussten wir durch die weitere Nacht unser Zimmer wechseln, was leider etwas älter war und viel zu klein für zwei Personen mit etwas weniger Steckdosen. Das hat den Ort aber nicht weniger magisch gemacht.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut gelegen und sehr gemütlich und das Personal war sehr bemüht. Das Essen war gut.

Am Pool gibt es keine frischen Handtücher, die man sich nehmen kann. Man muss hierfür extra fragen. Das Bad war nicht optimal gestaltet da Dusche und Klo in einem waren und wenn man auf die Toilette musste und davor geduscht hat, musste man immer durch den nassen Bereich laufen. Die Regendusche hat fast gar nicht funktioniert. Außerdem war der Toilettenbereich immer sehr muffig, da das halb im Außenbereich war. Die Portionen vom Essen waren teilweise fast etwas klein.

Alles war perfekt. Der Service, man kannte sofort unsere Namen und wirklich jeder Mitarbeiter dort war freundlich und interessiert. Es gab kostenlose Fahrräder zum aussleihen, wunderbar organisierte Events (wir haben am BBQ Dinner teilgenommen), alles war total sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet und total detailverliebt. Die Lage ist ein Traum, man kommt überall super schnell hin und wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das schönste Hotel auf unserer gesamten Reise!

Die Tür zu unserem Bungalow hat sich etwas schwierig zuschieben/ verschließen lassen.

This is the spot to book! We felt incredibly safe, relaxed, and genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The room was cleaned and tidied several times a day, and the staff were always happy to help with anything we needed. The food was outstanding, and the breakfast was easily the best hotel breakfast we had during our trip. A special thank you to Peng and the entire team for making our honeymoon so memorable and for giving us the best Gili Air experience possible. Without a doubt, this was one of the best stays we’ve ever had.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel felt less like a place to stay and more like a home away from home. Every single detail is so thoughtfully done — from the beautiful atmosphere and peaceful surroundings to the warmth and kindness of the staff. You can truly tell they care deeply about their guests and go above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome. The staff were incredibly attentive, accommodating, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Their genuine hospitality made such a difference and created such a comforting environment throughout our stay. One of the most special parts of our stay was the five resident cats, who completely stole our hearts. It’s such a unique touch that makes this place unforgettable. This hotel is not only beautiful, but it also has a warmth and soul that’s hard to find. We left feeling so relaxed, cared for, and already wanting to come back. Could not recommend this place more highly.

Hôtel absolument incroyable sur Gili Air ! Tout était parfait du début à la fin. L’établissement est magnifique, très soigné, propre et décoré avec énormément de goût. Le personnel mérite une mention spéciale : toujours disponible quand il faut, sans être envahissant, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable et reposant. Ils nous ont conseillé de super endroits pour manger et admirer les sunsets, nous ont prêté des vélos et aidés pour nos activités sur l’île. Leur petite phrase “Welcome home” à chaque retour à l’hôtel faisait vraiment toute la différence et donnait l’impression d’être chez nous. Mention spéciale aussi à la mascotte de l’hôtel, le petit chat adorable qu’on aurait bien ramené dans nos valises ! Et le petit bracelet offert avant notre départ était une attention tellement touchante. Une seule envie : revenir au plus vite et recommander cet hôtel les yeux fermés !

Honnêtement très peu de choses à reprocher. Le seul petit point d’amélioration serait peut-être le petit déjeuner qui pourrait être un peu plus varié, même s’il restait globalement très bon et satisfaisant.

You can truly feel how much love, care, and passion has been put into every detail of this place. The entire concept is very thoughtful — from the stunning design of the hotel to all the little touches that make the experience feel personal and unique. The staff deserves a very special mention. Everyone on the team was unbelievably warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. They made everything feel easy and comfortable, exactly how a holiday should be. You can tell they truly care about their guests and always go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The pool area is beautiful and feels like a little jungle oasis. We also loved that the hotel only has a few rooms, which creates such a calm, intimate, and familiar atmosphere. Every evening, the room was prepared beautifully for the night with candles lit and everything arranged so warmly that coming back felt like coming home. We also joined the family dinner during our stay and it was such a special experience. Letterlijk het beste verblijf waar wij ooit zijn geweest. Het personeel laat je echt thuis voelen en alles klopt! Kamer was erg fijn en super schoon. Daarbij was het zwembad heerlijk en de bedjes eromheen. Ook is het family diner echt een aanrader! Wij komen hier hoe dan ook nog een keer terug.

Dieser familiär geführte Betrieb ist wirklich eine Klasse für sich! Wir waren eine Woche dort und würden jederzeit sofort wiederkommen und das werden wir ganz sicher auch. Das gesamte Team ist außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und stets hilfsbereit. Der Service ist einfach weltklasse, wir haben uns nicht wie in einer Unterkunft gefühlt, sondern eher wie zuhause angekommen. Die Unterkunft selbst lässt keine Wünsche offen, und die Poollandschaft ist wunderschön und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Ein besonderes Highlight ist auch das Restaurant: Das Frühstück ist ein absoluter Traum, und die gemeinsamen, familiären Abendessen bieten eine tolle Gelegenheit, neue Leute kennenzulernen. Das Essen insgesamt ist einfach hervorragend. Man merkt wahrscheinlich, wie schwer es uns fällt, aus dem Schwärmen herauszukommen 😄 Wir haben schon viele Hotels und Unterkünfte erlebt, aber so etwas Besonderes ist uns bisher noch nicht begegnet. Ganz klare Empfehlung – und nochmals ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team für diese unvergessliche Zeit!

A estadia foi simplesmente fenomenal — tudo top, sem exceção. Os funcionários eram incríveis, super atenciosos e sempre disponíveis para ajudar no que fosse preciso. As instalações estavam sempre impecáveis, com uma atenção ao pormenor espetacular. Limpavam o quarto constantemente e todas as noites vinham preparar a cama e refrescar o espaço, para que estivesse perfeito quando regressássemos. O pequeno-almoço também era fenomenal — vale mesmo a pena! Desde o primeiro momento sentimos um excelente acolhimento, inclusive foram-nos buscar ao cais e acompanharam-nos até ao hotel. Estiveram sempre disponíveis para qualquer necessidade ao longo da estadia. Recomendo totalmente, sem dúvida uma experiência 10/10!

Lovely and relaxing hotel. The staff were so kind, the pool was incredible and the garden was so beautiful. Nice filling breakfast suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Well located - in the centre of Gili Air next to a lively street yet tucked away. I loved my experience here and would happily go back.

Nous avons séjourné dans plusieurs hôtels à Gili Air, et le Hani Hideaway se distingue clairement comme le meilleur. Il offre sans aucun doute le meilleur rapport qualité-prix de l’île. La piscine est magnifique, entourée d’une végétation qui crée une atmosphère exceptionnelle. Les chambres sont décorées avec beaucoup de goût, le personnel est particulièrement attentionné, et le restaurant propose une cuisine absolument délicieuse

This place is out of the ordinary. It’s so much more than a hotel,it’s a home away from home. The staff makes you feel at home from the day you arrive and will make your stay so special. The property is beautiful and the food is delicious. This is my second time at Hani and for sure not my last. All the best to the whole staff,you are amazing❤️

The hotel and the absolut friendly staff completely won us over: the rooms, the pool area and the terrace are beautifully designed, the breakfast has a wide range of options and was delicious. The location close to the beaches and several restaurants was great and in walking distance to the pier. A completely relaxing atmosphere was created letting us feel as in a oasis the whole time. What really made the special factor was the attention to detail and the super attentive and helpful staff. We will be back!

Wonderful little boutique hotel tucked away from the main street but really close to the port and everything you need. The hotel has a really tranquil ambience, you feel immediately relaxed. Every little detail has been thought of, the rooms are amazing, the pool and lounge areas are pristine, plenty of beds and loungers. The food is great and the staff are absolutely wonderful, incredibly sweet and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. It really is a home from home. Highly recommend.

Nothing - it’s perfect.

Dieses Hotel wird mit viel Liebe zum Detail geführt. Die Mitarbeitenden waren ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend sogar noch mehr, als ich es sonst aus Indonesien kenne. Es ist ein kleines, aber sehr feines Hotel, in dem ich mich rundum wohlgefühlt habe. Ich kann es von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

En av dem finaste ställe vi har bott på! Rekommenderar gärna till alla! Man känner sig som hemma! Ägaren gör fantastisk jobb!
