Reviewed Sep 1, 2026友人4人と未就学児2人を連れて宿泊しました。布団もあったので未就学児は布団で寝かすことができて安心安全でした。 子供がいない2人は別室で、しかもその別室にはシャワーと洗面所もついてあったのでとても助かりました。 洗面所が2つと、姿鏡もあったので女性4人でしたが化粧などの支度で混雑することもなく快適でした。
部屋のボタンキーが数字は押しやすかったが、ロックのボタンだけ以上に硬くて苦戦しました。何度か失敗した後に強く押し込むと反応しました。 駐車場について、1台だけ無料の部屋でしたが人数的にも2台必要で有料でもいいので駐車させて欲しかったです。真隣に有料駐車場があったので利用できましたが、料金形態が看板と最終的な支払いとで違いがあったので注意です。

Price and quality don't align at all. Not satisfied. This is advertised as a 3-bedroom suite, but it's in fact a 1-bedroom suite with two sleeping areas located in the living space without possibility to close these off. We found crisps from the previous users under the table in the otherwise clean room. Automated check-in process didn't work since the system couldn't read one of the passports. The service line in the system was disconnected after 60 seconds without anyone speaking to us. We had to by-pass the system in order to get into the room. Rooftop pool was nice, but this hotel doesn't have any facilities outside of the room and the small pool. Walking distance to the American Village is nice, but don't expect seaviews from this hotel. This wasn't the luxurious retreat that we expected based on the staggering €300+ per night we paid.

The excellent facilities are not worth the pain of dealing with these scumbags. Check in is completely unmanned and extremely confusing. Instructions and directions are very vague for the three unconnected buildings, all operating with very similar names. I spent almost one hour trying to get to my room after an extremely long and stressful day. Replies to messages extremely slow. This is the most appallingpart, my flight was canceled due to a typhoon and they would not let me extend my stay for one night I tried to address this the day prior but was given nothing but noncommital and vague replies. Finally, with the typhoon landing within hours, they said they will cancel the last night of the with no cancelation fee. I made arrangements elsewhere to ensure our safety. Then they charge me a late checkout fee anyway and argue with me endlessly. They were literally going to kick my family out in the middle of a typhoon. Scammer b******s

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026距離美國村步行約10幾分鐘，附近也有全家也算方便，性價比非常高，但只有一間房，其他都是開放式空間，適合熟識的家人朋友大家可以一起聊天煮飯氛圍很棒！全家大小7人入住，客廳、和室都蠻大，廚房稍微小一點，有大冰箱可以買東西下廚，衛浴有兩間，其中一間還有浴缸，有洗衣機跟烘衣機真的超棒，每天都可以洗全家人衣服，整體也非常乾淨，自助check in人多的話會比較久一點，因為護照要一個一個掃描，期間剛好遇到電視使用問題，傳E-mail詢問回答也蠻快速，這次入住五晚體驗非常棒！大推
廚房的鍋具偏少，沒有大鍋子也沒有碗，對大家庭要下廚有點困擾，平底鍋還燒焦，這點希望可以改善，謝謝。

Es un hermoso departamento, linda vista, muy bien ubicado, varios restaurant a minutos caminando, cerca de shopping, farmacias y todo el proceso de check in y check out muy simple y fácil. Otros comentarios hablan de ruido o molestias por un restaurant en el primer piso a nosotros no nos molestó nada, nunca sentimos ruido o algún inconveniente. Sin duda volveremos.
Poco que decir, le faltaba un lugar para dejar artículos de baño y cosméticos.

There was a beeping sound from the gas detector in the kitchen. It beeped every 5 minutes for 2 nights and it was annoying to sleep with it. Although they responsed very fast, it still took about 3 days to find out the root cause and fixed it. They sent technicians 3 times to fix it. If they could wait 5 minutes to make sure it's fixed, it would be much better. - The cloth dryer has limited volume to dry up cloth and there are no place or equipments to line/air-dry the cloths - A small bath stool would be nice to shower before bathing - No bowls provided in the kitchen

八個人住在同一層竟然只有一個廁所跟一個浴室，實在是太少了，連一般家庭三房都有兩間廁所了，八個人住一間只有一個廁所這個非常不方便。 另外入住的如果是結之家，門口的車位相當難停車，因為有一根柱子還拉了一條繩索直接擋在車位前，開大車的要小心考驗技術

5인가족인데 거실에 침대 2개와 다다미 마루가 있고 따로 침대 2개짜리 방이 하나 더 있는특이한 구조였습니다 다다미 위에 요를 펼수있지만 독립된 공간이 필요하다면 불편할수도 있습니다 어린아이들이 있으면 괜찮겠네요 그리고 주방이 있지만 조리도구 , 그릇이 턱없이 부족해요 음식을 해먹기는 어려울것 같아요

Reviewed Apr 22, 20267명이서 갔는데 숙소가 커서좋았습니다. 방2개 화장실2개라 남여분리사용이 편했고 메세지로 이거저거 물어보면 답장이 빠르게 왔습니다 숙소위치 찾는게 좀 어려웠는데 예약완료 후 pdf파일을 보내주는데 그걸 잘봐야합니다. 문서에는 잘 나와있습니다. 저는 대충 여기겠지하고 갔는데 같은 이름의 건물이 3개라서 헷갈렸네요. 세탁기,건조기,취사가 가능하니 여러모로 편하고 좋았습니다. 주차도 호실별로 지정해주고 큰차도 주차하기 편했습니다. 한국인 투숙객들이 많아서 은근 심리적 안정감?이 들었네요. 엘리베이터에서 스몰토크도 가능하고 결론은 추천합니다~

Reviewed Apr 14, 2026Location was great, we could walk to restaurants and konbinis. There was a view of brightly colored buildings with the ocean behind them. My kids loved the rooftop pool! The room was lovely and clean, with lots of space and a good AC. I was nervous about not having anyone to check us in, but it was a non-issue.
There was a really weird smell in the hall, but it didn't affect the room so it wasn't a big deal.

駐車場が若干狭く感じる。 エアコンからポコポコ音が出て気になる。 気密が良すぎて玄関、リビング窓が開かない。
