Krapte van de kamer, badkamer die niet op slot kan en een kamer met 2 “bedden” waar 2 bedden niet mogelijk is en je dus 1 bed hebt

Wirklich schönes, sauberes Hotel mit einer optimalen Ausgangslage für Sightseeing-Touren. Freundliches Personal, auch teilweise deutschsprachig. Kleiner, aber völlig ausreichender Wellnessbereich im schönen Keller des Hotels. Frühstücksauswahl war eher kleiner, aber lecker!

Es sind Kleinigkeiten die ich kritisieren würde. Der sehr teure Parkplatz im Hinterhof zum Beispiel, aber dafür gibt es auch eine Lösung.. 150m weiter gibt es eine Tiefgarage wo man für die Hälfte für 24Std. sein Auto parken kann. Das Hotel verfügt über einen Pool, einer Sauna und einem Fitness Raum. Das Ambiente ist wirklich schön, ein paar mehr Liegemöglichkeiten zum Ausruhen könnten aber nicht schaden.

Het ontbijt was ZEER uitgebreid en het is een TOP locatie.

Alles was top dus niets viel ons tegen.

Le rapport qualité prix. Chambres extrêmement basiques dont l’accès se fait via des marches étroites, sans le moindre signe d’accueil du style une petite bouteille d’eau… Parking de l’hôtel sans place, le premier parking libre était à 20 min à pied de l’hôtel. Une demande pour changer notre date de séjour avait été faite 15 jours avant, sans exigence particulière pour une nouvelle date ( cela aurait pu être n’importe quand, selon leurs disponibilités), ce qui nous a été refusé. Prix exorbitant du petit déjeuner. Dommage…

It’s an old building so not too well equipped with lifts and lots of steps if you are not so easy on your feet. But for fit Young things no problem you get your steps in.

Fantastic property with some lovely features. Our room was lovely, beautifully clean, and really large, and the bed was super comfy. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Acqua un po' freschina della piscina

Tyst och fräscht. Bra sängar. Bra med privat parkering. Bra frukost, även för glutenfritt. Underbar trädgård. Perfekt Läge. Franky (i baren) gav utmärkt service och gjorde så att vi kände oss som hemma.

Nous avons apprécié la proximité de l’hôtel qui est en plein centre ville. Pas besoin de voiture pour visiter Bruges. De plus la chambre était confortable et la salle de bain très grande.

-Le prix de l’hôtel est vraiment élevé pour la qualité. On s’attend à un incroyable hôtel mais la chambre est seulement correcte. De plus, la salle de sport est vielle.

Genuinely a lovely Hotel -Rooms very clean - Parking Great and exceptional location - Everything is on your door step ! Only issue is next time i will book a room at the back of the hotel as firstly the stairs are just so steep and we had two flights to climb and secondly there is a lot of road noise to deal with and i like sleeping with windows open !

Le personnel très accueillant et sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel. L'emplacement de l'hotel est parfait, il est à deux pas de tout.

Le montant du parking pour la nuit. La vue sur la ville qui ne vaut pas le prix supplémentaires, c'est plus une vue sur la rue, le devant de l'hotel. Je ne pense pas que la piscine soit chauffé et le sauna n'était pas fonctionnel.

Small thing but …. We found several mosquitoes in the room. Went to reception to see if we could change the room but they gave us a plug in mosquito deterrent instead. Not the best nights sleep as paranoid about being bitten.

Nous avons aimé l'emplacement de l'hôtel, à deux pas de la grand place de Bruges. Le petit déjeuner est complet et dans un cadre très élégant. Le personnel est vraiment très agréable et à notre arrivée la dame de l'accueil nous a très bien conseillé sur ce qui était à voir dans la ville. Cela nous a fait gagné un temps précieux.

Nous n'avons pas aimé l'emplacement de notre chambre,au rez-de-chaussée, à l'arrière de l'hôtel, avec très peu de lumière du jour. C'était aussi l'endroit technique pour le personnel de ménage donc un peu bruyant le matin. J'ai trouvé décevant le fait de ne pas avoir de peignoir et de chaussons pour un hôtel de ce rang. Mais le vrai problème a été le bruit...des ébats de nos voisins à l'étage au point de nous réveiller le matin !! Le bruit était également entendu du parking. Je n'ose pas imaginer si nos enfants avaient été présents.

Creo que en general todo aquello que esperas de un hotel lo cumplía a la perfección. Espacio, limpieza, atención al cliente y localización.

Location was excellent just off the main road so quiet at night

Die Lage ist fantastisch. In einer Minute ist man am Burgfried und dennoch liegt es nicht mitten im Trubel. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt im Hotel Hof für 30 € am Tag. Das Frühstück fanden wir sehr, sehr lecker! Von Müsli über Wurst und Käse, gebackene Bohnen, Rührei, Spiegelei, Champignons, Croissants, verschiedene Brötchen und vieles vieles mehr steht zur Auswahl zur Verfügung.

Excellent location, accommodation and breakfast. We didn't have a chance to check out many of the other amenities, but the property was in excellent condition, and service was very friendly and efficient.

As is typical in Europe, the elevators are small and it's sometimes necessary to negotiate some stairs in spite of the elevators depending on room location - not a big deal for us but perhaps problematic for some who want to carry their own luggage.

Very disappointing experience, especially as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. The room was small and not properly clean. It was advertised as having a balcony with a city view, but the balcony actually overlooked the hotel car park. The pool was also very small and had far too much chlorine. When I complained, the manager was extremely rude, which made the whole situation unnecessarily stressful. I was disappointed by the hotel’s lack of respect for consumer rights. I would return to Bruges a thousand times, but I would definitely choose another hotel — there are better options at even better prices.

Hotel molto bello e in ottima posizione. Purtroppo inizialmente ci è stata assegnata una camera Comfort nella dépendance, adiacente al parcheggio. Ritengo che al momento della prenotazione dovrebbe essere indicato chiaramente che alcune camere possono trovarsi in una dépendance: soggiornare lì offre un’esperienza decisamente diversa rispetto al corpo principale dell’hotel, sia per l’atmosfera sia per l’accesso ai servizi. Dopo aver espresso il nostro disagio, lo staff ha ascoltato le nostre esigenze e ci ha infine offerto un upgrade gratuito in una camera nel main building. L’assistenza al cliente è stata quindi, alla fine, molto soddisfacente e abbiamo apprezzato molto la soluzione trovata.

Il fatto di sapere solo giunta sul posto che poteva essere assegnata anche una stanza nella struttura adiacente. Il problema della depandance è di trovarsi vicina al parcheggio interno e alla strada, di conseguenza è molto esposta ai rumori del traffico e delle auto che accendono alla struttura (portiere sbattute, trolley trascinati sulla pavimentazione di sampietrini). Inoltre per accedere a piscina, palestra e per fare colazione bisogna mettersi la giacca, portare anche l'ombrello , considerata la variabilità del tempo , rendendo un'esperienza non al pari di quella che si può avere all'interno della struttura principale. Da ultimo la Nespresso non funzionava.

De niet gevulde minibar……wij zouden adviseren om daar een biertje en wijntje in te zetten aangevuld met heerlijke Belgische chocolade en een nootje en chipje. Dat uiteraard wel tegen betaling 😉 PS: bij kamer 220 was/is de temperatuur-regelaar van de thermostaat kraan van de douche kapot/afgebroken. Klein aandachtspuntje.

De locatie en het zwembad(je)

De rare constructie om bij de kamer te komen, met de lift naar de eerste en dan weer een andere lift naar de tweede. Het ontbijt leek bijna wel een sketch uit Fawlty Towers, de dames kwamen verward en gestrest over. Heel vriendelijk was het ook allemaal niet. Het ontbijt zelf was redelijk.
