Aucune ventilations, humidite partout dans la chambre et dans la salle de bains. Vue sur la rue de derriere. Pas d'isolation, on entendait tout le bruit extérieur en + du voisin du dessus qui était irrespectueux et faisait du bruit jusqu'à des 3h du matin. Plusieurs fois la chambre a oublié d'être faite et nettoyée

Parfait rapport qualite/prix. Proche du centre, qualité des services, décoration soignée. J'ai adoré.

The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The pool was a nice option, used on both days of our stay. The staff were helpful and pleasant.

Nothing significant at all. It is on a reasonably busy road, however, it benefits from being in a location that offers easy access to key areas and amenities.

Very good location, close to the city center and all restaurants, market and historical attractions. Breakfast was good as on Belgian breakfast standards. Room was good with very comfortable bed.

Although charming, but in the old style part of the hotel there are no available lifts. Only very steep staircases. Therefore, if you are travelling with heavy luggage or have mobility issues, I would recommend requesting a room in the newer part of the hotel, where elevators are available. The hotel does not have its own parking facilities. Guests need to use a nearby public parking lot, which is conveniently located close to the hotel.

Zeer gastvrij. Onze kamer was eerder klaar en wij mochten dan ook eerder in de kamer. Dichtbij het centrum. Goed te lopen. Ook als je met de trein bent. Heerlijk ontbijt en goede bedden. Airco op de kamer. Gewoon top.

Chambre pas prête à notre arrivée, alors qu’elle devait l’être d’après Booking . Nous avons du laisser nos bagages et partir en ville sans prendre la chambre.

The staff were friendly, good size rooms, nice breakfast and location was great.

The rooms are very dated, the level of cleanliness is not great as there were a number of bugs in my room resulting in bug bites on my arms, luckily I had some bug cream with me, so was able to treat the stings. The Hotel put this down to the weather, however I kept my windows closed but you can see the dust and dirt on windows and on the floors. Hopefully the hotel will take more care with cleanliness going forwards as I did report it at the time. Friends with me did get bug bites too, so was not only my room.

Personeel is vriendelijk, locatie top, je loopt zo het centrum van Brugge in. De kamers zijn ruim, groot bed, genoeg ruimte. Lekkere douchegel enzv. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Het bed was fijn en groot, wel wat zacht voor mijn rug, zeker na het vele lopen op citytrip. Maar dat is persoonlijk en weegt voor mij niet op tegen de voordelen.

Nagyon kedves a személyzet,.A szoba tiszta es mindenhol illatosítók vannak üvegekben,így mindenfelé jó illatú a levegő. A reggeli is nagyszerű, elég nagy választék volt. Amikor megérkeztunk az ágyon üdvözlő csoki várt,amikor kijelentkeztunk egy csomag cookiest kaptunk. A hoteltől pár száz méterre egy parkolóházban hagytuk az autót,egy napra 17,10 €.

A kevés parkolóhely.

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία δίπλα στο κέντρο! Πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό ! Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο με μεγάλο κρεβάτι και το πρωινό εξαιρετικό.

Ότι άλλαζαν τα σεντόνια κάθε 3 βράδια. Θα προτιμούσα να ήταν κάθε μέρα

Beautiful hotel in a good location Very friendly staff. Good facilities . Very comfortable bed and pillows. Use of robe and slippers in bedroom allowing an easy visit to the indoor pool. Nice touches I.e complimentary chocolates on arrival and biscuits on departure.

Dusche war nicht sauber. Toilettenspülung lief lange nach (verschwendet Wasser und macht Geräusche), was nicht behoben wurde. Beim Frühstück gab es am ersten Tag erst auf ausdrückliche Nachfrage Müslischälchen, am zweiten Tag fehlte der Orangensaft.

Het kleed op de kamer was erg gevlekt en in de badkamer waren het bad en de plank boven de wastafel beschadigd. Het tapijt op de trappen en in de gang is ook wat versleten. Dat is jammer en doet afbreuk aan het verder goede hotel.

Se nota que es un hotel de 4 estrellas. Buena calidad, piscina y gym incluidos. Camas MUY comodas, lavabo cómodo y espacioso. Televisión con buen wifi. Pudimos ver el partido en directo sin problemas desde la cama. Mucha amabilidad del personal. A 19 minutos andando de la estación y a 10 minutos andando del centro de la ciudad.

Simplemente la mampara tenía un pequeño desperfecto, pero nada grave. Por ponerse muy exigente, no está exactamente en el centro, hay que andar unos 5 minutos para llegar a la primera "plaza" del centro.

Great breakfast, there's an indoor pool (although we did use it) Bathroom in the room was a great size, it also had a bath. Bed was comfortable.

The room we stayed in (room 253 on the top floor) had a very hot floor in places especially around the bed. Initially we thought they had under floor heating, it made for a very uncomfortable first night with not much sleep even though we opened the window. We told the guy at the front desk the next morning and he said "we don't have under floor heating" We asked for a room change but because we were going on an organised day tour we were told to come back later. By the time we got back, there was a staff change and the woman on duty didn't know anything about it. She said we had to stay in the room because they were fully booked. She asked to see the room, when we took her in, it was very warm and stuffy, she tried to tell me it was because we didn't have the air-conditioning on. I told her we shouldn't have to have it on as it wasn't summer? I asked her to bend down and touch the floor to feel the heat coming up from it but she wouldn't, she really wasn't interested in a solution for us. We had to stay in the room with the air-conditioning on all the time for the next 2 nights, which made the air passable but the floor was still warm. There is a problem with the floor in that room, there must be hot water pipes under the floor especially around the bed and between the room and the bathroom. It was very strange. I told the staff member when we checked out, he apologised but it is really too late for us. We paid good money to stay there for the 4 star rating and the location, but we don't think it was good value and I am sorry to say we wouldn't stay there again. Also the lift is very old, please get it maintained, it shudders and clunks it's way up and down the floors!

All front of house were very good, gave good recommendations around the city, the evening for finishing off with a drink in the bar entered into light conversations,

Kamer erg krap en gehorig, onder een trap. Wel koffiezetapparaat (Nescafe gelukkig en geen Senseo) maar geen stopcontact in de buurt dus met koffiezetten naar het nachtkastje verplaatsen. Dunne, slechte hoofdkussens. Geen parkeergelegenheid te boeken, ondanks dat het wel op de servicepagina stond. Dus op kwartier loopafstand priveporit geboekt. Niet echt handig.

Non essendo una catena, questo hotel grazioso e romantico è stato per noi una sorpresa. A due passi dal centro di Bruges, abbiamo soggiornato in una camera non grandissima, ma confortevole, con IL LETTO MIGLIORE DI SEMPRE. Sala colazione piccola ma con tanta scelta nel buffet.

L'hotel è dotato di un parcheggio privato sul retro, ma dalle ridottissime dimensioni (nonostante avessimo riservato un posto, abbiamo preferito parcheggiare l'auto in un garage pubblico).

Ottima posizione per raggiungere in pochi minuti a piedi il centro dell'incantevole Bruges. Camera spaziosa, letti molto comodi, colazione squisita. Non abbiamo avuto tempo per provare la piscina dell'hotel.

La cama era grande y cómoda para descansar. La piscina climatizada era un extra que está genial. Llegamos antes de la hora de entrada y nos guardaron las maletas. El personal es amable.

La habitación tenía exceso de mobiliario para el tamaño que tenía y estábamos un poco incomodos. Además, tenía una columna en medio que dificultaba el movimiento y la visualización de la televisión.

Las camas muy cómodas. Tiene piscina interior también. El precio de los productos del mini bar son buenos. La habitación tiene cafetera y te reciben con chocolatinas belgas. Habitación muy cómoda.

La piscina era sucia. La cisterna del váter no funcionaba del todo bien.

Me gustó todo, zona tranquila pero cerca del centro historico. Personal amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Camas comodas, habitación muy completo con accesorios de baño, toallas y albornoces más zapatillas para usar en la zona de piscina. Desayuno completo y variado.

Location, breakfast, room - all superb

Chambre et déjeuner qui répondent aux attentes. Je n'ai séjourné qu'une nuit, je n'ai pas eu le temps de profiter de la piscine mais elle semble agréable.

J'ai eu un peu chaud la nuit, la climatisation était sur off, pas possible de l'allumer mais bon, j'aurais dû tester plus tôt.

The pool water colour ( green ) was un inviting. The bath towels were way too small. And past their sell buy date.

Überall stehen im Flur Duftkerzen herum, um den leicht muffigen Geruch zu übertünchen. Das Wasser im Pool war grünlich. Die Badezimmertür ließ sich nicht schließen. Es fehlte im Zimmer an Ablagefläche für Kleidung.

Location to the train station and the historic square was walkable. Rooms were unique and very clean with lots of amenities.

The check in and invoicing was complicated since I booked two rooms, one for my colleague. Separate payment was impossible, for the not pre-ordered breakfast that had to establish a new invoice. We had the same issue in another hotel in Brussels the day after, where all this was easy to solve in shortest time. The facilities look nice but some it is partly old and if you look to details a touch up or restauration would be recommended, especially in the bathroom.
