･カプセル内は大きさ的にも快適、寝心地良し ･シャワーがしっかりしている ･ラウンジが広い

･カプセル内にusbポートがタイプAのみ、コンセント差し込み口もなく実質的にタイプC等を用いる人はモバイルバッテリーを用いる以外にはラウンジを利用する他ないのが少し不便

Skvělá lokalita! Čisto. Lidé velice ohleduplní. Každý den dostanete nové ručníky a pyžamo. Krásný výhled ze společného patra. Koupelny jsou dobře vybaveny.

The pods gave off a very futuristic feel and it’s great for solo travellers who just need a clean and quiet place to sleep, only about 30 minutes from Haneda Airport! The pods itself are surprisingly spacious and the rooms were very quiet. You get your own luggage space to store your stuff and a really nice view on the 10th floor to study or do quiet work.

The pillow was quite hard and wasn’t comfortable for me.

Les capsules sont bien isolés sur le plan sonore. La localisation est excellente.

Le personnel est vraiment peu chaleureux. Ils sont un peu agressifs sur le check Out, la manière de vous dire de sortir, aucune flexibilité, ne serait-ce que de 3-4 minutes. Le Lounge ne possède aucun avantage, et il me semble pas assez grand pour le nombre de capsules, et donc de personnes présentes si on s’y retrouvait tous en même temps. Propreté de salle de bain Femme est à revoir, les douches sont correctes, mais les espaces communs lavabo, miroir sont très sales et plein de cheveux en permanence que ce soit le matin ou le soir.

Le personnel était froid, je ne recommande pas de prendre cet hôtel pour un long séjour, l’inaccessibilité des espaces entre 11h et 15h était extrêmement problématique et gênant.

大通りに出れば移動しやすく、入り口は大通りから入った所にあり落ち着いた雰囲気。

荷物を広げるスペースがあれば助かるなぁと思う。

Personnel froid, pratiquement pas d'équipements et des horaires de dortoirs où tous le monde doit sortir à 11h et revenir à 15h de l'après midi quelques soit la réservation, pas assez de places et de sécurité pour les bagages, intrusion du personnel dans les espaces masculin partagés sans notre accord...enfin décevant.

Al lado de la estación de Hamamatsucho, con línea directa al aeropuerto y a un precio muy razonable. Las instalaciones eran modernas y cuidadas y la cápsula era muy muy espaciosa. Muy buena experiencia en mi última noche en Japón!

シャワー室などの水回りは共有なので綺麗な状態を保つのは難しいかもしれないが、できるだけこまめに清掃をしてもらえるともっと満足感が上がると思います。

シャワー室も洗面台も多く、平日だったこともあり、待って使うようなことはなかった。 ロッカールームは狭いが、たまたま他の人と重ならなかったので、荷物を広げることが出来た。 カプセルルーム内は清潔で、広さも丁度よく、快適に過ごせた。 東京タワーが最上階から見られて、キレイだった。

冷房が効きすぎで、すごく寒くて夜中に目が覚めた。 寒すぎて眠れなかったので、布団を借りたくてスタッフにお願いしたら、予備はないとのこと。 階ごと温度を下げて頂くしかなく、他の方はどうだったなか申し訳ないと思った。

駅にも程よく近く、少し歩けば東京タワーや芝公園、恩賜庭園も近く、飲食店もなんでもある。 どこに行くにもアクセスがいい。 こちらの身体的な問題による要望を快く受けてくださった。 睡眠プランの結果はいつも参考にさせてもらっている。 香りも良かった。

カプセルの階とロッカーの階とシャワーの階が全て別だと本当に面倒。 よく考えて用意周到に移動しないと何回もエレベーターで行ったり来たりを繰り返す羽目になる。 シャワールームの換気があまり良くないのか、脱衣所の湿気が酷くカビが生えている。

Ciekawe przeżycie. Raczej jako doświadczenie na jedną noc. Dostaliśmy to czego się spodziewaliśmy plus super widok z ostatniego piętra.

Kapsuły powinny mieć drzwi lub jakieś wieko, bo przez kurtynę słychać każdy szelest.

Première expérience en capsule hôtel : à faire ! La capsule est confortable, j'y ai bien dormi. Les sanitaires étaient très propres. Les casiers suffisamment grands pour laisser valise cabine (la grande valise est restée à l'accueil). Il est possible de prendre un petit déjeuner acheté en konbini sur le rooftop avec vue sur Tokyo :)

カプセルホテルなので、やはり隣の人や近くの人のマナーが悪いと快適に睡眠は取れないです。

It’s clean and everything works the way it’s supposed.

There is not very good soundproofing, you can hear not only the neighbor guests but also the shower floor (I was in the 4th floor and you can hear the hair dryers and showers located two floors below)

Wir haben eine Nacht dort gebucht, obwohl wir zusätzlich ein anders Hotel über mehrere Tage hatten. Wir wollten ein Kapsel-Hotel einfach mal ausprobieren. Und es war eine durchweg positive Erfahrung: sauber, ruhig, gut organisiert, bequem. Gerade für Reisende mit begrenztem finanziellen Hintergrund wirklich gut. Aber nicht als Aufenthalt für mehrere Nächte gedacht und geeignet.

Alles war gut.

Bon emplacement par rapport à l'aéroport de Haneda. Très propre et calme. Fournissent tout l'équipement nécessaire. (Attention si vous voulez le petit déjeuner, le lieu partenaire n'ouvre pas avant 7h30)

Nous pensions pouvoir manger et parler à l'étage "lounge" , mais beaucoup de personnes y travaillaient sans un bruit.

Pod is spacious and the pillow is well designed.

The mattress was too firm.

Super clean. Felt very safe. The pod was comfortable. Showers are very nice. Rooftop view was fantastic.

I wish there was a bench in the locker area for taking shoes on and off and a small space to open a suitcase. The locker area is very tight when a few people are in there at the same time. The pillows could be softer but Japan pillows are very different from the U.S. so that was somewhat normal.

駅からの近さ

水道橋店を以前利用したので、洗面台、ロッカールームが狭く感じた。チェックイン前に荷物を預けようとした際、特に説明なく奥に置いといて　という感じの対応で本当に置いておいてよいのか無くならないかモヤモヤした

仕方ないが、やはりエレベーターでの待ち時間が...

シャワー室が水浸し、空調がキツすぎ、帰宅してから皮膚トラブルがあり『ダニ』によるものと言われ残念でした。

Clean and well organised, I would stay again if I have to stay only for 9 hours.

I wouldn't recommend to stay longer than 9 hours. There are no kitchen facilities available (no fridge/microwave/kettle). Lounge in the 10th floor is without bathroom or even a sink and therefore not really suited for eating (unless you heat your food up in the konbini). The fact that you have to leave the facility between 1am and 3pm is annoying. There is also no soap in the toilets on the sleeping floors, and the shower floor has only one toilet. The lockers are also very small.

Staff of the property is lacking and slow, will not respond on messages.

The staff was just great! Helpful, efficient, and courteous! Everything is well organised and with information everywhere on how to proceed. Loved the welcome kit with sleepware and all the towels you'll need. The access to the showers and the capsules is easy. Great shower, good toiletries. Perfectly clean!

The capsules where great, but could be more confortable when comparing with other experiences from the competition in Tokyo. Not having showers on each floor, and the need to use the lift with some waiting time.

一応、綺麗に使われてました。

夜中に着いた、受けつけた？人達がうるさかった！！ 朝のちょっ九アウトに誰もいなかった。チェクインの時にタオル等有る場所を教えてもらえなかった。

The only bad thing in my opinion was that it was too bight early morning. The “door” the pods have doesn’t make it very dark inside.

도쿄 갈때마다 늘 방문하는 숙소입니다. 접근성 좋고 청결하고 짧은 여행에 딱 맞춤인 숙소입니다. 라커 침실 욕실이 분리 되어 있어 불편한 분들도 있을 수 있겠지만 저는 그 부분이 장점이라 생각합니다.

ラウンジからの景色が素晴らしい。いつまででもいられる。 ロッカーにタオルセットを置いてくれていて、親切でした。

トイレ、シャワーが2階しかない割にエレベーターが一つしかないので、移動が大変不便でした。

Otima localização, local limpo e aconchegante

Location was good as close to monorail station for the airport. Cool balconies on the roof to view the city from the comfort of a private area. Showers were very good, and clean too.

Pillows were a bit solid, a normal pillow would have been comfier than whatever moulded pillow was in the capsule. Would have liked some sort of a more secure door, even a latch on the pull down would have been a bit more comforting.

Se que no es culpa del hostal pero a las 2-3 am otros huespedes empezaron a hacer mucho ruido y no pude dormir a partir de ahi.

ロッカーや洗面台付近に椅子がほしい。着替えるのに椅子がないとズボン、靴下を着るのが大変である。

シャワー室のアメニティの質がよかった 枕とお布団がよかった

シャワー室、荷物室、寝る部屋、食べる部屋がすべて別の階で、行ったり来たりが大変だった

ロッカールーム。私がチェックインして着替えた時は大丈夫でしたが、朝は床が汚れてた。　着替えの時に気を付けないとズボンや靴下が汚れるかも。　更衣室を共有の場所！と思わない人、概念がない人たちが多いらしい。シャワールームも使用済みのタオルが置いてあったので、清潔感を期待しない方が良いです。 　ホテルで借りる足ふきは、シャワー後も返さずに着替えた翌朝に返した方が良いです。 　朝早くにチェックアウトするならロッカールームの汚れは　気にならないかも。

駅からアクセスも良く景色も良い

ロッカーが狭い為、キャリーケースや荷物を広げて 長い時間されてるのは迷惑

コストパフォーマンスは最高です。立地も非常に良いです。また、係の対応も簡素でよかったです。

カプセル内の寝心地は良かったのですが、空調の風切り音が大きく熟睡できなった。また、私にとっては独特のきつい匂いが部屋全体に流れていたので、他の匂いにしてほしい。

Didn't quite like that there was virtually only one elevator though everything was in different floors. for example, shower room was on the ground floor. Locker was 3rd floor. my pod was on the 6th floor. so you had to keep going up and down, back and forth and it was a bit annoying.

l'expérience d'un hôtel capsule

場所を探すのに時間がかかった。ホテルの表記がわかりずらかった。

きれいでした タオルや衣類があって良かったです 受付で、タオルや衣類がロッカーにあることを言っていただけるとより良いと思います 9階行きたかったのですが、男性ばかりおられて入りにくくやめました。

The location and its overlooking view of the Tokyo tower. The property was well cleaned everyday. There was no loud noise made by other tenants.

The lack of plug inside the capsule. Hope there are atleast 2 outlet to plug for devices. But overall, no other complaints. The messiness of some tenants, especially in the shower area.

Ogólna koncepcja hotelu kapsułowego była bardzo ciekawym doświadczeniem. Hotel jest bardzo klimatycznie zaprojektowany, minimalistyczny, wręcz futurystyczny, dostępne tarasy na ostatnim piętrze z super widokami na Tokio i Tokyo Tower. Kapsuły przestrzenne, przy dłuższym pobycie jest codzienna wymiana ręczników i piżamek 😆 szeroka dostępność pryszniców, lockerow na bagaże. W całym hotelu panowała bardzo cicha atmosfera

Kapsuły mogłyby być lepiej wyposażone w środku (tylko jedno gniazdko USB, sterowanie klimatyzacji, i inne bajery, itp). Poduszka była twarda. Kapsuła zamykana była tylko żaluzją więc dostępność światła i odgłosy z zewnątrz były niedogodne. Lokalizacja pryszniców + lockerow na bagaże + kapsuły do spania => wszystko na różnych piętrach tylko jedna winda. To powoduje wąskie gardło logistyczne

綺麗でした 連泊しましたが、館内着もタオルも次の日の分をベットのところにセットしておいてくれてました。気持ちよく連泊できました

なぜか個人情報が流出しました。詐欺らしきメールが宿泊前に数件、それと途中で宿泊予約の番号が変わるなどしました。顧客の情報管理が甘いと思います。スタッフさんの対応やホテル自体が良かったため尚更残念です。個人情報がそんなに広まってしまうのならもう泊まれません。

静かで清潔であった。またシャワーや洗面がたくさんある点も良い。

スタッフさんのせいではないが、一部トイレにゴミが置いてあった。

Emplacement Propreté Vue sur Tokyo tower

It was very easy to use and was I was surprised at how comfortable it was for a capsule hotel. I felt there was a great amount of space, it was incredibly clean, it felt safe, and good amenities. Location was also easy access to the airport for our flight the next day.

The pillow was not very comfy at all and could do with a plug not just a usb port.

L'expérience est très sympa et c'est très clean et tres bien organisé.Les capsules sont confortables et impeccables. La vue by night depuis le rooftop est vraiment pas mal.

Deux WC aux deuxième étage pour 9 étages de capsules, surtout au Japon, c'est très étonnant. Ventilation hyper bruyante 24/24 et la pièce où se trouve les capsules n'est pas du tout occultée. Il fait grand jour dès 6h du matin et les petits stores des capsules n'y changent pas grand chose. Donc prévoir boules Quies et masque de nuit su vous êtes sensibles.

Je suis resté une semaine et j'ai très bien dormi chaque nuit, il était très tranquille sur l'étage des capsules et les clients étaient respectueuses. Emplacement excellent. Le salon au 10e étage était très pratique pour manger ou travailler, et a une belle vue sur la ville. Le capsule était très grand. J'adorerais le design contemporain des lieux. Il y a de l'espace sous le casier (au moins chez les hommes) pour laisser ses valises.

Comme d'autres commentateurs ont noté, l'oreiller était très dur, mais je m'y suis habitué après 1 nuit.

Infrastructure

Le fait de devoir partir de mon pods pour le nettoyage, moi je voulais juste rester dormir plus longtemps je n’avais pas besoin qu’on change mes draps et m’on quand même dégagé. Le jour où j’ai du partir il y avait un typhon et on m’a interdit de laisser ma valise après le Check out (tous les hôtels de Tokyo laisse faire ça ). J’ai du me baa,der dans Tokyo avec deux grosses valises pendant 5 heures sous une pluie torrentielle.

大門駅からすぐそこ、東京タワーから徒歩20分の距離にあるのでアクセスが良かったです。 コンビニやチェーンの飲食店が近くにあるので便利です。 共用スペースは写真通り東京タワーがいい感じで見えて綺麗です。バルコニーもありました。 カプセル内は広々していて、座っても大丈夫でした。 過去に名古屋と品川のナインアワーズを利用した時も思いましたが、臭い場所とか汚れている場所もなく、従業員の方が頻繁に清掃作業をしてくれています。このタイプの宿泊施設としてはかなり清潔な方だと思います。 シャワールームは数が少し少ないですが、天井シャワー(一番奥は無かったです)が付いていてゴージャスです。

仕方のないことですがロッカールームの通路が狭いです。混みだすと待ち時間が出てきます。 スケルトン天井になっていてダクトやら何やらむき出しになっています。 ただそこら辺の清掃が行き届いておらず、ホコリが溜まっています。 触れない場所だし待っているわけでもないですが、上段にいると結構気になります。
