Great location. Friendly staff. Plenty of amenities available. Food and drink options available all around immediate hotel area. Short walk to Shimbashi Station for Subway and restaurants.

Everything was great with this Hotel. The rooms were clean and surprisingly big for Tokyo. The bathroom was clean and there was no smell. Rooms appear to be well isolated, as i almost never heard the neighbours. The private public bath also helped make the stay a pleasant one. The staff are very helpful and professional, and they speak perfect english, so there is no issue with communicating. Its really close to several big subway stations so communications are good. The area is very quiet at night, but Shimbashi is within 10 minutes walk where there is plenty of restaurants and bars.

Great location, just a few minutes' walk from the metro and local stores. The breakfast (2,200 yen for adults, 1,500 yen for children) was excellent, featuring a wide variety in the buffet—including coffee, juices, different types of bread, desserts, eggs, sausages, pancakes, waffles, ice cream, pizza, soup, vegetables, fish, noodles, and much more. The staff was very polite, always willing to help, and spoke English very well. The hotel offers luggage storage after check-out, and they even received our luggage before our arrival. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again.

The room felt a bit humid, especially when coming back in the evening.

Hôtel très bien placé dans un quartier magnifique. Le personnel était très accueillant et surtout la chambre était grande ce qui est appréciable à Tokyo. Le grand lit était confortable et la salle de bain très agréable aussi. Un très bon séjour de deux nuits. L'hôtel est à 10 minutes à pied du monorail pour aller à L'aéroport de Haneda ce qui est très important pour éviter du stress quand on doit prendre un avion le matin. Un excellent séjour très agréable.

The location is quite central and in good weather is a good walking distance to GInza main street. It's also a good 10 min walk to the train station. The area though central is quiet. I also like that the beds and pillows are comfortable. The room I got was spacious, especially the bathroom.

There are not a lot of food places nearby, except for a trusty Family Mart.

・大浴場があるので、開放感がある中でゆっくりお風呂に入れた。朝風呂にも入れて良い一日のスタートがきれた。 ・部屋に無料のコーヒーセットがあり、コーヒーはドリップバックだったので美味しいコーヒーが無料で飲めた。 　毎日新しいものが補充されており、コーヒー好きとしては満足でした。 ・スタッフの方の対応も親切で良かったです。 ・病院の検査で着るような薄っぺらい簡易ガウンのようなものではなく、ちゃんとしたパジャマが 　上下用意されていたのが良かったです。 ・コインランドリーがあり、洗濯ができたので助かった。 ・目と鼻の先に小さなスーパーや、コンビニや飲食店もあるのが便利でした。

・部屋のトイレの流す力が弱いと思います。便器が少し古いなと感じました。 ・浜松町の駅からもう少し近ければ言うことなしだと思います。 ・朝食のビュッフェも全然悪くなく、楽しめましたが、メニューが毎日同じだったので変えてもらえたら嬉しいです。

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, en un barrio tranquilo y cerca de estaciones de metro y tren. La habitación superior es grande, agradable y tenía vista a la torre de Tokyo. El baño público perfecto para relajarse después de un día de visita.

El desayuno que no cambia de un dia a otro. Falta algo más japonés, como sashimi por ejemplo. Sin embargo, hay variedad para todos los gustos, lo que hay que agradecer.

J’ai aimé l’emplacement de l’hôtel qui était quand même assez proches de toutes les lignes de trains, métros. Le personnel toujours souriant et disponible. Chambre propre et grande.

The room size as per many of the rooms in Japan left much to be desired. The location of the hotel is actually quite secluded from Shimbashi or Shiodome. Not as convenient as other places in Tokyo.

El personal fue muy amable a nuestra llegada, además, la habitación era realmente espaciosa y con unas vistas bastante agradables.

ベットのマットレスが柔らかいのか、腰が痛くなった。 大浴場はありがたいのですが、宿泊者は外国人が多いため、循環式なのか微妙なところで躊躇してしまった。

Molto vicino alla stazione di Hamamatsucho. La stanza era molto spaziosa (non era la base ma la queen).

駅まで少し歩きますが、ロケーションがよく、主要都市に行くまで30分以内という便利な場所でした。大浴場すごく良かったです、ただホテルのせいじゃないですが外国人で泳いでる人見ました。。。もう少し注意書きなどを増やすかたまに従業員がチェックするなどすると良いのかな？と思いました。

コインランドリーが付いていたのはすごく助かりましたが数が少ないので毎回争奪戦で苦労しました。もう少し数を増やすと良いかな？と思いました。梅雨の時期に行ったからか節電してるからかわかりませんが館内の空調の温度が暑かったです。朝食のバライティーがもうちょっと増えると良いかな？と思いました。

Very conveniently located a business/ residential area away from the crowds of Shinjuku or Shibuya. But a Metro stop - Shiodome - and JR stop - Shimbashi, make it very convenient to get around to all major attractions. Tokyo station is only 2 JR stops away. Tokyo Tower is about 15 minute walk, too. Hotel is quiet, lots of Japanese tourists stay there, too. And has a small onsen on the top floor. Very reasonable priced for the accommodation, didn’t try the restaurant. All 3 major convenience stores are 1 min walk away plus a small grocery store nearby

The Room was very comfy and big enough for us. It actually felt pretty luxurious. Beds were nice and big. We did not suffer from any noise (well, except the drills from the fire station across the street, but only during the day). Cleaning service was reliable and very proper. Washing machines easy to use. 3 different convenient stores right around the corner. Check-in / Check-out was relatively uncomplicated.

The district is the worst home base you can pick for a tokyo vacation. If you want to have a japanese experience, avoid Minato City: It is heavily inspired by mediterran influences and tries to be a "little italy". I did not fly 12 hours to have nothing but pizzerias on every corner. Every point of interest is more or less 30 minutes away. Besides faux-italian experience, you mostly have offices and urban highways there. In a similar note, skip booking breakfast, if you are there for more than 3 days or so. It tries to be a japanese-italian fusion, failing terribly at both: You have 3 sad looking pizza variants (always the same), oily pasta and some bread (no cheese or cold cuts for that) on the european side. Plus some "bacon" and sausages and some absurdly runny scambled egg. No vegan milk alternatives for coffee. Soft boiled egg, cooled on ice for some reason. Some "chefs chili", seemingly the same every day. On the other hand, you have miso soup to which you can add wakame or spring onion, nothing else. Cold soba noodles and soup, again, without much to put into it. Soy soup, which was way too salty, even for me. Some tamagoyaki, thank god. Alternating per day mackerel or salmon, both consisting of more bones than meat. Rice but no furikake or anything else to really add to it. No surimi, no other fish products. Some overly soft tofu, again nothing to pair it with. Less japanese food than at your run of the mill street sushi vendor at home. Also, no variety. I was bored to tears of it after day 4. After the first week, I basically had miso soup and a bit tamagoyaki for breakfast, nothing else. You can get better things at the lawson next door, cheaper. Only book, if you like sweets for breakfast, the small cakes, croissants and fruit are decent.

Była możliwość zrobienia prania, niestety pralki cały czas zajęte, duże obłożenie. Program prania mógłby już krótszy zamiast 2,5 godz powinien być godzinny dzięki czemu szybciej można byłoby zrobić pranie i nie byłoby kolejek do pralki.

Very good location and the room was comfortable. Cleaning staff were very courteous and did a great job.

Checking in via the terminals was not convenient, especially for multiple occupants in one room. Reception staff were only somewhat helpful.

Kleines Badezimmer. Check In musste selbst duchgeführt werden, wir waren in 3 verschiedenen Hotels dieses war mit Abstand das teuerste was sich leider im Service nicht wiederspiegelte. Hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit in den Zimmern. Spiegel ist am abblättern.

ユニットバス(バス、トイレ別々が良かった) 自販機の種類が少ない 現金のみで電子マネーが使用できなかった

we arrived early for check in and the lobby was crowded with luggage and people. it seemed rather chaotic. The room had no slippers, too Western. The dining experience for breakfast was noisy and chaotic.

スタッフさんの対応がとても丁寧で優しく部屋も清潔に保たれていて快適に過ごすことが出来ました。

Отличные завтраки, богатый выбор блюд, вкусный кофе, много сортов чая, фрукты, выпечка, все отлично! Прекрасная звукоизоляция. Удобные кровати. Уютно, чисто.

Жаль, что нет парковки для гостей отеля. Рядом есть парковки платные, но цены безумные!

無論是從浜松町、汐留、大門出發，都離飯店有點距離。 這個價格合理。 早餐比橫濱的三井花園好些。 但飯店感覺有些年代了，隔音效果不佳，很容易就聽到外面的說話聲。

施設は予想通り良かったです。 イタリア街の雰囲気も味わえ立地条件も周りの雰囲気も良かったです。 ホテルの周りにもう少し遊べる場所が有ればもっと良いと思いました。

宿泊料金は事前生産を終わらせて今いたが、当日追加料金を請求されました。 200円と少額だったため何も言わなかったですが、内容の説明も有りませんでした。

Hotel was very clean, staff were very friendly, and overall facilities were great. Great location to leverage monorail for Airport. Hadn't realised how close it was when we booked. Good value for money

they didn't seem to have a restaurant which opened in the evening, and most local restaurants were all booked up.

Está ubicado en un barrio muy tranquilo. Muy cerca de dos estaciones de la línea Yamanote. Muy lindo lugar. La atención en el checkin fue excelente. Muy rápida y uno de los conserjes habla español. La habitación era de dimensiones más grandes que en otros hoteles de Japón. La cama muy cómoda al igual que las almohadas. La higiene perfecta. Si bien el precio es un poco más elevado se justifica pagarlo

Location is easy to move around. Walking distance to many train stations such as Daimon, Hamamachu-cho, Shimbanshi.

It was quite handy to move around Tokyo and it was really quiet. The room was clean and the onsen has a really good shampoo bar.

I missed the lounge area (we stayed in a mitsui hotel in osaka with lounge and it was great).

Best place to stay in Tokyo

We stayed in a standard queen which was a good sized room. Buffet breakfast was extensive offering both European and Japanese options. The hotel is well located for the final stop of the airport monorail and trains/subway to other areas of Tokyo. It's located in a business district of Tokyo and the area is quiet at the weekend although restaurants are still open and busy. There are a wide selection of traditional restaurants a short walk from the hotel with english menus available..
