Fox Hotel Jayapura

Nothing interesting. I've been to better hotels nearby

The rooms does not have bar fridge. Very disappointing for me but they provided ice cubes when I requested. They also dont have proper wardrobe/closet

The staff is very helpful and considerate. The value for money is very good. I will definitely return here.

Nothing to complain about.

The hotel service is exceptional! Friendly, responsive, and professional staff, always ready to help with a smile. Check-in and check-out are quick, rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The restaurant offers delicious food with diverse options. Strategic location, calm atmosphere, perfect for relaxation or business. Will definitely return!

very friendly staff, very good price

Costumer service was very good and the staff of the Hotel was very Helpful.

We really appreciated the outstanding service of your receptionist Dinda. We came to swim a special crossing of the continent. Once Dinda became aware of a scam by an Indonesian citizen re boat hire, she went far above and beyond to assist us in obtaining 2 separate services to cross the continent longitude. Her resilience was awesome we are very grateful. "Terima Kasih"

The smoke free room was great but when you turned off the air con, you could smell smoke coming into the bedroom It was really great to have potable water on each floor that you could fill water bottles from. However, they were empty on the Fri and had not been replaced by the time we left on the Monday.

The location is good. Close to everything.

The place smelled like an ashtray. Seriously bad. The facilities are run down. The bed was not comfortable. Pokey little room.

The lady at the reception was fantastic she helped us a lot to arrange a swim

The reception at the entrance was somewhat beyond our expectations, the reception general staff were so helpful when assistance is needed. We really enjoyed our stay there, and we hope to come back next time and also we highly recommend those wanting to spend vacations, Fox hotel is a must go to place where comfort meets expectations 🙏💯

Location

nothing

kamar bersih, stafnya ramah bintang 5🤩, even the foods really great🤩, kolam renang bersih dan viewnya keren, really best if this hotels have smart tv, i make great decisions for choose this hotels, thank you for the staf, pelayanan nya terbaik

Great location and clean hotel facilities. The rooms were great including the food and service. Unfortunately I was put to a smokers room due to limited room availablity for non smokers. Better for non smokers to be at a non smokers level for a comfortable stay.

It's suited right at the heart of Jayapura town

Room service

Good wifi . Water pressure was great.

The room was small. There was no mini fridge and no cupboards

The pool side view was just excellent and great location for relaxation. For people new to Jayapura the hotel is walking distance to markets and shops.

I would like to share my experience with Fox Hotel Jayapura, all the hospitality are excellent.. I like the hotel, the lobby, comfortable room, great views. The swimming pool facility and breakfast are great.. But it might get crowded during high season.

Location is good because it is at the centre of the city. View is good because you can look out to the Jayapura harbour.

I always wanted to experience so many hotels in Jayapura whenever me and my friends visit this city. And this hotel is one of the nicest place to stay. The staffs just like ms Anita is very nice and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is nice too. Good hotel, nice place. 👍👍

I personally enjoy the hotel, the facility, comfortable room with amazing view of Jayapura. The semi outdoor swimming pool and rooftop restaurant are amazing too. Good service from the reception Anita, she took care of my wallet and bag when I carelessly left it at the lobby. Thank you very much 🙏😊

Arrived in Papua on business and found the Fox Hotel Jayapura is an extreamly pleasant place to stay. I enjoy the rooftop durung breakfast time, and the room is comfortable. Special thanks to the receptionist Anita and team for the hospitality.

The service provided from the hotel is absolutely terrible. The hotel staff are incredibly rude and quite incompetent. In addition the wifi is very unreliable.

Good location and amazing large rooms
