We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel offers excellent and quite spacious accommodations, and we particularly appreciated the balcony. The staff are very welcoming, and the location is highly convenient, situated near the shopping centers and adjacent to the train station.

De kamer was heel lawaaierig, ook al had ik speciaal om een rustige kamer verzocht. Dit kwam niet door straatlawaai maar helaas door het lawaai van het ventilatiesysteem in de kamer zelf. Ik heb vanalles geprobeerd maar het is me niet gelukt dit stiller te krijgen.

Breakfast was excellent. The room and common spaces were clean. Everything I needed and expected was provided in the room.

The price is too high. The breakfast staff weren't aware that I had paid for breakfast the night before, which shows a bit of slow communication or faulty process.

Great location, easy to get to. We had a lovely big room.

En centre ville. Situation de l'hôtel pratique pour visiter.

Nous avions été ravie de notre séjour au NH de Cordoue en Andalousie 4 étoiles. Mais beaucoup moins à celui-ci ci de Bruxelle. Vétuste et les chambres sont moins classes. Pas de parking privé. Le prix des parking à proximité de l'hôtel est à 30 euros la journée. C'est abusif. Il y aurait un parrainage à faire pour un tarif préférentiel à leurs clients. Il a bien été fait pour la salle de sport au sous sol.

Die Lage ist super. Man ist schnell beim Rathaus, aber auch schnell beim Bahnhof. Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Auswahl beim Frühstück riesig. Gepäckaufbewahrung hat auch super geklappt. Wir würden wieder buchen!

Room was quite dark. Might be the vibe they are going with but hard to pack and unpack. We weren’t given much information on arrival about hotel facilities or local area.

Не сподобалось все, обирали по відгукам, і вони всі скоріше куплені. Було дуже брудно, номера дуже старі і брудні, душ зломаний, замість душевого піддону, стара ванна з пліснявою. Пральні послуги по вихідним, тільки за додаткову плату, окрім плати за річ. Сніданки жахливі, майже за тиждень перебуванням меню не змінювалось, навіть, з яєць вибір був тільки скрембл, інша їжа не зовсім свіжа була і її на всіх не вистачало, дуже великий мінус. посуд був неймовірно брудний. Звукоізоляція в номерах- ніяка, ми чули всіх, нас чули всі. Сушки не було, навіть, полотенця не було де просушити. В номері постійно щось гуділо, то холодильник, то з верхнього поверху, то з вулиці. Ще вагомий мінус, що в номері через витяжки летіло багато комарів. Щей тхнуло каналізацією. За таку плату за ніч, просто жахливі умови, пошукайте інший варіант, і краще оберіть інший готель.

Nous avons tout aimé - Suite pour 4 personnes très spacieuse et bien ensoleillée (chambre 2001) - Petit dejeuner sur le rooftop, avec une terasse vue panoramique tres agréable. - Egalement un menu petit dejeuner tres large et bien delicieux, avec notamment un Bar a The et un choix multiple de thés et infusions de qualité. - Réception tres agréable avec un parfum d'ambiance top !!! - Quartier central, tout est proche a pieds.

Central location, big rooms and comfortable beds and cleanliness of the room.

The front desk staff is not at all helpful, there’s was long line of people with all sorts of complaints when we checked in that checking in process took time. Also, the shower can be seen from the room. This was a mom/daughter trip so didn’t affect us much but can imagine the situation being uncomfortable if it was 2 travelers sharing a room

Lage direkt in der Innenstadt

Hotelbar in der obersten Etage schließt auch am Wochenende bereits um 22 Uhr. Hotel ist weitgehend nur ein Schlafhotel ohne weitere Aufenthaltsflächen im EG, die zum gemütlichen Ausklang einladen.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast and roof top bar where well stocked and very enjoyable food choices for breakfast. Location was near main shopping precinct and a short walk to historic attractions.

Would have liked a restaurant/ food options in roof top bar but lots of restaurants are an easy walk from the hotel.

The vicinity, was absolutely perfect. As it was in the center to explore Brussels.

Manque de modernité (sèche cheveux collant, abîmé et ancien), literie un peu dure, la douche était bouché et pas propre (il reste des cheveux dans la douche quand nous sommes arrivés, joint sale et marron), nous avons indiqué à la réception que la douche était bouchée mais rien n’a été fait…. La baignoire est petite et il n’y a ni rideau ni paroi de baignoire donc on met de l’eau partout …. Et pas de pression dans le pommeau de la baignoire…. Pour 170€ la nuit on s’attend à une autre qualité de service. Nous n’avons pas testé le petit déjeuner car 25€ par jour et par personne c’est hors de prix

In unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels ist eine sehr große Baustellen. Ab 05.30 Uhr gab es ohrenbetäubenden Lärm, der Schlaf unmöglich machte. Beim Frühstück herrschte Bahnhofsatmosphäre. Die Tische standen extrem eng, man saß "Schulter an Schulter" mit anderen Gästen und permanent musste sich jemand vorbeidrängeln. Der Frühstücksraum war eigentlich groß genug, aber große Teil wurden von den Mitarbeitern gesperrt. Das ihnen wohl zu anstrengend.

A falta de profissionalismo da equipa do pequeno-almoço almoço )vi um funcionário enquanto abria um pacote de cereais por o dedo no orifício auditivo para coçar 🤢) - ficamos com saudade do profissionalismo da equipa do NH de Gent (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)

Very modern hotel, up to US standards; a KG bed, a larger bathroom, and an excellent breakfast. The AC level was super and noiseless. Not too far to walk to Markt Square and downtown sites.

Parking was not on-site, but reasonably close. When asked about luggage assistance, we got the 'deer in the headlights' look and the suggestion to just roll our bags in. We found a luggage cart. No extra luggage racks available, when asked.

Room is not good not clean haid and mosquettos are all around room. Water is provided after many calls. Room location is great Staff is polite & friendly But the room is not good at all with huge price i paid.

O Hotel fica muito bem localizado, perto de ponto de metrô. A mesma rua do hotel, é uma das principais ruas do centro de Bruxelas, fácil de chegar e sair. Com muitas opções de comércio, alimentação e entretenimento próximos. O quarto é espaçoso, com frigobar que realmente funciona, mantendo bebidas e comidas geladas. Cama muito confortável e chuveiro ótimo! O bar do rooftop tem uma vista muito legal, especialmente no por do sol

Como chegamos de carro, é difícil de estacionar e não existe um espaço adequado para carga e descarga. Fora isso, não temos na a reclamar! O Rooftop fecha cedo, poderia funcionar até mais tarde. No verão, fecha logo após o por do sol.

all sightseeing spot is walking distance. Even though the hotel itself has no parking facility, there is a public parking house available just in the corner. we are happy to stay here.

Great location and excellent value for money with room clean and well appointed.

The room was big enough and very comfortable with good beds and clean bathrooms. The staff were polite and helpful and the Location is less than a minute away from the nearest metro and lots of eateries and shopping close by

Couldn’t get through by phone the evening we were due to arrive, to say there was a delay. No green room seemed to be offered (we had stayed for 4 nights a previous week). Maintenance issues - paintwork, wall socket.

L'hotel è in posizione molto centrale dalla quale si può raggiungere a piedi Grand Place in dieci minuti di piacevole passeggiata. Proprio di fronte all'hotel inoltre c'è una stazione della metro. Nelle strade vicine ci sono moltissimi negozi e ristoranti e/o fast food. Alla sera è comunque possibile cenare in hotel anche se il menu non è molto ampio e il servizio è disponibile solo fino alle 9.00. L'hotel dispone di una palestra moderna e super attrezzata alla quale si accede gratuitamente. Le camere sono molto confortevoli e silenziose e il servizio di pulizia è accurato. Io ho prenotato una camera doppia standard la cui unica pecca era l'armadio non molto grande ma comunque sufficiente per un soggiorno turistico di qualche giorno. Il bagno è ampio e ordinato.
