Otopark mevcut fakat öncesinde lobiye gidip giriş yapmanız lazım. Sonrasında otoparkın yeri ve giriş bilgileri söyleniyor. Kapısında şans eseri yer bulamazsanız aracı bir yere bırakıp gelmeniz gerekecek. Çok kötü bir durum. Otelde tadilat var ve çoğu ortak alan kapalı. Kahvaltı yeri çok küçük ve çeşitlilik bugüne kadarki en kötü otel kahvaltısı. Ayrıca saat 15:00 te giriş yapabileceğiniz yazıyor. 15 dk önce gelmiş olmamıza rağmen hazır değil dediler. Yarım saat bekledik ama hazır olduğunu bile söylemediler. Tekrar gidip ısrarcı olunca girişimizi yaptılar. Kesinlikle bir daha kalmayacağım bir otel. Normalde hiçbir otele yorum yazmam ama burası özelinde özellikle yazmak istedim ki insanlar bilgi sahibi olsun. Odada sıcak klima çalışmıyordu. Aradık geldiler ilgilendiler ama sistemin kapalı olduğunu biz fark ettik ve ısrarcı olduk. Çocuk olduğunu vs belirttik. Sonrasında açtılar. Kesinlikle önermiyorum.

L'accès au parking dans une rue à l'arrière pas très facile et mal indiquée.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Je suis arrivé à l'hôtel après une journée bien chargée et ai, dès mon arrivée, reçu la carte d'accès à ma chambre. L'accueil fut, comme toujours, très cordial, chaleureux et professionnel. J'ai même reçu une chambre plus grande que celle que j'avais commandée (upgrade). La chambre était nickel, cette impression de juste pouvoir poser ses affaires et se sentir de suite à l'aise. Je continuerai à revenir dans cet hôtel. Merci beaucoup.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Hotel molto bello e accogliente, soprattutto la hall. La camera era più semplice, ma pulita e confortevole. Ottima posizione per visitare Bruxelles a piedi: abbiamo utilizzato pochissimo i mezzi pubblici.
La zona è comoda e nel complesso tranquilla, anche se in alcuni momenti la frequentazione nei dintorni non ci ha fatto sentire completamente a nostro agio.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Baia este curata dar sunt putine articole de toaleta pentru un hotel de 4 stele. Exista doar sapun lichid. Fara periuta de dinti, pasta de dinti, etc.
Sala pentru micul dejun nu are ventilatie. Tavanul este mai jos decat ar trebui, astfel incat se simte lipsa aerului cand sala este plina. Oferta la micul dejun este destul de slaba pentru 4 stele. Dulapul de haine are etajerele ocupate cu saif, frigider, astfel incat nu ai unde sa pui hainele, mai ales daca stai mai multe zile.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026The location is incredible; my work destination is a 5-minute walk away. The city centre is also very close; I walked everywhere. The airport is around 25 minutes away by walk and train, which is a very comfortable experience. The room was the perfect size and very comfortable, with all the amenities needed. I enjoyed the baggage rack, the shoe compartment and the closet. It made it very easy to keep the room tidy. The bathroom was also incredible, with a very good size, and the shower had two options for a waterfall and a hand-held, which were amazing. The cleaning crew was very nice. I greatly appreciated that we could easily leave our baggage at the hotel after check-out.
The chairs in the breakfast room were not so clean; you could see some greasy fingerprints all over them. I once placed the card on top of the bed that said, 'I'm ok with the sheets not being changed,' but in the end, they didn't make the bed, which I thought was confusing, but maybe that's on me. There was a very loud vent. I don't think it was the AC, since I could turn that one off, and it would only turn off at midnight or so.

Ho richiesto un ulteriore asciugamano perché ne ho trovato uno sporco, mi è stata detto di sì ma alla fine non mi è stato cambiato. Brutta gente in quella via.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Llegamos muy temprano al hotel y Axel nos atendió muy bien ,nos facilitó una entrada temprana y nos dio buenos consejos para nuestra estancia. Gracias !! Si llegas a Gare de Noord está muy cerca el hotel y el metro a un pequeño paseo. Está paralelo a una zona comercial muy grande.
Pues está en una zona céntrica pero ruidosa de noche, las dos noches que estuvimos pasaban toda la noche grupos gritando. La ducha se salía parte del agua fuera.

Plusem jest możliwość zostawienia bagażu w hotelu przed godziną check-in (z czego skorzystaliśmy). Polecam.

We found it odd that the toilet was separate from the bathroom, meaning everytime you used the toilet you had to come back through the bedroom touching surfaces before you could wash your hands.

El baño. La puerta que separa la habitación con el baño es de cristal y prácticamente no cierra (no aisla nada) Tuvimos problemas con la ducha ya que a veces no salia agua caliente. A parte, cuando te duchabas a veces llegaba el agua al pasillo de la habitación.

Rooms were small with no refrigerator, the bathroom didn't have basic toiletries like shower gel, hand towels. We had to ask for the shower gel. This hotel being 4 star doesn't live upto expectations of 3 star. I am not sure who gave this hotel a 4 star ratings. Breakfast were below average limited choice only and being vegetarian left us with no choice to eat just raw bread and fruits. Totally waste of money.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026El hotel es muy bonito y está a unos 15 minutos de la Grande Place. La habitación era grande y limpia. El desayuno no era muy variado pero estaba bien, especialmente las crepes y la fruta.
Las habitaciones del último piso tienen un ruido de máquinas constante en la azotea. Por suerte por la noche no se escuchaba nada por lo que la estancia fue bastante agradable.

Anche la posizione è comoda perché vicino la metro e a una ventina di minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Bruxelles centrale. Zona abbastanza tranquilla e con ristoranti/fast food/minisupermarket

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026La chambre, climatisée, était spacieuse bien agencée avec Wc et salle de bain séparés. Une cafetière et une bouilloire étaient à disposition. Nous étions au calme. Il y a un restaurant à proximité de l’hôtel tout à fait acceptable. Que demander de plus ?
Rien. Il faut préciser que durant notre séjour il y avait peu de clients dans l’hôtel.

De grootte van de kamer. Deze was piepklein. (Waarschijnlijk de kleinste kamer gekregen). We konden met moeite onze valies openen.
