There is a lady named Monica, who I understood is the manager, although I would not have guessed this based on the way she treats guests. Her attitude is extremely unpleasant, with no smile or basic warmth, which is particularly inappropriate in a region where tourism is such an important part of the business. We asked to have our costume ironed, but when we tried to use the iron in the designated room, we discovered that the electrical outlet was not working — in fact, none of the outlets in the room were working. The cleaning lady kindly told us to take the iron to our room, especially given that I had an urgent meeting and very limited time. However, Monica then called us in the room, yelling at us and demanding that we bring the iron downstairs because it was a “danger”. According to her, the only option was to wait an hour for an electrician to come and fix the outlet. The way she handled the situation was completely unacceptable and unnecessarily aggressive. On top of that, she does not seem to understand English properly and repeatedly gives answers without actually understanding what the guest is asking. This makes communication extremely frustrating and leads to completely unnecessary situations. ALL THE OTHER STAFF WERE REALLY NICE, KIND AND HELPFUL, except for her. Unfortunately, one person with such an attitude can seriously affect the entire guest experience. Her behaviour was simply disgusting and completely inappropriate for someone dealing directly with tourists and guests.

Az egyetlen dolog, ami levonta az élményt, hogy néhány vendég viselkedése hagyott kívánnivalót maga után – ez azonban nem a személyzeten vagy a szálloda színvonalán múlik. Összességében szívesen visszatérnék.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Domnul de la recepție foarte drăguț care a reușit să ne cazeze mai devreme și a înțeles faptul ca noi eram obosiți după drum . Tot respectul pentru dansul . A fost atent la nevoile noastre.
Cu toate ca domnul de la recepție a fost foarte drăguț cu noi cei de la restaurant ne-au dat afară la ora 13.40 ca se închide . Noi ne-am cazat la ora 11.00 și ne-am odihnit după care am mers să mâncăm însă am fost trimiși afară la piscină unde de abia ne-au fost aduse 2 sandwish uri după o oră . Hotelul are nevoie de un restaurant mai bine organizat și de personal la restaurant și piscină care să ofere servicii de calitate și mâncare de calitate celor cazați în hotel care doresc să servească o masă normală ( nu sandwish).

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Tesiste kahvaltı güzeldi çeşidi daha fazla olmalı, havuz için ayrı ücret alınmadı bu nedenle gayet iyiydi. Konumu merkezden biraz uzak ama sürekli otobüs ile ulaşım mevcuttu. Ayrıca otoparkı da vardı. Sakin sessiz güzel bir oteldi.
Temizlik fena değildi ama gece yatağımdan böcek çıktı, camdan mı girdi yoksa temizlik ihmali mi emin olamadık 😔 aslında bunu görene kadar tesisi beğenmiştik. Temizlik konusunda endişe yarattı. Kahvaltı da çeşit açısından daha fazla olmalıydı.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Pobyt w Belstay zaliczamy do tych bardzo udanych. Pokoje komfortowe i bardzo czyste, odświeżane codziennie. Bardzo dobrze działająca klimatyzacja. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa w recepcji i w hotelowej restauracji przy śniadaniu. Wszyscy uśmiechnięci. Świetna lokalizacja - blisko autostrady, dzięki czemu można stąd szybko dostać się w inne miejsce do zwiedzania. Blisko dworzec kolejowy z połączeniem ze "starą" Wenecją. Blisko do sklepów spożywczych. Mimo bliskości autostrady nie ma w pokojach hałasu.
Mało urozmaicone śniadania - codziennie te same propozycje. Ale są bardzo smaczne i można się najeść.

Specifically booked this hotel for the pool, which we were not able to use as the pool opens at 11 and the check-out was also at 11. I would help to state somewhere that the pool can only be used from a specific time; it is a first in a hotel where the pool is not accessible.

We had adjoining rooms which were great and spotlessly clean, breakfast was decent and it's an easy bus ride to Venice. Pool is really clean and we all enjoyed it, towels provided and poolside drinks service. We also had dinner in the hotel one night and whilst a little more expensive than local osterias, food was very good.

Klimatyzacja działająca zbyt głośno w trybie automatycznym.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Die Betten waren super, gute Matratzen, die größer als normal war. Es gab zwei verschiedene Kopfkissen pro Person. Eines war ein Nackenstützkissen. Das Zimmer war sauber und hatte ein schönes Badezimmer. Der Bus nach Venedig ist in fünf Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und kostet 1,50€ pro Person und pro Fahrt. Gezahlt wird im Bus per Kreditkarte. ( Scannen am Automaten) Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend.
Es liegt in einer einfachen Wohngegend und an der Autobahn- Straße. Im Hotel hat man dies allerdings nicht gehört. Der Pool war sehr voll und es gab definitiv zu wenig Liegen!

Schöner Pool und ein tolles Zimmer mit schönen Bad. Frühstück war auch sehr lecker. Die Gegend ist nicht so toll aber für 2 Ü war es ok. Gute Autobahn Anbindung. Gerne wieder.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Hotel znajduje się przy autostradzie i łatwo z niego dotrzeć do Wenecji na wyspie. Mogliśmy razem z psem pójść na śniadanie, co znacznie ułatwia i skraca czas. Duży parking oraz minibar w pokoju. Hotel jest nowoczesny, czysty i zadbany.
W łazience, przy spłukiwaniu toalety, nawet przy zamkniętej desce wydostaje się woda z muszli zalewając podłogę.

The consistent quality, high standards of cleanliness, great atmosphere, and excellent service make this place a reliable choice every time. Returning to a hotel for a second stay says it all, we thoroughly enjoyed our time once again and highly recommend it!

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Location is great especially if you are visiting Venice by car. The rooms are quite big for a short term stay. It was also quiet, despite being right on the road.
- breakfast is really bad. Coffee smelled horrible, so I didn’t even try it. The juices are extremely artificial, the scrambled eggs were grey, nothing seemed fresh. - It was reasonably clean, but improvements could be made still.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Pěkné nové vybavení pokoje, čistá koupelna, pohodlné postele. Snídaně v pořádku. Pěšky lze dojít na bus do Benátek.
Okolí hotelu je poněkud strohé, hned u hlavní silnice, ale nám to nevadilo, jeli jsme do Benátek.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Шукали готель, щоб було зручно зупинитись на 2 ночі, припаркуватися на орендованій машині і виїхати потім легко з міста. Це, в цілому, виправдано. Зручно та швидко доїхати з аеропорта, на громадському транспорті до центра можна дістатись за 40 хвилин. Є сніданки та басейн, який включений у проживання. Номер зручний. Навіть 3 людини нормально розмістились
Поруч особливо немає ні магазинів, ні ресторанів. Але, якщо харчуватись у місті або в самому готелі, це не проблема.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026Such a good hotel. Very clean and taken care of. The breakfast was very nice and the people there were very helpful. Super close to Venice by car and also close by the train station that takes you to the center. Only good things to say about this place!

Wir waren mit den Ebikes unterwegs. Hotel ist nur über die Autostrada zu erreichen. Am Hintereingang gibt es einen kleinen Dreheingang um in die Stadt zu kommen. Mit den Ebikes unmöglich durchzukommen. Sind durch ein Tor über eine angrenzende Tankstelle reingekommen. Gehört nicht zum Hotel. Am schwimmingpool keine Toiletten, man muss über die Lobby. Mussten früh vor dem Frühstück auschecken. Beim Lunchpaket war Obst Marmelade, Getränk und nur abgepackter Zwieback und ein Keks dabei.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026Perfekt ställe att bo på när man kommer med bil och vill ta sig in till Venedig med kollektivtrafik. Ligger nära motorvägen. Fräscht och modernt boende, jättebra med ett gym som till och med tillgodoser handdukar och vatten. Bra med en minibar där man kan ställa in sin egna dricka. Kanon att de städar varje dag (vi bodde två nätter). Fin pool och absolut bra att ha efter en heldag i Venedig.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026A reggeli egyszerű de jó volt. A szállás helye kiváló. Közel van a nagy bevásárló központ és a vasútállomás is ahova saját busszal elvisznek ha előre lefoglalod.
Két szobát foglaltunk de az egyikben a klíma nagyon gyengén működött. Igaz, kifogtuk a legmelegebb napokat.

Kaikki maksoi erikseen. Olin varannut huoneen aamupalalla ja mystisesti aamupala katosi varauksesta. 12 euron lisähintaan sen sai ja se oli ala-arvoinen. Hotellilla on uima-allas, mutta se on lisämaksullinen. Huone oli tosi kolkko ja kylpyhuoneen katosta oli tullut vesi läpi. Täynnä mustaa hometta
