Ottimo hotel ben posizionato comodo fermata autobus strategico per raggiungere i vari punti della città

The breakfast was lovely, the proximity to bus and trains was fantastic. The parking on site for an additional charge was very practical. The bathroom was also very spacious and nice. Staff were very helpful on providing information on the city.

The airconditioning doesn't work. It can only be used on a fan function and doesn't cool down the room. This was a huge issue considering how hot and humid it was. We called reception to ask to have it fixed or to move to another room, but were told the fan function on the heater setting meant the A/C worked.

Кімната була чиста і простора, зі столиком, великим ліжком. Ванна з необхідними засобами для душу, із холодильником у номері та напоями. Персонал ввічливий і привітний, порекомендували гарний ресторан. Від автостанції та залізничного вокзалу іти 5 хвилин. У готелі також є ресторан, увечері можна посидіти на терасі.

Під час сніданку у залі була лише кавова машина із розчинною кавою, як цикорій на смак. На моє прохання принесли справжню каву з молоком.

Overnight stay was very convenient, clean and comfortable with onsite kitchen for late arrival dining and early departure breakfast.

Location next to Mestre station but still on a quiet street is very good. Bus stop to Venice is just 100m away.

A las 9.50 están recogiendo el desayuno. Hay que pasar un túnel subterráneo para ir a Mestre. Al ppio parece inseguro pero luego ves que no pasa nada.

La struttura era accogliente, pulita e ben organizzata. La vista era incredibile 😍

Das Hotel war das was man für diesen Preis nahe Venedig erwartet. Frühstück war okay, Zimmer auch. Die Bushaltestelle im nach Venedig zu fahren ist in der Nähe. Parkplätze werden für 10€ pro Nacht angeboten

Hotel is very close to railway station and bus station so you can easy go to Venice. Clean room and very helpful staff. Offers gluten-free breakfast. There is parking so you can leave car. Though you must extra pay for it.

La colazione di bassa qualità , pochissima scelta , non c’era nemmeno il pane tostato o la possibilità di tostare il pane. La tv era datata. Mi hanno fatto storie per aver lasciato qualche crocchetta e un po di fieno per terra, addirittura mi hanno telefonato per dirmi che li avrebbero addebitato la pulizia . E io che ondavo che la pulizia della stanza era compresa nel prezzo , 95 euro una notte , con un servizio del genere non lo consiglio a nessuno . Perle é bocciato ! Prezzo troppo alto

Telefon hat nicht funktioniert. Frühstück schlecht, auch der Kaffee. Brötchen schlaff, Käse, Schinken und Croussants vom Billigsten. Wirklich schlecht. Schwachstellen um Zimmer. Leichter Schimmel im Bad.

Location was good.

The breakfast was not as a four star hotel, and the door of bath was broken and some tiles of our room floor was damaged and removed and they did not repair it.

The room was not comfy and it felt like a low budget hotel. The bed was not great. The room had an odd shape and an extra pillow would have been good to have. The breakfast was bad, including the coffee.

Nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt, tolles Frühstück und auch die Koffer konnten nach dem Check-out problemlos dort gelassen werden – gerne wieder!

A localização era muito próxima da estação de comboio, e mesmo em frente ao hotel havia uma paragem de autocarro que nos levava para o centro de Veneza. O quarto era espaçoso e bem mobilado. Os funcionários eram muito atenciosos e faziam boas recomendações.

Mi hanno cancellato la prenotazione. Avevo diritto a mantenere la prenotazione fino ad una certa data senza alcun addebito, e loro me l'hanno cancellata 24 ore prima. Proprio scorretti.

Room is spacious, clean - basically all you need for few days stay visiting Venice. Bus stop very close to the hotel and only few stops from Piazza Roma in Venice. Very helpful reception / support-staff was something to really appreciate

L:albergo è vicinissimo alla stazione di Venezia Mestre, è confortevole, con tutti i servizi di un grande albergo. La stanza era pulita, accogliente e completa di tutti i conforta. Colazione buona e variegata, anche se i prodotti sono migliorabili.

Unica nota negativa, la dimensione del bagno e la difficoltà di utilizzare i servizi igienici posti a distanza limitatissima dalla doccia/vasca

Lokacija je fantastična, doručak je solidan. Osoblje je ljubazno i uslužno, pohvala za radnice u restoranu. Sobe su moderno opremljene sa prostranim kupatilima, veoma komforne. Parking u sklopu hotela je odličan, obezbeđen (kapija sa šifrom) i lako dostupan. Ispred samog hotela je stajalište autobusa broj 6 koji direktno vozi do starog grada, a dostupan je i tramvaj T2 koji, takođe, ide do starog grada. Na par stotina metara od hotela se nalazi i železnička stanica.

Sobarica je ušla da pospremi sobu 2 sata pre nego što je trebalo da napustimo sobu.

Cu exceptia camerelor in stil clasic, hotelul si celelalte tipuri de camere au fost foarte bune! Am rezervat o camera in stil clasic care arata foarte rau pentru un hotel de 4*, insa personalul a fost foarte amabil si ne au facut upgrade gratuit. In rest hotelul si conditiile foarte bune. Mic dejun modest pentru 4*. Parcare foarte buna in curtea interioara. Loactia este de asemenea excelenta, foarte aproape de gara!

Posizione ottima, a due passi dalla Stazione di Mestre, uscendo dalla parte posteriore. Colazione del tutto soddisfacente e variegata. pulizia ottima sia in camera che nel resto dell'hotel, personale gentile e sul pezzo.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fresh, tasty and more than enough. The location was excellent, very close to the train station, making it really easy to get to Venice. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel! ❤️

Quando una struttura decide di accettare gli animali, li deve accettare anche nella zona ristorante. Magari può riservare una parte del ristorante. Durante il mio soggiorno mi è stato vietato no vista l' ingresso al ristorante con il mio cagnolino. Con i miei familiari abbiamo dovuto mangiare a turno, eppure ho pagato un supplemento per poter soggiornare con il mio pet

Super lokalizacja - kilka kroków do dworca i innych środków komunikacji miejskiej. Śniadanie nie dawało dużego wyboru produktów, ale było wystarczające do zrobienia podstawowego posiłku, jedzenie na bieżąco dokładane (miedzy innymi pieczywo - 3 rodzaje bułek, grzanki, szynki, salami, sery, kiełbaski, jajecznica, warzywa, do tego na słodko croissanty i kilka rodzajów ciast, dżemy, czekolada, słone przekąski oraz jogurt i płatki i dodatki). Pokoje czyste, obsługa uprzejma.

El trato amable y empático del personal del hotel , siempre con una sonrisa. La limpieza en general y , muy importante, la ubicación perfecta a pocos metros tanto del tren como del tranvía y el bus.

Todo correcto, cómodo y limpio, pero al ser un edificio con varios años necesita una reforma lo antes posible. El desayuno bien sin más porque se echa en falta, por ejemplo, un simple tostador de pan y variedad en el buffet ya que es repetitivo y algo escaso.

The hotel’s location was excellent, and it was very convenient to get to the metro and travel to Venice from there. We also really liked the room — it was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast was also good, with a nice variety of options.

However, we were quite surprised that there was no kettle, cups, tea, or coffee in the room. Although a kettle was provided after we requested one, we were then informed that tea and coffee would come at an additional charge. For a four-star hotel, this was a rather unexpected experience. I believe these basic amenities should be included, especially considering the hotel’s four-star standard.

W zasadzie podobała mi się tylko lokalizacja. Blisko przystanek autobusowy i duża stacja kolejowa. Doceniam też parking na miejscu - opcja dodatkowo płatna.

Śniadania słabe, kawa kiepska. Nieprzyjemny recepcjonista, choć sytuację ratował starszy kolega. Poplamione wykładziny. Klimatyzacja mało wydolna, z nieco nieprzyjemnym zapachem. Te 4 gwiazdki to naprawdę przesada. Ten hotel wymaga solidnego remontu.

struttura molto accogliente e molto pulita , il personale era gentilissimo, la colazione molto variegata e buona. Nel frigo bar nella stanza ti vengono fornite anche delle bevande che poi, se usufruisci giustamente paghi.

Das Hotel hat meine Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Besonders möchte ich mich beim Personal bedanken. Der Check-in verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank auch für die Möglichkeit, unser Gepäck sowohl vor dem Check-in als auch nach dem Check-out aufzubewahren. So konnten wir Venedig ganz entspannt und ohne schweres Gepäck erkunden.

The location is well centered next to the buss station and not far away from the airport

The room was the worst I ever experienced, extremely small and looks like a luggage storage more than a room. Very small bed, but extremely tiny bathroom with very uncomfortable small toilet and a shower that you can bearly stant in it. It was too late to go back down and ask for a change but never again in this hotel.

Frühstück war furchtbar,Das Frühstück war unglaublich schlecht. Die Auswahl war sehr gering und die Qualität der Speisen ebenfalls sehr niedrig. Auch die Qualität des Saftes und des Kaffees war sehr schlecht. Es gab insgesamt kaum etwas zu essen. Außerdem hatte das Hotel nicht einmal eine Kaffeemaschine. Ab Mittag war die Bar geschlossen, sodass wir für eine einzige Tasse Kaffee extra ins Stadtzentrum fahren mussten. Das ist für ein Hotel absolut nicht akzeptabel und für uns wirklich unzumutbar.

Causa cancellazione di un treno abbiamo avuto la necessità di appoggiarci una notte nei pressi della stazione di Venezia Mestre. Hotel molto comodo per chi viaggia. Staff gentile. Camera sufficiente.

Super místo, když chcete jet vlakem do Benátek. Pokoje čisté, moderní. Super aji že jsme sebou mohli mít psa.

Snídaně, dost chabé, pečivo nám přišlo že už je aspoň den staré. Za nás se vyplatí si na snídani raději někam zajít. Co se pokojů týče tak bylo vše z chodby slyšet.

Easy walking distance from the train station. Restaurants and supermarkets also within a short distance. Bus into Venice was out the front of the hotel, although very busy the morning we caught it. Would recommend the train. Breakfast was buffet with a good selection. Restaurant also has apertivo and dinner.

Tesisin konumu güzel, otele çok yakın otobüs durağı var buradan Venedik merkeze giden otobüse binebiliyorsunuz.

Otel çok eski ve odamız çok dardı, özellikle banyosunun daha temiz ve bakımlı olmasını isterdim. Bir daha konaklamam.

Atención del personal excelente, tanto en recepción como en el desayuno.

La ubicación es cómoda porque esta muy cerca de la estación de tren de mestre, pero la zona da inseguridad, sobretodo por la noche. Cuidado con llegar de noche en tren y pasar por el túnel que cruza de un lado de la estación al otro, (es la única alternativa que tienes de paso, ya que la estación esta cerrada a partir de las 23:30) Otra cosa es que el desayuno era bastante simple.

Loud AC, it sounded like we had a car in the room. It smelled bad too. After 2 days the water started to tap from it to the floor ... Breakfast is poor and not tasty. Eggs were only in scrambled form and they didn't look tasty at all. In general it looks more like a 2 star hotel...
