Que me dieron una habitación con el aire acondicionado descompuesto aún sabiendo que estaba descompuesto! Al final me cambiaron de habitación!

The location is great, the personnel was very helpful and kind.

The coffee served at the breakfast (open buffet) was very dilute, it didn!t have good taste. We stayed in room no. 532. The bathroom florr (especially in the shower) needed repairment/more cleaning. It looked old/dirty. My parents stayed in room no. 530, which was indeed close to our room. But my sister and her family were given room no. 355, which was basically at the end of the corridor 2 floors below ours. Also the rooms 530 and 532 didn't have any view. On the contrary, the windows were opening to the ventialation space, therefore they were noisy.

Clean and very convenient. Right on the plaza. The view was incredible.

There was a karaoke bar near or at the hotel. It played very loud music until 3:00am. I’m not actually sure where it was, but it was close enough to feel the vibration from the music. Noise doesn’t usually bother me, but this was so bad.

Creo que podrían revisar algunas sábanas y colchas, que se vean más blancas.

Ubicación. Estás en pleno centro, cuenta con estacionamiento. Las habitaciones están limpias. Tiene restaurante con terraza hacia el parque. Acepta mascotas.

Aunque acepta mascotas, no ofrece nada para el alojamiento de tu mascota. No hay camita o frazada, ni recipientes para colocar comida y agua. Y esto no lo menciona en la ficha informativa para ir preparado. Comparado con otros hoteles que son Pet Friendly, este hotel solo te permite alojar a tu mascota. Así que, si elijen el hotel y llevan mascota, consideren llevar camita y sus recipientes de alimentos.

La ubicación es muy buena, el servicio del personal muy bien desde la llegada con el valet parking, su bellboy muy bien, recepción rápido y bien. El restaurante muy bien, un excelente buffet el domingo, la calidad de los alimentos excelente. Su espacio de terraza en el parque me pareció ademas de típica y pintoresca de un excelente servicio de sus meseros.

El tema es con la limpieza de las habitaciones deja mucho qué desear, las camas tendidas con sabanas viejas que parecen ya usadas y que no las cambiaron al entrar los nuevos huéspedes, las almohadas ya viejas y las camas de diferentes firmezas. En las sabanas cabellos y manchas, lo pero es en el baño ya que se ve que el hotel estuvo en remodelación y el dejar una regadera con cortina ya es deprimente y de MUY baja calidad. Creo que con atender estos detalles mucho mejoraría el aspecto de limpieza. Es importante mencionar que el tono de las alfombras da la impresión de viejo y sucio. Deben de atender estos puntos ya que su ubicación es excepcional.

Luis Miguel with the valet was wonderful and very helpful. Breakfast staff was very attentive. And housekeeping was great.

The hotel is centrally located in the city of Leon.

I had 3 rooms in the first hour: one had a leak in the shower, the hotel had a malfunctioning window curtain and the third room had such a poor water pressure in the shower that I decided not to wash my hair on the first morning, but i had to do it the day after and it took me 30 mins to remove all the shampoo and conditioner. Few drops were falling and the water was warming, not cold, not warm. When I told the staff on the first day, they did nothing as the problem persisted.

It is a nice hotel, well located, I can't say anything about the view because my room had no view but it is in centro of Leon which I like because so many stores, and places to eat around the area. There is a parking lot, they have a restaurant inside but I didn't go. The rooms are spacious, small tv for such a big room, they look old, I feel like a renovation would help a lot since the beds are super uncomfortable, since my arrival found issues with the rooms but at least they helped me and moved me like 4 times but the beds were mostly the same in every room super hard to rest. Anyway, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Seems like this is more a hotel for people doing job related business than for visiting the city.

I liked the location and the fact that they gave us a pass to go to a gym near by. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Service and staff were all great. I guess the only thing I did not like is that the hotel is too old.

The hotel is nice but not super clean. The carpet in the room was very dirty and the sheets were not changed from the previous guest. The mattress was hard and not comfortable. The area around the hotel is nice and lots of things to do. I would stay again but definitely ask for the sheets to be changed and carpet to be vacuumed.

Hotel is not as seen on pictures. Needs maintenance. No gym equipment and the machines at the gym, none of them worked. Mini split units kept making loud noises. I barely turned on the shower when a big puddle of water went all over the restroom floor. Toilet barely flushed.

I like the location and the breakfast.

We were trapped in the elevator, the panic buttons didn’t work, and the response time was delayed. It was horrible.

It is very convenient, great view and I recommend it. It was a little bit noise at night because there is a bar nearby, but it was ok, and I slept pleasantly

Ramada was super friendly and nice, if you dont have transportation and want to see around please ask for Jacinto he was super helpful and affordable! He drove us around showing us beautiful Leon GTO if you are looking for something specific just ask away and he will guide you and if you stay in the suites that have the view to the Jardin/ Centro you will never be tired of it ! its so mesmerizing and truly beautiful in all its glory! please make sure to ask around for places / recomondations because it is in the centro it tends to be a bit more expensive but nothing crazy! ALL in ALL i give this place a 4.5 the only reason its not a 5 is because the beds are a tad bit hard but had a great time here ! not to mention they have an ATM right next to the hotel , super friendly staff and receptionist / nice lobby and restaurant right by the lobby as well! super convinient.

We found a cockroach in our room the morning we left the property. Pillow cases looked yellow/dirty. A/C worked okay but a few nights the air coming from there had a horrible smell. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Perfect location.

A decent location, but I was given the ugliest room with a terrible view. Hotel was empty and there was no way to choose a better view, so I don’t think they like Hotels.com customers. I could not have had a less nice room. It was almost like a joke.

I like the convenience of the location. Getting an Uber was easy & safe. I like there there are many shops & the area is walkable. I traveled with family & we were a group of 12. We had 5 rooms total. We all asked for a late check out & paired the difference the day of. I didn’t appreciate that the girl at the front desk was trying to charge me $100 pesos more than my brother. I told her that she had charged him Less & she quickly changed the price to match his. In addition the guy at valet was charging $1600 Pesos to take 6 of us to the airport. It was much much cheaper to get several Ubers. Once I said “ no thanks “ he lowered the price to $1000 pesos. I didn’t like feeling as if I was getting ripped off at the hotel we stayed at. Otherwise it was a good experience. Clean & the buffet was tasty.

Great location and staff! But the building definitely needs an upgrade - the beds were hard and dated decor. The hallways are ok but definited dated. A remodeling to the bathrooms are much needed.

When we got there they gave us the first room that had some weird odor. AC did not work and the phone did not work. We had to get a second room in the second room. AC made noise and Wi-Fi wasn't working. The television wasn't working and the view was to a garage so not the greatest on the good side. The location of the hotel is excellent. Plenty to see and do around the hotel

I was expecting it to be what a Ramada Wyndham hotel is. This definitely didn't meet that expectation

Do not book here, construction noise starts at 8am and stops around 6pm. In our room we hear constant banging noises. Cockroaches in our room and front desk didn’t care. No te huespedes aqui, No reserve aquí, el ruido de la construcción comienza a las 8 a.m. y termina alrededor de las 6 p.m. En nuestra habitación escuchamos ruidos constantes. Cucarachas en nuestra habitación y en la recepción no les importaba.

Older hotel with some rooms overlooking the central plaza. It was renovated about 10 years ago, and could use another update. Less firm mattresses would be the first upgrade to make.

Extremely rude staff! The door lock is not safe and doesn’t lock properly. Needs to be thoroughly dusted. The view was beautiful.

They only had hot water for one day, the rest of the days I had to shower with extremely cold water, they had roaches everywhere, it was extremely noisy as well can hardly rest because every morning they would have construction going on.
