Que estaba muy limpio qué parte del personal era amable .

Que no había agua caliente en las tardes tenias que estar preguntando la televisión era un problema para poder verla y que extremadamente mecho ruido.

El baño es enorme acabados de calidad y buen gusto. La cama cómoda y grande.

La vista por la ventana es terrible, no hay forma de a pagar la luz desde la cama eso es muy incómodo. Además la luz de la calle se traspasa al cuarto por la noche y hay algo de ruido de los restaurantes que están cerca.

The shower would spill too much water on the floor.

Great location both for seeing the historic center and getting to the leather district. The street was super busy and noisy, but they gave us rooms at the back of the property (highly recommend!) so it was quiet. The staff was really lovely, and the room rate included valet parking which worked great. Nice room and really nice bathroom! Definitely would stay here again, and we were very happy with our choice.

The rooms have no closets or drawers, so no place to put anything away. The rooms get a bit stuffy, but they have mini splits to allow you to regulate the temperature.

The valet parking does not accommodate standard (manual transmission) cars. This is not communicated in advance; instead, the car is left outside without any explanation. The room is extremely small, and the lighting is poorly designed. The bedside lamp is positioned in a way that shines directly into your eyes, making it uncomfortable to use.

Location is good but Leon is small, you can find better option with more affordable price.

The staff was unfriendly. The valet parking does not handle standard (manual transmission) cars. This is not communicated in advance; they simply leave your car outside without explanation. The room windows do not have blackout or double curtains—only privacy curtains. As a result, there is very little natural light, and if you open the curtains, people outside can see into the room. There is no potable drinking water provided. Guests are instead advised to purchase water from a nearby store.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. I travel to Leon, Guanajuato very often and I have found my new favorite home away from home! This place is amazingly comfy, very clean and modern. It is in the best possible location in Leon and the staff are amazing! If you are claustrophobic, make sure to let them know you need a room with a window because some rooms don’t have windows. I didn’t mind because it was such a clean comfortable space and I really enjoyed being there. I 100% recommend it and will be staying here every chance I get!

Al ruidoso los alrededores pero pues no es culpa del hotel.. la verdad super bien el servicio. Felicitaciones a todo el personal nos trataron excelente. Yo solo agregaría que la habitación Leonor no tiene algún mueble donde poner nuestras cosas de ahí todo bien, distancias restaurantes.

Hotel was difficult to find. Its located in a very busy street where one cannot pull over. After 5 attempts in locating the hotel (pull into a side street) once in the hotel it was well kept. The room was clean and spacious. The bedt part was having a working AC and the bathroom was phenomenal.

Estancia agradable desayuno riquísimo, el horario inicio de desayuno era a las 9.00 am y yo salía antes al aeropuerto pero me lo prepararon antes de irme, muy consentida lo super recomiendo

Everything was great!

Valet Parking is unavailable after 4:00 p.m. We had to park at the parking garage one block away and return to the hotel on foot. Breakfast is not available until 9:00 a.m. We could not take advantage of the breakfast provided as we had to depart at 9:00. Breakfast should have been served at 7:00 or 7:30, though. The hotel's location is great, though.

The hotel was one of the nicest in the area where we needed stay. The room was clean and comfortable but did not have space to hang clothing. Since we were attending a wedding our clothes became quite wrinkled; however, the hotel provided an iron and a small ironing board.

The staff was amazing super nice and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious.

Ignacio was fabulous! He was very helpful and attentive. (And he has wonderful style!) Breakfast was amazing both days - made by Ignacio and his staff. We felt very spoiled. You also can't beat the location - extremely close to all the sites!

Hotel Boutique Divino Sol está ubicada en pleno centro en medio de toda la comodidades. Esta pequeño pero con todas las instalaciones de primera!! Súper recomendable!! Quiero apreciar a todo el personal que fue atento desde el momento de mi llegada!! Un agradecimiento grande al chico de recepcionista que fue cordial y amable de pasarme toda la información del Festival del Globo. Sus sugerencias fueron clave para asegurar mi estadía fuera especular!! Gracias!! Recomiendo este hotelito y será mi estadía de regreso a León!

Llegué antes del check in. Me recibieron muy amables y me resguardaron el equipaje mientras fuimos a visitar los alrededores. Tienen acceso por elevador lo cual es muy cómodo e inclusivo. Todo el personal muy atento y la habitación muy hermosa, perfectamente limpia. Una maravillosa experiencia. No se lo pierdan

Es un hotel práctico y cómodo. Las habitaciones son cómodas y bajar a desayunar es como hacerlo en casa. El personal es muy atento. Definitivamente me volvería a hospedar ahí.

Hotel did not seem that occupied. Unfortunately, I was given a room without a window. This was a bit claustrophobic.

Desafortunadamente ofrecen servicios que no dan. Se incluía el desayuno, pero no lo dieron, ofrece servicio de valet parking que tampoco lo dan. Es algo ruidoso por las noches.

El hotel esta bónito, y con buen mantenimiento. El servicio es excelente, el personal muy amable y el desayuno es muy bueno. El problema fue la habitación. No es para nada como se presenta en las fotografías. Es excesivamente pequeña, sin ventanas, ni ventilación.

Información falsa. Ofrecen Estacionamiento incluido el cual no tienen, llegas de noche y no hay valet parking, te mandan a un estacionamiento que está a varias calles del hotel y te piden que te regreses solo caminado hasta el hotel. La otra opción es quedarte estacionado fuera del hotel en lugar no permitido (hay letreros viales) uno seguro y te ofrecen “cuidar tu carro con las cámaras de vigilancia del hotel”. Deseo ir mi dinero. Tuve que irme a otro hotel. Es injusto que se anuncien y cobren por algo que no tienen. Deberían devolverme mi dinero y sacarlos de las recomendaciones de expedía, la verdad confiaba en expedía pero con este tipo de hoteles sólo se queman
