Das Frühstückbuffet war frisch, sehr reichhaltig und wir fanden es sensationell. Das Doppelzimmer war geräumig und das Bett sehr bequem. Die Lage war super und das Personal äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Wir haben HP gebucht, aber dass essen war leider nicht so gut, der Teller war zwar vorgewärmt aber das Essen leider bei einer Person kalt. Nachdem wir darauf hingewiesen haben wurde es aber sofort aufgewärmt (Mikrowelle?), aber die Sauce hat leider darunter gelitten.

The hotel rooms was great; spacious, tastefully designed, and very comfortable, making for a relaxing and enjoyable stay overall. Clean gym. Good breakfast.

The restaurant experience in the evening felt somewhat off. Despite being the only guests seated in the lobby area, it took over 30 minutes for the kitchen to prepare our simple salads. While the higher prices are to be expected at a five-star hotel, the delay was still surprising. The hotel might be operating with reduced staff during the low season.

Sehr schönes Hotel an perfekter Lage. Schöne Zimmer, zwei gute Restaurants, aufmerksames Personal.

Kein Fahrradraum, und das in einem 5-Sternhotel. Man kann gut dafür den Skiraum benutzen, nur war damit der Herr an der Reception leicht überfordert.

Sehr gutes Frühstück! Aufmerksames Personal! Spa mit Whirlpool und Saunen angenehm! Zwischensaison mit wenig Gästen und Upgrade!

Etwas in die Jahre gekommener Hotel mit viel Geschichte, solide aber veraltete Einrichtung. Kleiner und nicht wirklich gemütlicher Saunabereich.

Tolles Frühstück für Frühaufsteher, die zeitig auf die Skipisten wollen. Zentrale Lage (gleich neben der Parsennbahn). Idealer Skiraum (Wärmen/Trocken/Zu/Weggang). NZZ als Tageszeitung liegt auf. Fitnessraum vorhanden.

Alles ok. Der Preis ist sicher am oberen Rand für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie/Ausstattung.

Missverständnis für die Abholung am Bahnhof Rezeption teilweise überfordert

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen war immer ausgezeichnet.

Bei der Ankunft hätte ich mir mehr Erklärungen gewünscht. Z.B. wo sich genau der Skiraum befindet. Auch die Lage des Zimmers wurde nur sehr spärlich erklärt und wir haben zuerst mal 10 Minuten gesucht. Am 2. Tag sind wir nicht meh in unser Zimmer gekommen. Unsere Karten wurden nur für 1 Tag aktiviert trotz Buchung für 4 Nächte. Die Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage sind sehr eng. Gäste nehmen sich teilweise 2 Plätze. Das könnte man verbessern. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.

Wir kommen seit ca 50 Jahren jährlich nach Davos und haben schon viele Hotels besucht. Die Lage ist unschlagbar und das Frühstück entsprechend gut.

Für 5 Sterne deluxe hätte ich doch etwas mehr erwartet, v.a. bzgl. Sauberkeit, die Badezimmertür war sehr beklecker und ein Smart TV gibt es bei den meisten kleineren Hotels bereits schon länger.

Die sanfte Renovation und die schöne Fussböden. Auto ist vom Personal vom Schnee befreit worden, genial!. Frühstück top!

Due to our original studio having a few problems, the reception and housekeeping staff worked hard to resolve the problem and then to move us to a suite which was very spacious and well appointed- thank you Melena. When I thought I had lost a necklace in the spa, the spa manager and the technical staff did so much to help. The public areas are comfortable, the location next to Parsenn lift is great, the ski room excellent, and the staff friendly and helpful. The food is good, although the dinner is a little more than we are used to eating.

On days when we moved room, or in the second case, thought we had to move rooms, better communication would have been helpful to avoid us wasting time. The rooms that have not yet been refurbished are somewhat tired, but the others are fine.

The staff was not helpful, we ordered room service waited and when it arrived the food was just half of what we ordered as they ran out of the rest. No one called us to inform us we were with our kids The bathrooms are marble and have stains all over you do not know if it is clean or not

A double bed was two beds pushed together. This often happens, but the beds were so soft you hit the hard frame of the bed, the minute you sat on the mattress. Both mattresses sunk in the middle so there was, in-effect a ridge between the two beds. This had the effect of keeping us apart, unless we shared one single bed. A bed is a basic in a hotel. I've travelled extensively with work and never complained about a bed. It's a basic requirement to get right. Very low lighting in the room.

Die Lage und das Frühstück, das inklusive war, haben uns gefallen.

Die Lichtschalter waren teilweise ungewöhnlich verbunden, sodass man das Licht einschalten musste, um das Handy zu laden oder auf die Toilette zu gehen.

Es war herrvorragend, vom Personal bis zur Bar bis hin zum Frühstück es war toll. Das Zimmer war toll und sehr sauber. Einfach alles perfekt.

I stayed in this hotel couple of times in the past, last time around 3 years ago. Experience was great back than and that's why I came back again this time. Nevertheless the experience was disappointing this time in comparison to what i experienced before. It feels l to me like the hotel did a lot of cost cutting resulting in: - Less stuff at the reception ( sometimes there was no one), the stuff seems to be rather junior resulting in topic to solve taking long time as the person at the reception needed to wait for more senior colleagues - chaos at invoicing, checking out. I had one booking for two rooms, but was charged partially resulting in 3 invoices for different part of the stay instead of just one invoice. Took 15 minutes to figure out was was charged and for what I had two rooms ( one for my Dad and one for me). They put my Dad very next to the lift and every time the lift moved, there was noise in the room. I took two hours to work with the reception so they can find another room.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet, das Frühstück hervorragend. Alles, was das Herz begehrt, ist vorhanden. Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit stimmen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Kleinigkeiten sind nicht ganz perfekt: Die Temperatur der Dusche im Wellnessbereich ist etwas schwierig einzustellen. Die Temperatur im Heizkörper des Bades war nicht einzustellen, er war kalt, das Zimmer aber gut warm. Das Toilettenpapier ist ziemlich weit weg von der Toilette.

Hegyene in ski storage room - not a plesant smell. Unclear rulles in the spa area - although it is stated the adult time is after 5pm , plenty of naked oldery people in a spa area which is confusing pepople and kids who are commeing from international culture background.

die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, das Bad sehr grosszügig. Die Lage für Skifahrer natürlich ideal, der Skikeller ist perfekt dafür ausgerüstet. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend.

Das Hotel ist wirklich schön, vor allem die Bar beim Eingang. Es ist eine wunderschöne Sitzgelegenheit am Feuer - wirklich sehr romantisch und schön. Die Zimmer sind auch schön eingerichtet und gross. Das Bett war super bequem, haben wir sehr selten erlebt in einem Hotel. Die Angestellten in den Restaurants und Bars sind sehr freundlich und nett, auch wenn nicht alle Deutsch sprechen.

Die Reception reagiert relativ träge auf Gäste und lässt einem relativ lange warten bis man überhaupt gegrüsst wird. Das ist öfters geschehen und ist seltsam und nicht wirklich ansprechend. Da gibt es viel Luft nach oben und mit sehr wenig Aufwand. Ich hatte auch einen Vorfall gemeldet, aber da ist nicht darauf eingegangen worden. Zumindest hätte man interessiert tun können...

Having stayed here several times before, all was basically as expected - and if I didn't like it I wouldn't have gone back. N.B. Location is excellent for a ski holiday, right next to the main lift. Buffet breakfast was very good and is exactly what is wanted on a winter trip

New shower unit could do with a little bit of a redesign - almost impossible to stop some water going out onto the bathroom floor. Needs a few more options (each night) for the evening meal - the meals were good but for some I would have preferred a different option on that day (ordered at breakfast would be fine, if necessary).

Zimmer bezug schon viel frühener... so Dankbar!

It's not a 5 stars, all the details are not what you expect from a 5 stars in the mountains. The Spa was open to the kids, making noise in the wirphool.
