Spa often full during our stay (also with children) so was less relaxing in some areas. Food was nothing to write home about

Lovely atmosphere, small and private with fantastic staff throughout. Maria at the reception was ever so helpful and kind. Mimi at the bar was a funny guy who made me feel very welcome. The food at the bar and Stübli was exceptional so kudos to the chef!

The outdoor jacuzzi was lovely but was overlooked by the hotel and adjacent building. Could be some more privacy. Room was a little warm for my taste.

The employees make you feel at home since the very first moment.

Wenn ich könnte, würde ich 0 Sterne geben!!! Noch nie so unfreundliche und unprofessionelle Hotelmitarbeiter gesehen.

Staff was very flexible and considering guests needs. You really feel there like your wishes matter. Hotel interior is very pretty, sauna area big and the pool very nice. It happens really rarely that I stay in a hotel where absolutely everything meets the expectations and here it was the case.

There was nothing to complain about

La chambre était très belle, bien décorée et propre. Bon petit-déjeuner le matin avec un buffet et des plats fait minutes. Proche d'une des stations de ski. Beau spa, bien équipé (et avec des huiles essentielles!)

Plus un 4* qu'un 5*. Il manquait toutes les petites attentions d'un bel hôtel: quelques pâtisseries / le thé offert à 4h, le soir du nouvel an une coupe de champagne offerte... Tous les petits détails comme ça. Finalement, dommage que la piscine ne soit pas + surveillée. Il y avait des enfants qui sautaient et faisaient "des batailles" dans l'eau. Les parents ne disaient rien et le personnel n'est pas intervenu. Dommage pour les couples ou les personnes qui souhaitent se détendre. Je pense qu'il y a de la place pour tout le monde tant que chacun est respectueux de l'autre.

The location is amazing, if you travel by public transport! The room was spacious and quiet, the bed was super comfortable. I loved the fact that dogs were so welcome with bed and bowls for food and water. The reception has treats as well :)

The spa is super tiny, like most times in hotels, but it has everything, just no one explains anything and I discovered the second dry sauna little late. the pool water was really cold. Even after mentioned nothing changed.

The Hotel was Amazing!!!

Die Willkommenskultur war außergewöhnlich angenehm: Das gesamte Team wirkt hervorragend organisiert und steht den Gästen jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Vom Valet-Parking über den Check-in und die Gepäcklogistik bis hin zur Zimmerübergabe war der Service durchgehend auf höchstem Niveau und den fünf Sternen absolut würdig. Herzlichen Dank für den rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Sehr schöne Bar mit Klavierspiel. Zimmer für Kinder mit Gesellschaftsspielen. Der Pool ist schön warm mit angenehmer Atmosphäre. Auch das Spa ist gut und sehr sauber. Das Personal (grösstenteils spanisch und englisch sprechend) ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage direkt an der Parsenn-Bahn und am Eisfeld ist top.

An einem von 3 Tagen wurde das Zimmer erst am späteren Nachmittag gereinigt, als wir gerade von der Piste kamen. So mussten wir etwas warten, was in der Bar aber kein Problem war.

Everything was perfect. The location very close to the train station, the ski lift and to the village. The delicious breakfast, the friendly and helping staff, the piano bar and the spa. Would love to visit it again.

The room could be pre-heated, but after mentioning it, the receptionist increased the heating and it was perfect.

Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Die Produkte, der Service, der Kaffee, die servierten frisch zubereiteten Eier- und Süßspeisen. Das freundliche Serviceteam um den tollen Sommelier machte auch aus den täglichen Abendessen ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Abgesehen vom sehr schönen und entspannten Ambiente ist das gesamte Personal der Pluspunkt des Hotels. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tout était absolument parfait, très bien situé, une navette à disposition, piscine chauffée, jacuzzi extérieur, piano bar, bonne literie, petit déjeuner excellent, personel très compétent.

La chambre était trop chauffée à notre goût.

Das Personal war durchgehend freundlich, kompetent und professionell. Die Innenräume wirkten hochwertig, modern und luxuriös gestaltet, mit sehr angenehmer Atmosphäre. Auch die Lage des Hotels erwies sich als praktisch und gut gewählt.

Es gab keine wesentlichen negativen Punkte während des Aufenthalts.

Le service de l'hôtel a été exceptionnel, le personnel est très professionnel, sympathique, souriant et toujours prêts à vous aider. La chambre était très comfortable et bien aménagée. Et le petit déjeuner simplement délicieux!

Pour moi notre séjour a été un 10 sur 10, et malgré qu'il y a toujours quelques petits détails qui peuven être améliorés, tout s'est passé de merveille!

Breakfast was phenomenal, beautiful property, amazing pool/spa/sauna area, wonderful staff. Everyone we interacted with was enthusiastic. helpful and friendly. Staff are very happy and it shows. Huge hotel rooms too.

I cannot think of a single thing

The staff’s hospitality was exceptional, warm, and home-like, making us feel as though we were visiting family or friends. Personalized attention, a genuine willingness to assist, and constant availability made us feel truly cared for. We even got to know many staff members by name, like Pascal and Konstantinos, who were wonderful. The hotel itself is a one-of-a-kind retreat, offering a perfect blend of comfort, beauty, and convenience. Its prime location, directly opposite the train station, makes exploring the city effortless, with easy access to transportation, including the hotel’s complimentary shuttle service throughout the day. The culinary experience was equally delightful, as we relished breakfast and lunch at the hotel’s restaurant, under the direction of a new Italian chef. The exquisite dishes brought us immense pleasure and left a lasting impression

Room a bit small

We had a lovely stay at Flüela for our ski trip. It's a short walk from the gondola, the room was really pretty and the staff super helpful.

- Beautiful old-feeling (in the best sense) rooms and decor - Ski and snowboard lockers with heaters for boots and gloves - Spa is beautifully designed and well maintained - Right across the Davos Dorf train station and 3min by foot from the Parsenn furnicular that takes you to the skiing area. - Breakfast is good and has lots of included a la carte options

Very minor things - nothing that really bithered us: - Spa only opens from 8am to 8pm. No late night spa visits after a long skiing day. - The room was very warm in comparison to the outside temp and we didn't find a way to reduce the heating. Walkijg around in a sweater is not really comfy.

The personnel was really very very nice and helpful. The Benedict’s for breakfast were super good !

Service from the staff was absolutely amazing. I have stayed in numerous high end hotels all over the world and never experienced such good service in a hotel before. My wife and I keep talking about it, it was just that good!

The pillows are too soft and not supporting at all. That’s a pity, as it’s so important for a proper sleep and easy to take care of.

We had a great stay at Hotel Flüela. The highlight was the delicious breakfast. Probably the best ever!

It was the perfect stay. We felt very well treated. The breakfast was amazing, top notch.

It is right outside the train station. I was a little skeptical at first. From the outside it isn’t very welcoming. In the bar they have a wonderful menu, but the cocktails like old fashioned are very watery, and the shouldn’t be.
